“I stopped by Saratoga Bagels on a Friday morning to grab breakfast to go. I got an everything bagel sandwich with egg, cheese, mushrooms, some sauces, and jalapenos. The bagel was amazing. Very tasty and fresh, and it made for a satisfying breakfast without being overly pricey. The jalapeno was a nice touch and added a lot to it.“

“We have been to the place two times over the Labor Day weekend. Tried plain bagels, the lox sandwich, and the belly buster sandwich. All of them were delicious. The place is clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly. I am glad we found this place in our neighborhood.“

“As you walk into City Bagels, you’re hit by the delicious scent of warm bagels and baked goods. It permeates the air and makes you hungry. This family owned bagel shop is the kind of place that I am glad to spend my money.

Their drinks were not much to write home about - they were in boba cups. I had an iced chai which was a little watery(?) and was okay. The real stand out is the bagels. They have many flavors (I recommend Jalapeno Cheddar, which was a nice kick throughout the bagel). The ham and cheese bagel sandwich is very clean to eat on the go and tasty.

The lines are a little long and they seemed to get other peoples’ orders wrong, but for me it was a great experience!“

“I like this shop better than the other bagel place cafes I have tried. Ordered an egg bacon cheese on tomato basil and the blueberry crunch with cream cheese. The bacon is actually very crispy unlike the soggy bacon I have tasted at other places, and they toast the bagels a little more as well, which I like. The tomato basil was excellent and you can’t go wrong with the blueberry crunch. Will definitely be back!“

“We ordered the sausage, egg & cheese bagel and the lox bagel. The ingredients were very fresh, and besides bagels, they also have other bread options in the store. There are only a few tables, so seating is limited. We also tried their Vietnamese coffee, which was just okay.

Overall, I would definitely recommend their bagels and would come back again! 😄“

My friend took me here for `gourmet' bagels. We tried the following:
1. pesto bagel with jalapeno cream cheese -- had (fresh?) crunchy chopped jalapeno in an otherwise reddish cheese. I couldn't clearly taste the pesto.
2. marinara bagel sun-dried tomato and garlic cream cheese --- I liked this one better, could taste the Italian-pizza flavour.

These bagels are thin, and are puffy and not tight/dense.
Thinner (shorter) bagels and a thinner layer of cream cheese compared to that of an NYC bagel.
The cream cheese is slightly melted, and that's nice.“

I’ve been working in town and he always knows what I want when I come in before work, which is always an energy drink. they’re so sweet there, super quick, the place is always clean. “A true hidden gem in Mountain View. We love coming here for our Saturday morning bagel fix. The bagels are made in-house and have a fantastic texture, with some unique flavors like Swiss cheese, spinach, and jalapeño. Their homemade cream cheese is also a must-try. I'm a big fan of their Vietnamese coffee—it's got a unique blend that's unlike anywhere else. The place is simple but spotlessly clean, and the staff always wears masks. Just remember, there's no seating; it's takeout only.“

“2 out of 3 times my bagel was toasted just right (one time was burned). Those are pretty good odds. If you get there early, the bagels are still warm from being freshly made and are even more delicious. They are generous with the schmear, which is nice compared to other places that are stingy with it. There is a cozy dining area, which is just right for eating my bagel while still waking up.“

“I moved to Santa Clara about 5 years ago and this is the ONLY bagel shop we ever go to!! The food is fantastic, always fresh ingredients and delicious bagels. The staff is always so friendly, nice, and helpful.

But my favorite thing on the entire menu is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee!!! This is a little known hidden gem, but Cramer's Bagels proudly offers the most delicious iced coffee available on the entire planet. I simply do not go to Starbucks anymore. The flavor and energy is unmatched!

Basically if there was a rating higher than 5 stars I would give it. You won't be disappointed!“

“I recently tried a sandwich and donut shop that’s now under new management, and I was really impressed. I ordered the turkey avocado croissant sandwich along with a Vietnamese coffee, and both were excellent. The sandwich was delicious—fresh veggies, great flavor, and perfectly balanced. Even better, the sandwiches are under $10, which is rare these days.

The Vietnamese coffee had just the right kick and paired perfectly with the meal. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I’ll definitely be coming back—this is going to be my new go-to lunch spot. I highly recommend checking them out and supporting a local family business!“

“When you need a good hearty breakfast to power through your day, it's hard to beat a delicious breakfast bagel. I try to come here at least a couple times a month. They make bagels the right way - boiled and baked. This is one of those places where the staff is busy, but still always has a friendly smile. They wouldn't be busy if people didn't love the food, right? They also have Peerless coffee which is always hot and fresh. They have just about any kind of bagel flavor you could ask for, and many ways to make you a breakfast bagel.“

“Where I go to get uplifted. Employees are so nice. I get my favorite drink, Cafe Fresco 24 oz, little conversation, dog biscuits, they let me vent if I've had a bad day. It is so close to home and I feel so calm and happy when I'm there. The chocolate muffins are so good, though the blueberry are better for you and pretty tasty.“

“Came in for large coffee and bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel. Coffee was strong which I like and bagel was a delight: toasted with bacon fried just right( I don't like crisp, crunchy bacon). Bit into a freshly made puffy bagel and took a drink of hot coffee. Simple but very delicioso for me. There are only 2 dine-in customers besides myself. Majority of customers just order takeout. Cost me $10 something for my bagel and coffee. They have breakfast bagels, spread on bagels, bagel sandwiches, espresso drinks, smoothies and milk tea. Convenient location with Safeway, Ross and other businesses in lot. Across the street from Central library.“

“Please ignore the 1 Star review. They think it’s a scam and it’s not. I used TooGoodToGo to purchase pretzel dogs and the deal was 3 pretzel dogs for $9.99. I figured I was going to get day-old pretzel dogs, but they made them fresh and I was floored. I have used Toogoodtogo for other places, and it would either be day-old or some thing they made in the morning that I was picking up in the evening for other places I tried, but Mountain View Pretzel Dog was fresh and the pretzel hotdogs were tasty. I couldn’t believe what a deal I got. Out of all the places I tried in the app, This was the best one. Pretzels are as good as Auntie Anne’s but just not as buttery. I would definitely buy from them again.“

Alex was incredibly supportive, reassuring, and quick to help. He immediately let me know he could have the order ready for pickup in 30 minutes, which was a huge relief.

They also make Vietnamese coffee and sandwiches, as well as a variety of other Vietnamese food. I've been coming here for years and the quality of the food is really good and they are extremely fast.
