“It was recommended and was my first time trying this place. No regrets! Food - I ordered a grilled cheese bowl. It comes with 4 pieces of grilled sliced cheese, two types of seasoned rice, hummus and salad. It was a perfect size for me. Salad was crunchy, everything tasted freshly prepared and delicious! Service - I can't ask better! I received friendly, welcoming and perfect service! I'm so glad that I tried this place out. I'll definitely come back again and this place is highly recommended to everyone. There are 2 other locations as well, just to mention. It's really worth trying, if you haven't tried yet.“

How to create a perfect dining experience with beef kabob, rice, and a tomato? Using quality ingredients and traditional cooking method help. The meat was superbly seasoned and cooked, and it's full of flavor and never dry. The rice was fluffy and light, but nuanced with fragrant spice and butter. The grilled tomato was so juicy and roasted that it's the best accompaniment to the earthiness of the meat. Even with the takeout order, we were supplied with two packets of sumac to sprinkle on our beef and chicken kabob. We ordered ahead by phone and the chef was just putting on the finishing touches when I arrived. The food was piping hot even after the 18-minute drive home. The dining area was spacious, and there were a few tables outside. Parking was not an issue in this shopping center.“

It's a hidden gem and workers are super nice to accommodate you. I really enjoyed the Chicken Kabobs which were decently sized, juicy, and well-seasoned. Hummus pairs well with the falafel. The falafel surprisingly had less of bean/chickpea taste and more cilantro (?)Overall, definitely coming back whenever I'm down for some fresh chicken kabobs with a side of pita. “I’m from San Diego headed to Beverly Hills and had to stop to charge my Tesla .my mother and I got hungry and saw this place on Google five minute walk away.The whole experience was wonderful. I was greeted by a kind, middle-aged woman and handed a menu. While I was waiting for my order to be prepared. Two little kids ran up to the man in the kitchen and asked if he could open their orange soda for them, the clip for the soda was broken off so he gave them a new one. After watching this all go down in the distance, with a smile on my face, I made eye contact with the guy behind the counter & he offered me an orange soda :).Orange soda is my favorite. Then the waitress trick us to order this meal for 2 people which cost us almost $80. which we split the bill. The manager didn't help at all because we call her to the table. Love that white sauce on top but careful with the hot sauce... It's hot!! I love spice so I mix the hot sauce together with the white sauce on the container lid before adding it to the food for a consistent heat distribution.“

“I'm always on a hunt for small family businesses and Sarkis really caught my eye. It's a cute little bakery with endless choices of baklava to choose from. Came in on a Saturday afternoon to pick out a cake for a family event and little did I know I would be walking out with some delicious baklava as well! The service was great, I am always curious to know what types of desserts/food a business provides and I catch myself asking a lot of questions. The lady that helped me out was very nice and patient with me and she even gave me a sample of their walnut baklava (which was DEEEELISIOUS) I always thought baklava was made from pistachios but she explained that it's made from various types of nuts so there's many options!!I ended up buying some baklava and a chocolate cake with fruit (which I regret not taking a picture). Not to brag but my family praised me for picking out a good cake (; Definitely recommend!!“
“Finally got to try this spot in Cerritos as I love anything Mediterranean food. It's a little restaurant in a small plaza across from Cerritos mall. I ordered the Beef Shawarma with rice, garlic sauce, potato salad, cucumber yogurt and falafel. Everything was delicious, cooked and seasoned well. Finally tried falafel for the first time and it was great, and even better when dipped ! The portions are huge too, I couldn't even finish the entire order. “This spot was on point. I'm a difficult customer. I didn't know what I wanted. Yammel was so awesome. She answered my dozen of questions and put together a dinner for my husband and I that was healthy, filling, and delicious. I did take out. I ordered the family style dinner but I got beef kebab and steak instead of chicken for a bit of a charge. We also ordered the appetizer platter and tiramisu for desert. The sides of salad and pita, and everything that came with these meals will give us about three nights of Dinner. Ordering DoorDash or Uber Eats is becoming ridiculous. You pay $15-$20 in fees. So that's why I came in to order take out. So about 80 bucks we'll eat 3 nights. We would easily drop that on one dinner if we went out. Prices are just insane lately. Thank you Yammel for being so patient with me and for being friendly and kind.“
