“my friends and i came the day before christmas eve around 7, it was super busy and there were a lot of customers. there was one lady handling the whole situation, communicating with the customers by letting them know that their food is on the way. she should honestly get a raise!! and the music was good :)“

“I was very impressed with this location for a couple of reasons.
First, when we got our drinks I unloaded the tray and left one drink in the tray. I went to move the tray and I dumped a soda completely upside down in between my lap and the center console. We all expected the lid to pop off and create a mess everywhere, but it was securely on and there was only a single drop of liquid that spilled out!
Secondly, I tried to order something that I found online, but they did not sell it in the Restaurant. The person taking my order suggested an alternative that sounded delicious so I went with it. It had two patties. I ordered it without a bun and when we got our food I thought they had forgotten it because I was expecting it in a box with a fork and knife. Turns out they took the two patties and put all of the toppings in the middle and wrapped it up like a burger. It was so simple, but had never had one made like this before. I was so impressed with the care that they took with our meal overall. It was very enjoyable experience.“

My daughter asked Raley our pizza maker if she could arrange the pepperoni in a smiley face. Raley kindly obliged. We appreciate her kindness our daughter is special needs and talks slowly. I always check the restrooms first when I eat somewhere, restrooms can tell a lot about a place... They're always clean stocked.

“The drive thru staff is always super friendly and helpful, even late at night! Normally going to get fast food late at night at other places means unusually poor service or messed up orders but Carls Jr. has good fresh food and nice employees, even when everything else has already closed :)“

“Great take out experience. We often do pick up orders and order online ahead of time. Most places have the food ready late or early, either way annoying.

Jersey Mikes, we ordered our subs online, gave us an ETA and when I showed up, the place was empty, I figured my food would be sitting, getting cold. Nope. They had just started making it so it would be ready right on time.

“They made our food fresh! I thought the food was delightful. The food was fresh cooked. Chicken tenders were juicy, there’s hints of Cajun heat, slightly crispy. The potato wedges “fries,” were crispy and fresh, they tasted like real potatoes. The shrimp was sweet and very crunchy freshly made, and the biscuit was more like a sweet cornbread to me. I’m not sure what dipping sauce they had but we got ranch and mustard.

They have regular fried chicken, chicken tenders, sandwiches, corn dogs, chimichanga looking things, shrimp, wings, and biscuits. I’m pretty sure that’s all. Some items were still being put out and I didn’t check to see if they sold more items.

Price wise, I think we paid about $15 for 8 pieces of shrimp, 3 chicken tenders, fries, and a biscuit.

The guy taking the order was very nice.

The chicken place is inside of a gas station store that has a ton of Indian items like paneer, garbanzo beans, lentils, spices, etc.

There’s no place to sit, so you’ll have to take your food and go.“

I've eaten here twice in the time I've been in the area and both times the tacos were perfect, I also order a breakfast jack and it was made incredibly well too! I often get stuck with soggy tacos or overcooked eggs on the breakfast jack at other locations, but this place nailed my order twice in a row!“

“I went into the store to customize my order before I placed it using the KFC app because it won’t do that. I talked with really friendly employee and asked him if I could customize my order before placing with the app and he was fantastic in helping me out. After I placed the order I noticed that the address had defaulted to a previous KFC store I had ordered from 400+ miles away. The employee talked with his manager and they replicated the order for me at their store with no additional charges. What can I say except it was truly amazing and very much appreciated. “the food is amazing actually, i love their original chicken sandwich. the price isn’t bad for the amount of food. the waiting time could be better but it’s not as bad as a neighboring burger fast food restaurant…the service is fine but there’s always something weird going on in the restaurant, i’ve gone twice after school this year and both times there was someone being odd. the first time there was a guy just screaming and talking to himself and me for some reason and the second time a guy came in and started doing pushups on the table.“

“I've never been so I was skeptical at first. Very clean plane when you walk in the door. The ordering on the touchscreen is kind of a pain. Wasn't sure if you could just order at the counter. Made it through the 5 minute process with 3 people to order.
Then the food came out. Better burger than In-N-Out burger. Which is saying a lot as we see how popular that place is. People waiting for an hr for a burger. The fries were just ok. Not a big fan of crinkle cut fries.
We went on a Saturday around 5:30 no line and was eating within 10 minutes.

“Definitely the best McDonald we have in Sonoma county. Food is always nice and hot and DOESN’T taste like it had be reheated. There is a girl who was working the drive-thru, she informed me that didn’t have 2 strawberry pies I ordered with the app and offer to refund me the money and/ or give me additional pies(apple pies) and then come back to get the actual flavor I wanted the next day. I wasn’t worried about them not having what I ordered but I had to point out the great customer service that I was given and how nice she was as a person in general.“

Her caring attitude, explanation of the app and benefits, and willingness to offer a 2 minute wait for hot and fresh nuggets made my day. Juanita is an employee that should be prized by any manager.
