“The dedicated staff at Pizzana deserves acclaim and appreciation. After a crazy night of delivery service fails, dropped drivers, unreachable Chow Now representatives, more delays, and remade orders, Kevan drove our order over themselves. It was a late Valentine dinner, not what we expected at all, but Pizzana made good on their end of the delivery and the food was great. The people at the restaurant were kind and gracious at every turn. Thank you Pizzana for being the best.“

“The place is great. Myself and my wife came there for a pizza (truffle) the place was still not full and due to some difficulties in the kitchen. We had to wait very long time for the pizza and started to get really hungry angry.. my wife went to check on the order but still did not help. Not a good start! But then.. the pizza arrive, the stuff apologized and the pizza.. oh my good, was so good. One of the best we had for a while.. so we could forgive and the problems they had.. I really enjoyed the pizza so , even though there are so many places to eat in downtown Ventura, we found ourself in the next time back for another one.. the stuff was surprised to see us and giving them second chance and promised us the it will not happen. Again, and it was true, we ordered a great salad that arrived in minutes and few minutes after , the pizza was ready and again wonderful. I want to mention the girl Anna that was taking our orders and help in the kitchen. She was very kind polite and helpful, and new how to take responsibility when issues happened (I appreciated that) and was totally on her game the second night , and made sure everything will be great for us. ! We will be glad to come again“

“Farmhouse kitchen is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever had. On top of the food being great and delicious, the presentation makes you want to order everything from the menu. Chef Bo was so nice to come out to our table and all I can say is she was a very nice, young & talented person. She even made me a special dessert for my birthday. Thanks Bo❤️ I highly recommend this place if you want an authentic, excellent and delicious food. In addition, the place is so full of life. The decor is amazing! I can’t wait to go back and try some of the fancy drinks and dishes on the menu.“

“My wife and I went to the Grove in Los Angeles last night and we had dinner at "Sogno Toscana," an it was outstanding. It was perfect in every way; great food, great drinks, outstanding and friendly staff, beautiful location, etc. I love Italian food but I can't think of one Italian restaurant that I like, until "Sogno Toscano." The food was outstanding, and there was so much more we saw go by that we can't wait to go back and try. And the drinks were outstanding. I love martini's and they served the best martini I've ever had. Giacomo was our server and took great care of us. He's from Italy and "Sogno Toscana" brought him to America when they opened their New York restaurant, and now he's in LA for this new restaurant. Although very busy, the entire staff were very fun to be around, and most of them are Italian which is also great.“

Service was very welcoming and friendly and they were very accommodating when we got stuck in traffic and we were a little late for our reservation. My only critique would be they would benefit from serving coffee cocktails for dessert. There was a fancy espresso machine, and all the ingredients to make an espresso martini, but when we asked about one for dessert they said they’re more wine focused, which made sense and I’m a wine nerd myself, but half the bar was drinking regular martinis which was a little confusing.“

“Thank goodness for Offhand! A much-needed natural wine bar for the west side. While there are always people here, you can always find a spot to sit no problem. They do a great job of rotating and featuring natural wine, most of which are from California/the west coast — through them, I learned that my hometown has a natural winemaker I’d never known about! Definitely order the grilled cheese, it’s simple yet delicious.

“The valley's hidden Gem!! I heard about this place from my hair dresser months ago and have been meaning to check it out. I went there last night for my birthday with a few friends and it was worth the wait.
Such a quaint classic place with amazing wine from Napa, and the cheeses were out of this world-delish! Make sure you order the warm baguette, its a perfect compliment to the cheeses. I’ll tell ya, the wine and food was pretty amazing, but if you don’t have the right staff, then a place could fall short. The 2 guys that run it made the experience top notch! And the ghost playing the piano against the wall was an added bonus! :-)

Jeff, the bartender/server/sommelier with a past in the entertainment industry was fun, informative, and accommodating-and running the entire front establishment on his own.Outstanding customer service and never made anyone feel ignored. Hats off to Jeff! Definitely listen to his suggestions-he knows wines and cheeses. Then you have Nick, the soft spoken, former drama teacher now turned chef who delivers the entrees in the most respectful manner. Come to find, this guy was the lead role in Les Miserable with a voice that would put Hugh Jackman to shame! We got to hear/see a clip of his performance. I guess if you stay till closing, you get to know the employees.
Both men were exceptional in service and knowledge, and the food and wine were perfection! Cant wait to go back“

Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. The layers were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of rich, savory flavors. Let's not forget dessert! We shared a few different things and they were all great. The tiramisu was fluffy and decadent and the chocolate mousse was rich and smooth. Overall, Angelini Osteria is definitely a must-try for Italian food lovers in Los Angeles. “I just want to say how much I love coming to Dargenzio Winery. The owner and his staff are always very welcoming. The food is excellent. I love the ravioli and pizza. Filippo, the owner knows his Italian wines very well and does an excellent job with the pairing of the wines with the food, so definitely ask for him and ask him to do that for you.Dargenzio Winery also has a good amount of outdoor space, which is a plus in these times. “We've been attending a handful of concerts at Hollywood Bowl this year. We loved Fattoush Salad (different recipe from how our family makes Fattoush Salad) but was delicious! The Lamb Chops were OK, but Spanish Fried Chicken was just fried, you can't taste or see any chicken meat inside. I have a feeling all vegie dishes here might be delicious, but not the ones with any meat. Service and atmosphere were amazing! We will go back to try different dishes, but for sure to have the Fattoush Salad.“

“The Fig Restaurant is located in the Fairmont Hotel. The service was excellent, the food outstanding. The overall atmosphere was lovely. My photo is of the beautiful fig tree that stands at the hotel entrance. That alone is worth a visit for some :) We’ll be happy to come back.“

“If you’re reading this, here’s the short version: this is easily one of the best restaurants in Culver City, and you need to try it now!

It’s a small spot in downtown Culver City that you could walk past without noticing. I’m glad I didn’t. There are a couple of tables outside, but most of the seating is indoors. The space is modern, clean, and relaxing.

We ordered three dishes, all recommended by our waiter. The mussel toast is a must. Every bite is savory and packed with seafood flavor. For mains, we had the short rib and rainbow trout. The short rib was perfection. Cooked over fire and served with crispy potato strings. It’s something you get at high-end steakhouse but at half the price. The rainbow trout looked beautiful and tasted fresh, though the citrus was a bit stronger than I prefer.

For dessert, we couldn’t resist the churro and ice cream sandwich. The ice cream (another must try), sourced from a Persian maker, was rich with rose, honey, and pistachio. The presentation was just as impressive. The churros were decent, though I wished they were crispier and the dipping sauce was thicker.

Overall, I’d give this place a solid five stars. The food is close to Michelin quality without the Michelin prices. Go and you won’t be disappointed.“

“The foods are amazing … i had the salmon creamy pasta and i liked it so much, the salmon with cherry tomatoes are very refreshing , porcini and mushroom are the new favorites , but the black truffle was the most unforgettable one , once you taste it, it seems you are watching a classic italian movie. Not sure if it was the sauce but the steak was just ok but for the price I was anticipating the taste and quality to be like that of Chi Spacca next door. Overall the meal was great I just had high expectations.“
