“Dined in at 2pm on a Friday and there wasn't anyone else in the restaurant. I was greeted by the worker at the register. She asked if I was dining in or take out and I told her "dine in." I was seated and given the menu, plates, utensils, and even pickled radish right away. I took some time to study the menu and both workers checked in to see if I wanted any recommendations. One of the guys was very knowledgeable about the wing sauces and the menu but I didn't get his name. Eventually I gave them my order and I waited about 5 minutes and my food came out one at a time. Cheesling Fries (9/10) - The cheese powder on the fries were amazing! It wasn't too overpowering or too cheesy. The fries were hot and crispy. They even drizzle it in the secret sauce. It was very well balanced together. Rose Ddeok-Bokki (8/10) - The first few bites tasted like it needed more seasoning and flavor. The more I ate it, the better it got. It was not spicy for me and it was a great combination of creamy with a small but of tang. The rice cakes were soft and chewy. It was also very delicious overall.Secret Sauce Wings (8.5/10) - The chicken wings were very fresh. The batter was still crispy and the sauce was sweet, tangy, and sticky. It reminded me of my favorite childhood Chinese dish, Peking Pork Chop or sweet and sour pork chop. It did get soggy once the wings sat too long. Soy Garlic Wings (7.5/10) - The soy flavor overpowered the garlic in these wings but overall a really solid choice. The wings were also hot and crispy with a sweet and salty sauce. Overall, the food is 8/10. The service was 10/10. They checked in with me at least every 10-15 minutes. They gave me napkins without asking for it. I had a very pleasant experience!“

“I ended up here for a late night meal. Was not expecting much, never looked at pictures, just overall ratings. I rarely find a good hot chicken this far from the Cumberland River. I was so happily surprised. They use a dry rub, and not a "hot sauce". The meat was tender and delicious. I chose the hottest option and was not disappointed. I had to sign a waiver, which is a little silly, but I'd be happy to sign one again on my next visit. spicy, tender and delicious. I also purchased the Kale Slaw and that was very good.The chocolate shake was excellent as well.The service was just as good as the meal . “We were recommended to try their wings.. We love wings and always looking for some juicy savory wings. WELL THIS IS IT!! The wings are deep fried and that crispy fried OMG! Last week was our first time trying and I tried the Hot wings!!! Omg y'all they were amazing!! The sweat and sour sauce!!! Ohhhhh yes! Well anywho.. you must try them... you will not be disappointed! I see why they kept insisting or us to come. I needed more wings in my life and decided to go today. I had spicy galbi wings! Great flavors and again fresh and crispy!! Instead of the medium spicy, I get the mild now just to go easy with the spice. After eating my first chicken thigh, I moved on to my second one, and the taste was funny. I don't know why, but it tasted like I was eating fake chicken or something. There was something off with the meat, and I ended up tossing it out. Extra spicy level was just right, not overbearing, just enough to give it a good kick. Onion rings were lightly breaded and cooked perfectly.“

“Great, rotisserie chicken and sides. This is my go to place when I need to drop off a meal to a sick friend. Portions are a nice size. Seasoning is very good on the chicken and I really like their beans. I know the more popular spot is JuanPollo, but I do prefer this restaurant. Some people might say a little expensive, but the quality is good and worth it. Also customer service is exceptional. I don't remember seeing any seating inside. It's a to go place.“

“My first visit to this location. They ran out of menus, cups, and didn't have any desserts. I decided to try the chicken chili cheese fries. On the menu he had the option to add cut pieces of chicken on top for an additional fee. I opt out of the chicken on top just wanted chili and cheese. When my food arrived they put the chicken on top instead of sending it back I just tried it. The fries where okay I removed the chicken off the top because it just didn't taste right to me. I would have to try them again with extra cheese because they where sort of skimpy with the cheese. Their sunset drink is good though. No refills on specialty drinks so be prepared to pay.“

Their potato salad is actually great and I'm picky as hell about potato salad. “The chicken fell off the bone but it was a little dry. We subbed the rice for Cole slaw and that was definitely the right choice. The meal for two was good for us to enjoy the next day for lunch as well. We got everything to go so I didn't see much from service and ambiance but it was a nice healthy meal and we will visit again :)“
