“Wow! Can’t believe I’ve never been here. 🤯 We don’t get Chinese food very often and have tried a couple of other places in town, but this is my new favorite.

We placed a takeout order and the woman who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. She knew the menu and could tell me which items were GF (even double checked with the kitchen) As someone with food sensitivities, it’s much appreciated.

Prices were fair and the food was really good!

“Tim's is a wonderful family-run Chinese restaurant. Mostly geared for take-out; there are two tables inside and a few outside as well. Very quickly, you are a "known" customer: your favorite items on the menu, that is. Combos are very affordable. Constantly rotating supply at the front of the items ordered most-frequently. Made-to-order always available, too. Gracious, generous family who truly know and care about their customers. Chicken with green beans is my favorite. My son loves the shrimp and the chow mein. Recommended!“

“The food was very good. My 8 and 14 year old ate until they had their fill. They serve family style so they are big portions for a family of 4-6 to share. We got a rice dish, noodle dish and 2 chicken with vegetables dishes but different flavors. We had to take some home.

Parking: It is behind the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: The waiter is friendly and patient. The cook is also friendly, especially when my son greeted her. Serve family style dishes.“

“For Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz this place is super legit. I got the soon tofu stew and it was accurate and very good. I’m comparing this restaurant with the Korean restaurants in Sunnyvale and this place holds up well. The kimchi was trash though so it would be nice if they got better quality.“

“We just love Four Streams Kitchen, so much so that we pre-ordered take-out for 16 people for a birthday party in our home. The food arrived hot, on time and delicious. It was a major hit. So in my search for some new and good I Found some reviews about this place and decided to try it.

Was impressed. Very happy with the sizzling rice soup, tomato broth. Very happy with the pepper chicken wings as well. My new favorite Chinese in town.“

“They are the best Chinese restaurant in town. Very friendly staff and amazing cook. We had some rockfish freshly caught and they did an amazing job preparing them to 3 different delicious meals including tofu fish soup, spicy fish filet in chili oil, and steamed fish. The price is very seasonable. The cook even came out to us to communicate the flavor preferences which made us feel welcomed and valued. Overall 10 star experience we recommend any fishermen to take their catch here and be surprised how good they can taste!“

“Great local Thai restaurant! Flavors on point, better quality ingredients than usually found at your local. Everything was fresh, bright, and exactly what you'd want for a casual delicious meal. Service was also excellent, very warm and welcoming and food came out quickly.“

“My friend and I got the cream cheese wontons, Mongolian beef, and General Tso's chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavor was delightful. Usually with deep fried chicken at Chinese restaurants, it's hit or miss, but I think they did an excellent job. I would recommend this place.“

“Service was great, the server she was very polite and courteous as well as knowledgable and helped also explain the specials + drinks well. Food was presented and served in a very attractive way. Had the dinner special which included Fried Wontons + Spicy Ground Pork Noodle Soup & drink of choice. Very tasty and good mix of flavors, definitely a lot of food just for one person might even be able to share between two people. Will be back to try other dishes for sure!“

“We decided to venture out from our usual noodle spot to Chloe's Kitchen and weren't disappointed! The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was delicious, with a flavorful, savory broth and tender shank meat. Would prefer a bit spicier though, or some Szechuan peppercorn. We also tried the vegetable dumplings in chili oil, which were also very tasty! Only downside is the price is pretty steep ($18 noodles, $13 dumplings) compared to noodle and dumpling places in SF ($13-$15 noodles, $7-$10 dumplings). Kind of takes the fun out of dumplings when they are so pricey.“

“I don't really care for the e-ordering and payment platform they utilize. If you're more traditional, cash paying customer this place is not for you. It will not work.
However, I must admit, service was very fast. Your order and it's at your table in 3 to 4 minutes. Furthermore, every dish was delicious. Every single one.
This location has changed ownership two or three times in the last 10 years. This is by far the best one yet, and it shows with the lines outside the door for tables.“

“Pho or Banh Mi? This place makes the choice impossible because they’re both 10/10. The vegan options are endless and the veggie pho broth is magic, and the tofu Banh Mi is the freshest sandwhich I’ve ever had. I’m officially a repeat offender.“

“Had one item from the lunch special, General Tao's Tofu, which I highly recommend. The other dish was Snow Peas, Broccoli and Blsck Mushrooms (one of my favorites) which was nicely cooked (not over cooked) but could have benefitted from a little tastier sauce. However we mixed the two dishes together and loved it. Portions are generous and easily shared by two or three! Service was outstanding. We sat on the patio and we're handed menus within moments. Order was taken within minutes of arrival and the young lady who took our order was great about helping us "veganize" a vegetarian dish. Food was delivered piping hot in less than 10 minutes. I'd have no problem returning for lunch. The patio area means well-behaved and leashed dogs may accompany their humans. I do wish they had more vegan items available (like Daiya, Gardein etc.). Nevertheless, the lunch special is a bargain.“

“Panda Express – Fast, Delicious, and (Mostly) Flawless

Panda Express is hands down my favorite place for orange chicken, rice, and chow mein—quick, easy, and always satisfying. The food was great, the service was solid, and I was soaking up some sunshine by the window, enjoying my meal. Perfect setup.

However, I ran into a couple of hiccups. First, I wasn’t able to leave a tip because they only accept cash tips. I don’t carry cash (because I lose it, it’s dirty, and, let’s be real, I believe cash is evil). If they could allow customers to tip via credit or debit, I’d feel a lot better about my transactions.

Second, I tried to leave a glowing review through the Panda Express app and website, but both were riddled with errors that prevented me from doing so. They need some serious bug fixes because I actually wanted to leave a compliment, and that shouldn’t be so difficult.

On a side note, while I was sitting there, a guy named Kevin was keeping the restaurant clean, which is great—except he spent an oddly long time sweeping around me and banging the dustpan against the floor like he was sending a message. Not sure if he was mad at his boss, me, or just having a rough day, but it was a bit... distracting. I thanked him for being so loud on my way out, and he did apologize while staring at the floor—so, progress?

Overall, great food, great place. Just needs a tipping option, a functioning app, and maybe a little less passive-aggressive sweeping.

“Came in because I was craving phô.. I have to say I was disappointed with the flavor of it so I would not order that particular plate again.. however, their spork spring rolls are really good. I just wish their peanut sauce was a bit thicker... the salt & pepper wings def were the hit of the night. I would go back and order more wings if my stomach could handle it, lol... overall, I had a good experience there, and the staff was friendly.“

“Nice place, with an awesome waitress that helped the perfect amount. Food was good, not extravagant but still good. The potions were much larger than I anticipated. Each thing you get comes on a big plat filled by itself. Would be a great family style meal.“
