“EXCELLENT experience!!! We went here for my birthday dinner and not only was the food delicious and fresh, but the service was INCREDIBLE. We ordered one small drink, the burrata, meatballs, and tagliatelle, and our waitress (Kristin?) also brought us a comped cauliflower just because she wanted us to try her favorite thing. I forgot names, so sorry, but we interacted with a hostess, our main waitress, and another girl who were all so sweet and kind. They also ended up bringing us out an extra penne dish (not pictured). My daughter ordered the seasonal sorbet (peach-blood orange), and then they also brought me out a scoop of housemade vanilla ice cream to top off my birthday celebration. The service we received was really spectacular.

“Ooh, what a lively place. It is a packed place even on a late Thursday morning, but the food is quite good.

I had the avocado toast with two poached eggs and it was tasty. I added a sprinkle of pepper and it was set to go. Definitely interested in trying the rest of their menu.

Cold brew was also nice although not too memorable.“

“Sun Cafe has a wonderful all vegan menu. Their patio is dog friendly (pets too). Service is a little slow when they get busy but food is cooked to order, I believe. Parking is available on the street nearby if the restaurant parking is full.“

“Paulie’s is really good food. I drive by here for work all the time and have never been disappointed. Note: definitely not a budget eatery, but quality is good. One thing I love is that they seem to pay attention to the little details. They have great cold cuts, huge cookies, and even their own drinks.

Just be aware that the bun has eggs in it, but you can ask for a lettuce wrap like I did. The fries are top of the top in LA, same as the wagyu beef burgers. Ate it all, loved it all, plus the staff is very nice.“

“I stopped in to try the coffee and check out the shop. The coffee itself was good and they had some decent food options. The atmosphere is nice, nothing too over the top. Lot of folks on their laptops, but not overly crowded. The employees were super friendly and courteous.

“So glad to finally tried this place, I don't have to drive to Ktown when I have the cravings for Korean food. I was skeptical but I had to try this place at least once. I went there with my daughter for lunch, ordered kimchee fried rice, kimche jjigae and port katzu. The portions were good and the taste was pretty authentic. Definitely going back. I'm sure their sushi will be pretty good as well as our lunch was.“

“I cannot believe I have never written about this Ubatuba! I have been coming here for YEARS and I absolutely love it. This location is hands down one of my favorite places in LA. “I had an incredible time with Katyna at their Airbnb event. I learned so much and the food was so delicious! I'm thinking of doing this again, it was well worth the time and money and the Gelato was made from all real ingredients! We got to make a few different flavors and they were all so delicious! She answered all the questions I had in such a patient and gracious manner, I learned SO much. She made the entire process so exciting. She told me so many stories about Fatamorgana and her background, so memorable. She took the time to print out some really helpful information about Gelato and helped put everything into context. I can't wait to go to more events with Katyna, it was so worth it and so tasty and she was so awesome from start to finish.“
