Starbucks in Thousand Oaks

“It's a Starbucks inside CLU campus. Very nice but very busy during peak hours because of the students living on campus which isn't a bad thing. Just be prepared to occasionally run into a long line if you decide to check out the campus. Otherwise it's a great coffee place in a very beautiful area that'd very laid back and relaxing so enjoy.“

“Ok they rock here and now it needs to be five stars! Busy morning and in error my husband ordered at another location. He went to counter to explain and the lovely lady and another lady with cool multi colored hair said no problem and corrected the situation and made his coffee and breakfast with a smile. We just showed the phone and they went to work. This was so kind. Mine was ordered correctly and at right place and it was perfect. Great start to our morningWent this morning for drinks and a ham and cheese crossiant. It was barely 6am. The pastry was hot and we ate some while waiting for our coffees. We need caffeine today so we both had six shot drinks with 4 regular and 2 decaf we understand making 12 shots takes a few minutes. No problem. The drinks were fine and overall a decent experience. They have a drive through as well as we just walked in the pouring rain there. They were discussing who would make the drinks which was a little strange however. I enjoyed this Starbucks and would be back!

“The baristas make this Starbucks. They are kind and caring toward everyone. If your teenagers are there they are safe. There is kindness and caring for those with mental and physical disabilities. The coffee is good, but the people are great! They treat everyone as children of God.“

“Another great visit to Starbucks, the consistency is amazing. I guess you could compare it to a place like McDonald’s or In-N-Out. There’s never an opportunity for the coffee to taste different for the tea to be a different flavor because it’s also consistent which is amazing for a company this large.“

“Crazy location and a drive thru that is a bit challenging but if you want that coffee bad enough you can try it. Personally I do the walk up window. It’s much easier and faster than the drive thru. Service is great, staff is friendly and you know what you are getting. It’s Starbucks.“

“Been coming to this store for many years as this is just across from my home. It use to be not that great but the last month or so ever since the new manager Sam took over it’s been greatly improved. The store is clean and my drinks seem to be made consistently well. Sam even took time to have a conversation with me while I was waiting for my order and she was very friendly and made it feel like I can continue to come back and have the same friendliness.“

“Super friendly staff. Some of them have some really good jokes! I use the drive-thru frequently (Handicapable customers LOVE the drive thru feature) and have only been disappointed once in all my visits when they handed me a drink and the lid wasn't secure. For Handicapables who would like to park... you do have to cross a strip of crazy parking lot where drivers are making turning and traffic decisions. Inside, sadly, folks will use the Handicap table for their own convenience, but don't be afraid to ask a staff member to help! They'll carry your drink to the table if you need!“

“I had several amazing experiences visiting this location because of the staff. I made sure to get all of their names. Jordan, who is super sweet and always has a smile on her face.! Drake, also extremely friendly and very attentive. Last but definitely not least is Silver who goes out of his way to make sure I have everything I need! Just wanted to take a moment to highlight these hard working baristas for all that they do!!“

“We were here two days in a row as walk-in customers. These were the best Starbucks experiences we've had in a long time, especially at a location with a drive through where those customers seem to get the most attention. We were greeted when we walked in the door, our orders were taken promptly by friendly and helpful employees, the food and beverages were prepared quickly and tasted great. And there is plenty of seating. This location is getting back to the original Starbucks goal of being a "third place". We will be back!“

“My friend was studying and told me that people were being super loud next to her and I live in Norcal so I couldn't do anything. (She's too nice to say anything.) I called and asked the employees to tell the loud people next to her to shush because Starbucks is a studying environment and they did. 5 stars. 10/10 will buy a refresher to celebrate.“
