Off rip, I knew it was gonna be bomb because my boyfriend actually has great taste and recommended it. I mean why would I date him otherwise? But I still had to be the one to taste it to believe it. Those biscuits put them on the MAP! I had lost faith in biscuits & gravy in this city. I have been let down time and time again because it was so weak. But these gave me hope for the future 🥹 I could see this place being my breakfast new normal. They’ve been nothing less than spectacular and are the epitome of what a True, neighborhood nostalgic 50’s diner encompasses. No other establishment has ever provided fun toys & items of entertainment while waiting for our food. We thank Benjamin for that! “My favorite gem in LA. Every time I’m sick, my boyfriend gets me matzah ball soup, and it really is magical Jewish penicillin. It always makes me feel better. I dream about the chocolate rugelach. Delicious baked goods. Amazing service, Canter’s family-owned and they really do everything with love!“

“My wife and I have been to a lot of IHOPs in different cities, but this is BY FAR the best in terms of food quality, speed of service, and wonderful management.
This IHOP consistently produces food that is well-seasoned, and never over/under cooked, all while having the food come out at a reasonable pace. We also had the opportunity to host a large event in this IHOP for about 45+ guests. Even with the large headcount, the food was AMAZING and came out so fast. All of our guests told us afterwards they would love to have future events at this IHOP.
We are so thankful for the manager (Marilyn) and our wonderful waiting staff who helped make our event so special and efficient.“

“Went here for breakfast recently and the food was good and the service was prompt. But what really impressed me was I used the restroom and the soap dispenser was empty. I informed the manager and he not only refilled the soap dispenser but brought over to the table a big bottle of hand sanitizer for my hands which was truly impressive. “IHOP is always a fun spot to take the kids when you’re ready for a sugar rush and stacks of fluffy pancakes. Honestly, I go there mostly because my kid wants to — and he loves it. For adults, the menu has plenty of solid breakfast and lunch options too. At this location I tried the egg white omelet, which was a healthy and tasty vegetarian pick.

It’s also worth noting that IHOP has been among the chains with the steepest menu price increases since 2020 (reportedly around +80%). Even so, the quality-to-price ratio stays fair, making it a reliable choice when you just need a casual meal that keeps everyone happy.“

“Whenever we are even close to Downtown LA and staying in a hotel for a night or more, we have IHop delivered. It is just the best.

We have eaten at this one more than once and it is clean, the service just great and the whole place is very comfortable. The servers are always nice.

This time we had it delivered and it was, as always so good. They pack it all in such a way there is no way it can get ruined or food mixed with other food. The delivery is fast and I have never had an issue, not once.

This time we had burgers, which were so good with bacon and cheese. My grandson had a grilled cheese sandwich with French fries and he loved it. I am the huge pancake lover in the family so I had their big breakfast that comes with the best, most fluffy and perfect pancakes along with hash browns and bacon, ham and sausage. It was all great and I saved the meat for our dogs who were waiting for us to get home (we were at a hotel nearby).

It is just the best and the prices are so fair. You will pay much more for some fancy place, but their pancakes won't be as good.

I come here also for the farfalle marinara: my kid's fav. Sauce is super, best we've had, she asks for this dish twice a month.

I have their pasta punch card for repeat customers. When I get a free small pasta I usually choose the penne aglio olio, a very nice snack, piping hot, fresh out the pan.

Stand on line to place/pay for my order. Grabbed my number, took a few steps where I cured my coffee, needed additional napkins and my hot sauce. Next thing I know , this lovely plate was presented. “I recently discovered Garden Cafe, I work quite close to it and didn't even know it! The inside is small but well decorated. I ordered the Mediterranean vegetarian wrap. It was good, not the greatest, but good. There are a few other vegetarian options I will have to try, and I heard their breakfast is really good! I will have to come back again.“

“Social has very good quality food. There's options for everyone. Price point is quite high, as to be anticipated by hotel restaurants. My only complaint: We have been attending a convention at the LAX Marriott for 8 years now and one would hope that the leadership at the hotel would be well aware than their restaurants will be significantly impacted when there's now 3000+ people there for the weekend. The staff does their absolute best but at the end of the day, there aren't enough of them and the kitchen staff clearly struggles to get the meals plated up in a reasonable amount of time. So if you plan on eating at Social, plan on allowing more time than you think you need and for heaven sake be patient with your restaurant staff. They are doing their best.“
