“I would have come here sooner if I knew they had non-vegetarian dishes! When my vegan friend wanted to meet me for lunch here I said sure, thinking I'd leaving hungry and boy was I wrong. The lemongrass chicken is amazing and it's a big portion too. The prices are reasonable and this place is easy to get to. I recommend giving it a try!“

“Small mom& pop restaurant. Very 廣東 台山 Cantonese Taishan family style menu for lunch and dinner. Their chicken rice is delicious, juicy tender brown chicken, fragrant rice, just not very Hainan style but I will order again. Their curry pork chop rice, the curry sauce was very yummy unfortunately the fried pork chop was very dry inside. Want to love it so much because the fry job was done right but the meat was too dry. We also order the Chinese sausage salty egg meat Pattie on rice 台山臘腸鹹蛋肉餅飯. That was delicious! They can accommodate bigger group (6+) but best to call ahead. Easier for 1-4 person. There is a free small parking lot on the side and street parking. Even though I gave it 4-star (cuz of the pork chop), I would definitely return to try other items. Very authentic regional Chinese food.“

“I absolutely love this spot for Vietnamese food. Every dish I've tried has been consistently flavorful, well-seasoned, and deeply satisfying. My standout favorites include the fried egg rolls, the Banh Mi Bo Kho, and the Bo Luc Lac--each prepared with impressive attention to detail and authentic taste.

There's still so much on the menu I'm excited to explore, so I'll certainly be returning to Pho Hai. An honorable mention goes to their Spring rolls, Vietnamese Iced Coffee and Thai Tea, both of which are wonderfully bold, rich, and balanced.

“When I first arrived to this restaurant, I didn’t see any other diners and was quite hesitant. But soon enough they proved my ‘pre-thoughts’ wrong.
Definitely one of the best Vietnamese home cooked meals at a restaurant in the area. The flavour is so authentic that can transport you back to the Southern of Vietnam (mien Tay) in a bite. We ordered the lunch set for family and cannot fault a thing. It came with canh chua, ca chien, goi tom thit, ca kho, bap cai chua. Flavour was mouth watering and all very good value for money. This is such a hidden gem. Highly recommend!“

“Tasty food, generous servings, below average prices. My wife and I had the roast duck noodle soup. Tasty duck, lots of nice noodles, I think it was Chinese broccoli cooked tender. Broth was okay. Lots of takeout traffic. Not where I would take a first date, run down. Service was okay. Decent parking in the lot. I'd go again for the food. Takeout is ideal. Lots of other menu choices to try. “Burger Zone has been around for quite some time. And while I have had my ups and downs with the place as I was growing up, I now see the charm.

The food is affordable and delicious for the price. Every time I order something, it brings a smile to my face. Especially the fries! Oh those fries. Sometimes I find myself daydreaming of them. The seasoning paired with that first crunch. And boy do they pack in as much as the bag can handle.

There was a time last year where I would stop for breakfast burritos with my sister a few times a week before work. Waiting in the car and chatting with the employees.

Now this place has become a staple in my life. And I'm happy to come home to its delicious burgers“
