They all came out looking the same and once I tried it all, there wasn't much of a difference in spice level. I could've tried the next tier after Spark --- I think .The batter was great - loved the crunch and crispyness of it.I thought they would've been stingy about the $2 tenders but the size of the tenders were a good size.Staff was nice and efficient for a busy Thursday lunchtime. There's outdoor seating if you can't find a spot inside.“

“This new spot on 8th Street is exactly what we needed. In Downtown, it's difficult to find a spot with fresh food that's delicious and quick. Because this spot is new, there is a bit of a wait for the food but not more than you would expect for food that is being prepared for you on the spot. Everything tastes fresh, not frozen. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. We had a lunch catered for the office. Everyone was pleased and that's sometimes difficult to do when you have 10 people with differing tastes. This means there's one more place where I can grab lunch that's not fried food. My favorite side is their broccoli! I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.“

They use a Rice flour which I think is key to their amazing chicken. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“I always been coming here these people are awesome, they mostly have your food ready and everything prepared on time, I'm writing a review for this specific time I went. I ordered a combo and they gave me alot of extra food, they hooked it up I guess just because. So I asked for Mac and cheese in replacement of the fries but they gave both, so it seems like that was just a free addition. And they gave me an extra tender too, alot of free extra food, I love that, thats how you get customers to be loyal and come back, I guess they just did it for the good or generosity, I'm not sure the reason why they gave extra food, but I'm guessing just cause they felt nice and like doing a good thing which is awesome i love that, thank you guys I really appreciate it“

“It was my husband's first Roscoe's experience. My second time eating at Roscoe's, first time at this location. Last time I ate there was pre-pandemic, but it was the SAME great service and good food that I remember! Not a lot of places we can say that about post pandemic. “Just happened to stop by Wildbird and was very impressed. The free-range chicken was hot and crispy and tasted great. We had the full chicken meal and while it was a bit expensive, it was good. We had the beans and the I would highly recommend getting the sweet potatoes. If you do a Google review you get free salsa and chips. The chip seasoning was good. It is only a side item, but this is most certainly not Texas toast. Texas toast is supposed to be not only toasted, but buttered on both sides with garlic and herbs. It was literally just a piece of bread that definitely wasn’t toasted. Don’t list something on your menu as Texas toast when it’s really just a piece of bread. Part of me wants to give them lower than four stars so they definitely see this and fix the mistake, or maybe last night was just an anomaly and they do actually sell Texas toast the way it’s supposed to be made. “2 coworkers recommended this place for lunch, I had a chicken wrap, they got a combo like 2 pieces with salad , which looked pretty decent portions, their food came out really fast, mine took like 20 minutes plus, don't know why, I know this place gets busy but we ordered the food about one minute after each other. I was expecting to eat there but looks like is only to go, and we placed our order outside the parking, waited outside etc. The girl who helped us didn't seem so polite, i believe is best to order alone with the tablet that is outside or call to place the order. “When I first moved down to LA, this was one of my favorite food discoveries. I loved ordering CCC for lunch or after the gym. What's changed in the last 3 years? My issue is that nothing has changed. The redundancy of the drive-up, receive a clear, yellow bag, drive back and enjoy my cold wrap or salad has become more of a chore than an experience. It's almost like a check the box "Did you eat today?" To their defense, the customer service, portions, and quality have always been top tier. For some reason I just don't crave CCC anymore. I'm not saying opening the lobby would change this, but the company could definitely use a shake up. A new menu item, a different wrap or salad, anything to excite the patrons. The saying goes "if it ain't broke don't fix it" but I vehemently disagree when it comes to CCC. Doesn't take too long to get your food, but as everything is made fresh, it might be 5-15 minutes depending on what you order. Smart to put in an order first, then do some grocery shopping as you wait ?You can't go wrong with a yuzu slushie, some rice cakes and a half-n-half noodle dog.
