Starbucks in Thousand Oaks

“Crazy location and a drive thru that is a bit challenging but if you want that coffee bad enough you can try it. Personally I do the walk up window. It’s much easier and faster than the drive thru. Service is great, staff is friendly and you know what you are getting. It’s Starbucks.“

“Mobil order every Sunday morning at 6:00 AM and they never disappoint. Awesome Baristas work here!

“It's a Starbucks inside CLU campus. Very nice but very busy during peak hours because of the students living on campus which isn't a bad thing. Just be prepared to occasionally run into a long line if you decide to check out the campus. Otherwise it's a great coffee place in a very beautiful area that'd very laid back and relaxing so enjoy.“

“Ok they rock here and now it needs to be five stars! Busy morning and in error my husband ordered at another location. He went to counter to explain and the lovely lady and another lady with cool multi colored hair said no problem and corrected the situation and made his coffee and breakfast with a smile. We just showed the phone and they went to work. This was so kind. Mine was ordered correctly and at right place and it was perfect. Great start to our morningWent this morning for drinks and a ham and cheese crossiant. It was barely 6am. The pastry was hot and we ate some while waiting for our coffees. We need caffeine today so we both had six shot drinks with 4 regular and 2 decaf we understand making 12 shots takes a few minutes. No problem. The drinks were fine and overall a decent experience. They have a drive through as well as we just walked in the pouring rain there. They were discussing who would make the drinks which was a little strange however. I enjoyed this Starbucks and would be back!

“Staff is friendly and the setting is perfect both indoors and out. It feels like a community because there are regulars. They have board games and coloring books with crayons, super thoughtful. I want to say the barista Ambrosa (hopefully that's right) is super kind to my kids since they are just learning how to order and pay.“

“We were here two days in a row as walk-in customers. These were the best Starbucks experiences we've had in a long time, especially at a location with a drive through where those customers seem to get the most attention. We were greeted when we walked in the door, our orders were taken promptly by friendly and helpful employees, the food and beverages were prepared quickly and tasted great. And there is plenty of seating. This location is getting back to the original Starbucks goal of being a "third place". We will be back!“

“It was mid-day. I wanted a dark roast coffee, but the server said it was late in the day, so Starbucks didn't have any more dark roast coffee brewed. She did offer me a slow drip dark coffee, she was very pleasant and I appreciated her offering me the alternativeThe coffee was great. I appreciated the coffee so thank you“

“I absolutely love this store !! I live in Camarillo but come to this one specifically for the atmosphere and good vibes everyone is sooo sweet and friendly especially Megan she greets me every time I see her and when she takes my order she knows exactly what I like it’s very impressive Kat & Darrian are the best very sweet and love how they are such Burt’s of positive energy! I have unfortunately ran into one employee who has been extremely rude and not very helpful her name I believe is julianna she was so rude taking my order I felt rushed and like she was annoyed at me ordering and I got to the window and noticed it was Megan and I was like girl there is no way that was you who took my order the girl. Was soo rude and she told me it was her co worker next to her and then I got a drink I didnt end up liking so I asked if I could get a refund and julianna came to the window and gave me a dirty look and was questioning me about why I wanted a refund it was just an unpleasant experience and that like never happenes at that store even when they are extremely busy they make that effort to make the experience great ! And that’s why I’ll always keep coming back I just hope I don’t have to. Deal with julianna again I’ll just ask for a different manger I guess..“

“My friend was studying and told me that people were being super loud next to her and I live in Norcal so I couldn't do anything. (She's too nice to say anything.) I called and asked the employees to tell the loud people next to her to shush because Starbucks is a studying environment and they did. 5 stars. 10/10 will buy a refresher to celebrate.“

He was kind and cheerful even though you KNOW it's been a busy morning, and everyone inside was happy.
