We tried their chocolate almond croissant, strawberry mascarpone croissant, and banana latte. The croissants were delectable! The chocolate almond one had a tasty almond filling, we really enjoyed the creaminess of the strawberry croissant, and the banana latte wasn't overly sweet.

“Amaya was so easy to work with from before placing an order to post-delivery for our baby shower. On our initial call, she listened carefully to my requests and how I envisioned our dessert table to look like. She was always available via text messages or phone calls for any questions. Her prices were also reasonable. On the day of the delivery, my friend who was handling my event set up said Amaya was very sweet and came on time to deliver the desserts. She even left us a sweet thoughtful card congratulating us on our baby shower. As for the desserts, they were to die for!! I don’t have much of a sweet tooth and my husband is all about desserts. So between the two of us, we can be picky. From the cookies to the fruit cups to the cupcakes, everything was delicious. Special shoutout to the fruit cups, they were so good (highly recommend them)!! Our guests loved the desserts and asked where we got them from. We drove 1 hour and a half just to visit Bread Deluxe Bakery, and when we arrived, they were already about to close—but the two kuyas still welcomed us and let us buy. That kind of service truly means a lot.

The bread quality is amazing—super fresh and full of flavor. The puto and pandesal are especially outstanding, they really taste like home from the Philippines 🇵🇭

“While on a road trip to meet a friend in San Diego for a concert, I stayed a little outside of the city in Mission Valley to save some money. As I pulled into the hotel, I spotted a Randy's Donuts sign at the adjacent strip mall. It wasn't open 24 hours (or I would have absolutely dropped in), but I took note of the hours and knew I had to go back in the morning before hitting the road into the city the next day.

Randy's has some of the best yeast donuts ever, and they're among my favorites. The original location has been my go-to whenever I am in Los Angeles, and my tummy was excited to see a location in San Diego!

The place was bustling around 9:30 the next morning (a Saturday). There was a table of old timers who were obviously local regulars, as well as some construction workers and yuppies walking their designer dogs. There was a short line to order, but the shop had plenty of employees who were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. They moved the line quickly, which is nice if you just want to grab a sweet treat without waiting forever.

The display case was full of so many tasty looking donuts and flavors! Nutella, butter crumb, blueberry cake, maple glazed, and more. Of course, I'm a traditional donut type of gal so I went with one of the original raised yeast glazed donuts. They were so fresh and yummy!

I've never had a bad donut from Randy's, and today was no exception. The oil was fresh, the donuts were soft, and the flavors were delicious.I'd say thi s Randy's feels a bit like your classic donut shop rather than some next‑level destination.

These aren't Insta-worthy treats or anything like that, but good, solid, traditional pockets of sweet, fried dough. Sometimes that's all you need, just a basic donut that tastes delicious.“

“Food portion is a little off if you dine in. The rice and meat ratio is not good. Rice looks like they only gave you 1 or 1.5 scoop while the meat is a good amount. We got the spamsilog and wife got the tapsilog. They gave us 4 slices of spam, which is a good portion vs the rice. Good flavor on the food, the garlic rice, just needs a little bit of salt to taste. Overall good experience!“

Great location with ample parking. The restaurant is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely stop by the next time I'm in town.“
