“Stopped by on a busy Saturday morning. It’s a really nice and pretty spot to enjoy brunch with friends, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The only downside for me was that the pastries were a little dry for my liking, but overall it was still a nice experience.“

“Went there for the first time with three friends on a Saturday at noon. Sure, finding parking was a bit rough, but with people leaving with to go orders we found a great spot pretty quickly. Even though there was a line, it moved so fast & with so many great & friendly employees, ordering went very quickly. We found a table on the patio & the employees there were also very friendly & helpful. Food was delivered to us, exceptional, especially the potato balls. Sandwich on a croissant also delicious!!! “Busters Real ice cream is as advertised. Its real ice cream. Unfortunately it was a real disappointment for everyone in the family. Maybe we are too used to excess sugar in other ice cream brands. Its price was reasonable for what you get. The ice cream selection was not as wide a variety as other places one may choose. For my family, there was a cloud of disappointment as the ice cream was not as sweet as we all desired after a long bike ride at the beach. We will not be back anytime soon. I am giving 4 stars because they are reasonably priced and prompt to complete the orders. I also believe there are people out there that desire less sugar in their ice cream. This place is perfect for those people.“

“Susy did an amazing job on my mom’s birthday cake. She was able to create an exact replica of the
reference photo that I gave her. The cake was also so good and moist and everyone at the party loved it. There was a little hiccup on our end where one of the letters got damaged in transport and Susy was able to replace it last minute before the party started. Overall a great experience and I would use her again if I need a cake in Long Beach.“

“Recently came to this Baskin Robbins because I had a huge craving for ice cream, and this location was extremely convenient as its inside a shopping plaza! As soon as I walked in, Alexa greeted me with an amazing and positive attitude!! “This place is awesome!!! They made my wedding cake and dessert bar 5/26/19. Everyone loved it I got so many compliments on the quality of the cake. The desserts where also a huge hit. As soon as the dessert bar open at 9 it was almost cleared out. We didn't put everything out at once and had to restock it in 7 mins. My daughter even said she didn't get a chance to have anything but a cake pop because it all went fast. Back to the wedding cake, they did such an amazing job recreating the cake we wanted. It was exactly how we pictured it. And was so fresh and moist. My husband loved it and he is not a cake eater hes super picky. “I ordered 2 tier rice cake for my dad's birthday. I was not aware therefore I ordered the cake to be picked up on Saturday. The lady was bit intimidating but was very informative. I was worried as she had mentioned that its best to eat same day. But per my parents, who had the cake cutting on Sunday afternoon. They said the rice cake was still very delicious. “Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Ice cream is usually a safe choice—until you order a banana split and it looks nothing like the picture.

This is my second time visiting since they moved across the street. The store is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were young, friendly, and pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable.

Unfortunately, both visits had the same issue: missing toppings. They didn’t have hot chocolate syrup, which is essential for a banana split. The whipped cream was flat and seemed watered down, likely from being left out too long. Making a banana split isn’t hard, but without the right ingredients, the experience falls short. The alternative topping combinations didn’t really work either.

If the manager sees this, I hope you make sure all toppings are consistently available and fresh.

“This Tous les Jours is tucked inside HMart a super convenient little stop when you need a quick pick me up coffee and something sweet. Came by the other day for a coffee and pastry run. The ube latte was so good and not overly sweet. Just smooth and flavorful. The pastries were dangerous tho. Lol. I will say tho when I was in Seoul last year they had this grapefruit tea that I’m still thinking about. I really wish they had it here because it was that good! Service here is fast there’s almost never a line and being inside the HMart food court makes it a convenient grab and go while you’re shopping.“

“CeCe was absolutely amazing today. We came in to celebrate 9 years and 9 years of us having our sweet rescue pups. We got the love it brownie and love it coffee mix. Our pups shared a strawberry cone and CeCe even brought out some peanut butter for them. She loved the dogs and her customer service was top tier.“

“I usually enjoy coming to Cold Stone, but my recent experience was disappointing. The manager Sue seemed distracted while wearing AirPods on both ears and was rude during our interaction. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve communication and professionalism. She doesn’t greet customer or smiles. She had a face like she hates to work there I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager.

My 6 year old boy dropped his ice cream by accident was crying we and asked to if they could replace the scoop out of courtesy sue the manager said no with an attitude and said you could call corporate if you want.

She shows no empathy and horrible customer service.

After my initial review, the owner personally reached out to apologize for my experience and took the time to listen to my concerns. They also mailed my family buy-one-get-one-free coupons as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciated.

While my original experience with customer service was disappointing, I want to recognize the owner's professionalism and commitment to making things right.

“We take our kids here after school sometimes for a treat. The workers are always very friendly. I love the numerous flavors they have, which they rotate often enough to keep us coming back for more.

For my daughter's bday we decided to order an ice cream cake because not everyone likes cake. WOW!! The cake baker did a phenomenal job. Everyone had so many compliments and it was absolutely delicious! Thank you so much. We'll be back in 2 weeks for the next bday! We'll done. Highly recommend.
