“This is my first time here and the customer service, quality of food and atmosphere was top notch.
I ordered the double cheeseburger with buffalo wings and both were amazing. The burger was juicy, flavorful and tender.
The wings had a unique seasoning of flavors and very juicy and not dry.

“We LOVE coming to Big Jim's! Great restaurant with delicious food! The service is unmatched, Hugo and Diana always help us when we come in and they are always on top of the service. All the servers are amazing. We recommend the avocado turkey melt, all the breakfast items, and definitely need to try the carrot cake for dessert! Hugo #1“

“The food is great as always. My only complaint is the lighting in this place. It’s like walking into an overly lit dentist and it wakes you up right away even if you walk in at 10pm. The amount of LED lights is just overwhelming and unwelcoming. Plus the cold stainless steel chairs and tables, it really doesn’t want you to get the food and get the f out of there. Please improve the lighting. 🫠“

“We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Can be hard to get a reservation, but we usually get there at 5:15 and are able to sit at the bar with no problem.“

“The fact this didn’t pop up for best restaurants in Burbank when searching google and TikTok is a travesty. This was phenomenal in every way and the owner genuinely seems to enjoy what he does. Everything is made in house including their sauces, the meat they used is displayed. If houses around here didn’t cost 1M I’d move here and eat this every day.

P.S. House sauce is amazing and the images pictured is the classic smash burger with an extra patty and the pastrami burger (which the wife loved)“

“This was the perfect date night. We went on a Friday night and it wasn't too crowded, perfect for me because I can get overwhelmed by noise. The atmosphere is super chilled out, with some nice sounds from the speaker. My date and I really really enjoyed our meals and our waitress Danielle (Danny) was fantastic and gave use the best recommendations.“

“I think this place is underrated. I stopped by here for dinner with friends and the atmosphere was chill enough, but loud enough to enjoy. “I ate here late on a Friday night, and the food was incredible! I got the Banger with tater tots, and everything was delicious. The tots are seasoned and come with a green chile sauce and ketchup. The sandwich was hot, cheesy, and so flavorful. I loved the crispy shallots! There are only 4 seats inside, so there might not be seating if you go at a busy time. The employees were all friendly and the overall atmosphere was bright and fun. This place is a gem!“

“One of the best meals I’ve ever had in LA. You can tell the chef loves what he does. The food tasted clean and fresh, and every dish was either wholly unique or an original take on simple dishes (a skin on roast chicken that isn’t greasy? Pork belly that’s crispy, yet melt in your mouth delicious? My partner hates pork belly and even he was impressed!) Our party of 4 ordered quite a bit of food and I found the portions to be perfect. I ordered the burger for dinner, and as a “best of list” skeptic, I can confirm they absolutely earned that spot, it was incredible.

The desserts sounded “LA fancy” (pretty to look at, sounds impressive, but mid in execution) and I was expecting heavy, especially with the ingredients listed, but they were the *exact opposite* - meticulously made, not overly sweet, and *light and delicate*. We got the panna cotta, the walnut tart, and the fried pie, and each one was a smash hit. The walnut tart was insane.

They accommodated my sister’s gluten allergy, and we never felt rushed or unwelcome. A new favorite for sure.

“First visit. We came for after dinner drinks. The arched ceiling and mood lighting are a great aesthetic. But with so many hard surfaces amplifies sound. It was pretty loud inside, so we chose an outside table. The staff were super helpful in explaining their stock and choices. Our cocktails were ok. My friend ordered a double Jack and coke. When the bill came I saw his drink cost $24! Our fancy cocktails were $14-$18. $24 for two shots of Jack Daniels and coke was disappointing. I didn't raise the issue. The staff is always friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food is consistently excellent—fresh ingredients, generous portions, and full of flavor. I highly recommend the bacon and blue burger and the trio tacos but honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Their cocktails are also top-notch, and the outdoor seating area makes for a perfect dining experience, especially in the evenings. This place has become one of my go-to spots in NoHo. “We are visiting town from Texas and ran across Irvs burgers in Balboa. Service was friendly and quick. Breakfast burritos was perfect and the patty melt was amazing. “I work around the plaza so this is my go-to place to order from. Every time I have a full shift, I just order on the app, set a time to pick it up and my food is ready to go when I get there. The food is delicious and I always get the correct order, there have been no mishaps. The employees are really nice, I love the environment, personally it's the best place to eat from. My favorite meals are the Southwest Chicken Sandwich and the Southwest Chicken Wrap, I love the crunchiness of the tortilla strips and they are so tasty!“
