“Great local find. I've been here a few times and everything is delicious. Sen street curry with ramen and shrimp was absolutely delicious, so was the garlic shrimp and rice and vegetable gyozas!“

“My first time coming here was with coworkers over a year ago…. Tasteful ramen! Then I started bringing my family, and we stop by every now and then when I bring up ramen for dinner/lunch… Masa Ramen has become my go to place & at this point I don’t plan on venturing else where in SCV for ramen. The service is always great and the owners (I’m guessing) are always pleasant and genuine as well. My family is a fan of One Piece so we enjoy the pictures they have around the shop.
My go to ramen is the chipotle ramen, my kids tend to go for the masa, shoyu, or chipotle ramen as well. My partner’s go to is the curry ramen and the spicy mabo ramen. Appetizers that are our go to are the gyoza, chicken karaage and the chicken fried rice. The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS!!🌟Just had to say put that in here.“
“Ordered for pickup through DoorDash. It was very quick, and the restaurant is inside the ramen restaurant.
The tacos were pretty good; I liked the beef the best. The bulgogi fries were delicious. Not too salty, and the portions are perfect.
My only issue was it was a little cold, and I had picked up in 20-30 minutes after ordering.“

“Ramen was surprisingly good. The location feels sketch though, and the front window was boarded up - apparently people have broken in twice in the last month. We were there on a weekend a few hours before closing and we were the only people there. Sadly I think the location hurts this place. Still, it’s worth it and we’ll be back.“

“The store itself felt a little empty decoration wise. They had one waitress working, but she was very attentive. Each table had tablets(ours lost charge) where you could order everything. It's great especially if you are introverted or indecisive and need extra time. If you prefer, they do also have regular menus. The food itself was amazing. They brought every thing out fairly quickly. I highly recommend the shishido peppers for an appetizer. Definitely coming again.“

“Stopped here a couple of times, and both times it was very good! On this occasion we got the eel bento and the chicken katsu curry. Both dishes came with very generous portions! The prices are amazing! I would definitely recommend coming by for a bite.“

“Best ramen I've had in the US. Noodles were springy and chewy, the broth was perfectly seasoned and fatty without overpowering your tongue, pork melted in your mouth, the eggs were creamy. Highly suggest you to try the combos, I still dream of those little steamed buns sandwiches and my husband loved the gyōzas. Service was exceptional, the young ladies working there were very kind and attentive despite us arriving a little late in the evening.
A slightly negative note: you only get half an egg in your ramen and if you want to add an egg, it's $4 per egg. Prices are frankly high so with 2 combos and no drinks, the bill was $75 before tip. The food was delicious but it's still ramen, a cheap food that sells for at most $15 in Tokyo with add-ons, shouldn't be that high in a LA neighborhood strip mall.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Our waitress, Gizelle D, was absolutely fantastic! She was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed throughout our meal. She checked in at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed, and she had great menu suggestions that we ended up loving. Her positive energy really added to the whole experience, and she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish.“

“An amazing dining at Silverlake Ramen! Every dish was packed with flavor, and the overall vibe was fantastic. I still got to try their whole menu, but here's my first picks for chicken lovers:
Edamame – Fresh, lightly salted, and a decent starter.
Crispy Chicken Karaage – Super crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside—an absolute must-try!
Spicy Chicken Bun – Perfectly soft bun with a great balance of heat and crispy tendered chicken.
Broccolini Sesame sauce - Fresh and light side, goes great with Ramen.
Shoyu on Fire Ramen – Rich, fiery flavorful broth with just the right amount of spice (request for spice sauce additionally) complemented by perfectly cooked noodles. Vegetables are well boiled and fresh with the soup.
Sapporo Beer – A refreshing japanese beer pairing with the meal perfectly.
Cleanliness is required on tables, chairs and floor as there was lot of spillage. Will be visiting again to try more from their menu.“

“DELICIOUS! I got the black garlic tonkotsu and the broth was incredible. Fried chicken appetizer was cooked perfectly in texture and flavor, and sushi was so good we didn't even dip it in sauce! Editing to add, service was FAST! We will definitely be returning.“

“I visited for the first time last week as I noticed they had Korean street food added onto their menu, and let me tell you, I will be here every week if I can. As someone who loves Korean food, but struggles with the spice, they were more than willing to adjust the spice level for me and honestly the food was top tier especially for being pretty quick and also conveniently located near my office. I can't recommend them highly enough!“
