“I don’t write reviews often, but Let Eat Yogurt absolutely deserves one.

I usually order their customizable blueberry yogurt bowl loaded with fresh fruit, and every single time I’m amazed by how generous they are with the toppings. The fruit is always fresh, the portions are huge, and the yogurt itself is honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. It’s creamy, flavorful, and somehow feels indulgent while still being healthy.

What made me appreciate this place even more was talking with the owners. They shared that before opening the shop, they actually slept in the building to perfect their yogurt recipes. After hearing that story, it made perfect sense why everything tastes so thoughtfully crafted. You can tell this isn’t just another dessert shop, it’s something they genuinely poured their hearts into.

The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, and their passion shows in every bowl they serve. If you’re looking for a dessert that tastes amazing without leaving you feeling heavy afterward, this is the place.

“It's not a cheap date, but it's a nice one. Skip the famous Caesar salad that's not even an Italian thing. Wines are great, the pastas are good. Loud acoustics, high energy, tons of staff. Only one asked us if we wanted another glass of wine. It is a different setup, counter service and table service combo. Ordered and paid and tipped before we were even sat. Wine bar gave you tastings of any wines you wanted to try so that adds a lot to the experience.“

All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day. “First time here got the dirty was blown away they cook the burger from my dog Gizmo he ate it all he's only 12 lbs only downside now is I guess they're allowing takeout. “I read good reviews so we thought would go and give a try. Well the family and I had fantastic meal. My husband had a goat fish and said was very flavorful and tasty. For the kids (8, 11)we got a mild Lamb Korma and Butter chicken. With these I confirmed that they would be mild enough for the kids. The butter chicken and lamb korma even though was ordered as mild (no spice at all to it) it had an absolutely amazing flavor to it- perfect for kids. Now I have had a lot of butter chicken and hands down this was the best I have ever had. The chicken fried rice we ordered was very tasty as well. Highlight for my husband was the beer from India. He said it was very nice and complimented the food nicely.“

We had the Shroomday Button (Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms/ White Wine Braised Leeks / Truffle Cheese / house stretched mozzarella / shredded mozz / parsley / post oven of lemon zest. *We love to add Hobbs Sausage*). I added that delicious sausage and loved that pizza! We also had the Bloomsdale (garlicky bloomsdale spinach / hand stretched mozzarella / shredded mozzarella /pecorino / smoked ricotta / gaeta olive / za’atar / feta salsa verde)... and YUM! And we decided to try the Garden of Farms Little Gem Caesar Salad (little gems / kewpie caesar dressing / pizza croutons / anchovies / Ribbons of Fiscalini Gold / soft cooked egg). Again, tasty, tasty, tasty. Speak Cheezy sure seems to use high-end products in the creation of their pizzas and salads. Everything was top notch. That salad was so yummy with that incredible salad dressing and the jammy soft cooked egg. I want another one to eat with my lovely pizza leftovers. :)“

“This was my go to Indian food restaurant in Huntington Beach before being diagnosed with Celiac’s and I was so excited to meet the owner Sal and learn that he and the entire staff are so knowledgeable about the disease and gluten free kitchen practices. Sal’s mom has food allergies and so he has maintained his kitchen with strict gluten free dishes and separate areas for food prep. There are many options on the menu since most Indian food is naturally gluten free. My favorite has always been the Chicken Tikka Masala and Lama Vindaloo, but since the staff always brings out little samples of stuff I now love the Lentil Soup! And testing with my Nima Gluten Detector always shows NO Gluten Detected and I'm good to eat without fear...but I already knew that. Thanks you guys!!! Love love love this place!!!“

“We found Avila’s El Ranchito on-line and decided to give it a try. We had about 45 minute wait so we knew it must be good. A little mix up in the list to be seated. There was another “David party of 2” that arrived AFTER we did but they jumped at the chance to be seated before us. The staff was very friendly. The portions were large enough that we shared a meal and were plenty satisfied. The food was very delicious. The salsa was not what you would call mild so for those with sensitive palates be aware! “My husband and I where staying at the beach for our Anniversary and the Pocket was right down the street. We walked over got some burgers and drinks . You cannot have a conversation because the sound echos so loudly and when the staff moves tables around they drag it along the tile and all of the tables have to stop and wait till they are done to be able to speak again with your table.“

“The spot is super cute and the gal who made my tea was so friendly and helpful. Quick too I swear she made my drink in like a minute. I got the matcha blueberry latte slightly less sweet with oat milk instead of dairy and with boba. It's really good matcha and the blueberry is a sweet pairing for it. 🫐 There was plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. They have some cute t-shirts and bags and claw machines which is fun and a sweet little photo op but this looks like a nice place to hang out for a bit with your matcha and get some work done. The Brussels spouts were amazing and the 5 cheese Mac and Cheese was the best we have ever had! 5 Star!!!! I must try!!!“
