“I’m so happy Froggy’s reopened - it’s always been my favorite patio in LA! I love all the hummingbirds and looking at nature - I feel I’m far away from the City/Valley - it’s so relaxing! The salmon tacos are awesome and freshly made guacamole doesn’t disappoint 👍🏻 The tortillas are lovingly made by hand and are fresh. One of the most soulful places in Los Angeles- great little bar and historic background. DONT go as I love the cozy authentic vibe - just kidding - I highly recommend this restaurant It would make a great venue for special occasions (this is unsolicited - I just can’t rave enough and want them to flourish- Covid was tough on them like many businesses) Lastly, everyone working there are so friendly and accommodating 5 stars ⭐️😄“

“Came here for a special dinner. We were in the hut room with the fireplace. I ordered Mary's Half Chicken. Sorry but it definitely needs more flavor more seasoning. The portion was pretty good. Then my boyfriend ordered the pasta. It was really good. So we swapped plates lol. The waiter didn't check on us often. However the couple next to us got a lot of attention. But we still enjoyed our night. As we left my boyfriend pulled me aside and proposed to me ❣️ made the night so special.“

“I recently dined at Milo & Olive and was truly impressed with the experience. Every dish I tried was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. “This restaurant was absolutely perfect! Loved the outdoor dining and how you could see the kitchen. My friend got their wine flight which apparently was good, and they have nonalcoholic wine! The food was delicious, we got 5 plates and dessert for 4 people. The strawberry apricot meringue tart was insane. Thank you!!!“

“Went here with a friend and was blown away (sounds cliche!) by the level of service I got from a place I wasn't destined to spend more than $10 at. The honestly polite cashier (manager, perhaps?) and her knowledge of all of the various cookies, their ingredients, and other particulars, made my day. Reminded me of how service used to be years ago. The cookies were very good, too, as were the samples I was given. I'd love to come back here when I'm in the area.

“Library Ale House is a really cool spot with a cozy, relaxed vibe that lives up to its name—it almost feels like you’re hanging out in a library that just happens to serve great beer. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up with friends or winding down after a day out.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, and they’ve got a solid selection of craft beers on tap, including some local gems. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for a chill place with character and quality drinks.“

I had with my diabetes by providing me with some orange juice because my blood sugar had gotten low. I truly appreciate him doing that for me. “They have a full vegan menu and can even customize some vegetarian meals to be made vegan. All very delicious - highly recommend their green power pizza, rigatoni with eggplant, eggplant pizza, and pesto vegan caprese! The artichoke wasn’t that good but have loved everything else I’ve gotten there.“

“Inside, there is only room to order food and buy bread. Their cinnamon roll is pretty good, but served cold. Their everything cookie is delicious. There is ample seating outdoors for brunch, and servers are nice. The breakfast sandwich is good, and their standouts are shakshuka (absolutely delicious!) and the chai latte. Their vanilla latte is also well bodied and just sweet enough.“

“I decided to eat here with my family for breakfast after the first day of Hanukkah and the owners communiciated with me that it will be around 35-45 minute wait for food due to high number of customers ordering on site and online. Sat outside but decided to walk inside to order latte's and bake goods meanwhile. Inside is DEVINE. It was full of customers waiting to buy the Chanukah donuts (seasonal only, I was told) and we ended up taking to our table all 14 flavors of delicious mouthful. and took another 12 special assorted flavors to go to gift to our family friend. Time went by quickly shared with my good company and inside this family-oriented environment. Everybody was working hard, and the food was worth the anticipation. My family and I walked out pleased and impressed by their quality. We will all be coming back in again.“

“We visited this location for the second time today, and enjoyed it just as much as the first time we went to eat there. The Sherman Oaks location is one of the nicest P.F. Chang’s around, as we’ve been to quite a few in Southern California. Staff is always polite and professional, and I want to give a big “thank you” to our server, Aliyah. She was so friendly, sweet, accommodating, and is exceptionally good at her job, and it really showed! We’ve had some good and bad dinning experiences at other restaurants in the past, so it’s nice and refreshing to know that people like Aliyah truly care about the customer experience. It also reflects well on the management—that being, they spend the time and effort in training and employing great staff like her.

“Super happy I found this place, I can't eat dairy but I enjoy a good pizza. They've got a couple choices for dairy alternatives and offer vegan ranch and even vegan cheesecake!!! Super tasty, lovely staff, looking forward to visiting them again!

Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and gluten free options available, as well as vegetarian or vegan options! They have a warning about cross contamination so won't recommend to those with high risk/ high sensitivity allergies.

Kid-friendliness: It is small so don't expect to be able to fit more than a family of four, and it's got very little seating so I don't think strollers/baby carriers will fit. I didn't see baby seats but staff are friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Kind of small shop, but you can get inside and back out as long as the door is open.“

“Leo's Superfood Cafe is definitely the best way to me! This fully gluten free + fully vegan spot is located in more so in Lake Balboa, California, but actually resides in the city of Northridge, Los Angeles, California in a small plaza lot near the Van Nuys Airport. It's off the intersection of Roscoe Blvd/Louise Avenue in a small plaza with parking. Their baked good are incredible with a big selection of flavors. While their Daring Pot Pie is a top favorite. I can't say anything bad about their pizzas, wraps, quesadillas, sandwiches, shakes, teas, espresso, plates, bowls and other beverages. I do have to avoid their seed based bread do to my sunflower seed allergy, but everything is clearly labeled and the are very allergen cautious. Love their Leo's Superfood Breakfast Burrito, "Meat" Lovers Pizza, Hot Hash Keto Bowl and Crunchwrap. Definitely my top recommend aside from the Pot Pie and desserts. Everything is made with care. The service is excellent and the absolutely love and appreciate their staff as well as all us customers.“

“Hi I love this cafe - the food is healthy, tasty and wide-ranging in cuisines, and the people, Mimi and Justin, make it feel like another home. Mimi is a warm, consummate professional who can handle anything, events-wise, and the space is versatile for any kind of casual and convivial gathering. This place is one of my favorite “third spaces” for working when I need a change of environment from the home office (there are tables that overlook the pool), painting (I’m a huge fan of the paint and sip classes) or just hanging out. Neighbors can consider it a great resource for meals and snacks off the beach (and anytime), entertaining for occasions and even just to grab a bottle of wine or party-food supplies for friends who drop by. I stopped in for a late lunch and built my own bowl with spicy tuna, bamboo rice, avocado, pickled shiitake mushrooms, crispy onions, and their creamy togarashi sauce, and every bite was spot-on. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, the toppings were vibrant and varied in texture, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. The space itself is bright and minimal, and the service was quick but friendly—they helped me navigate the menu and offered great suggestions. I also grabbed one of their sparkling yuzu lemonades which was the perfect balance of tart and refreshing. It’s clear Sweetfin takes pride in quality ingredients and thoughtful combinations, and it’s the kind of place you can go multiple times a week without ever getting bored.“
