“Great food and service. Walked right in and was seated. My son ordered a burrito and I ordered the steak fajitas. The burrito was ginormous, he couldn't finish it. The fajitas were delicious. The steak was perfection! Definitely will stop by again! Hidden gem for sure!“

“My favorite hidden gem in Santa Paula. I love this place on weekday evenings because it’s not as busy. There is not a bad seat in this cozy and dimly lit restaurant. The ambiance is romantic with a hint of spooky as it resides inside a historical inn with haunting history. They have a pianist on Friday and Saturdays but reservations are highly recommended on those days. My usual is the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken (chicken is soooo good) and broccoli and my husband gets the Beef Stroganoff. Both dishes are equally delicious and the pizza is really good too. Their house wine is perfect with any pasta dish. If you have a big appetite you’ll definitely enjoy their portions. We usually share a salad and always take home yummy leftovers. Highly recommend this place for a romantic dinner or an adults beverage in their cozy bar.
Parking: If you don’t find parking in the front, they have parking located behind the inn.“

“The food is good; the attendants are really kind and also the manager itself is very attentive. I left my EarPods case on the table and left out of town. I called the manager, and the manager offered to save my case and then I picked up a few days later. The location is very clean as well.“

“We had dinner here recently and the service was amazing. My husband and I ordered two combination boxes and the waiter accidently input our ordered wrong. He added an additional item we didnt order, he was very apologetic and gave us the item on the house. We discovered we love scallops and tuna. Im not a big seafood person. I usually stick to the basic California rolls. When I tell you this plate was amazing, you best believe we ate all of it! Thank you to the amazing server for showing us kindness ❤️ we will definitely be returning to discover new items on the menu!“

“Fast ordering over the phone. Didn't have to repeat anything. When we picked up the food, everything was EXACTLY like we asked, with all the additions and deductions to the order. Inside the bag was a variety of salsas and a handful of chips. Everything taste amazing. Highly recommend“

“The wife and I recently dined at El Pescador, a charming family-owned Mexican restaurant, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with incredibly friendly and attentive staff, made me feel right at home. The carne asada tacos were spectacular, with perfectly grilled, tender steak, fresh cilantro, onions, and homemade corn tortillas that added an authentic touch.
The shrimp cocktail was a standout, with succulent shrimp bathed in a zesty, flavorful sauce that was both refreshing and satisfying. The accompanying rice and beans were delicious and complemented the shrimp beautifully. The generous portion sizes ensured I left completely satisfied. El Pescador exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return and explore more of their mouthwatering menu. If you're looking for an authentic Mexican culinary experience, this is the place to go.“
