“I had an incredible meal here recently. The ramen was absolutely fantastic and hit the spot perfectly.

I was especially impressed by the bowl topped with fresh cilantro and a bright lime wedge. The broth had such a deep, rich flavor that kept me coming back for more. Everything was served in beautiful, unique bowls that made the experience feel special.

I cannot wait to come back for another round. It is easily one of my favorite spots on Ventura Boulevard.“

“Amazing vegan ramen with great flavors. There's something for everyone here! The signature ramen with gyoza comes with a smokey flavor that was delightful. I particularly loved the yuzu sesame ramen. The curry ramen was perfect for my mom who likes Indian flavors, the garlic miso ramen is great for garlic lovers and the spicy miso is great for those who like spice! Will definitely come back!“

“Whenever we feel lazy driving to Little Tokyo for some authentic tasting ramen, R101 in Glendale has been our go to. We first discovered this restaurant through online ordering during the start of the Covid pandemic. Every time we ordered here since then, the food and service have always been consistent. Ramen Izakaya is great from take out or dine with a plethora of beverage options as well as eats. Available through doordashz grubhub and ubereats this small chain biz has an incredible creamy vegan ramen, spicy lemon grass ramen, veggie spring rolls, tofu nuggets, shishito peppers, edamame, rice bowls, salads, soups and lots of traditional Japanese and ramen dishes that will please your taste buds times two. They have some decent outdoor seating, but incredibly indoor and a huge parking lot in back. The service is always good and usually very personable. A unique Japanese cuisine eatery with some LA Valley flavor and modern plant-based flare.“

“AJ Noodles first-timer here and it was simply amazing. Their egg rolls were crunchy and delicious, but their steak pho was the star of the show! The broth was so clean and tasty, I can tell they put a lot of care into making the soup. I will say, it is a little different from your average vietnamese pho, but it has its own charm and still very good. Service was quick and I appreciate the lady for offering me hot water during the chilly evening. Will be coming back!“

“Food was amazing! The sushi cuts were premium, fresh, and beautifully presented. The Suntory Premium Malt on draft was super creamy and refreshing, and the yuzu highball had the perfect balance of sour and sweet. Honestly, it’s a little dangerous with how easy it is to drink.

Everything came out quickly, and my favorite dish of the night was definitely the chirashi. I’ve been to other Kopan Ramen locations, and this one easily stands out as the best. The overall quality and presentation of the food just feels like a step above the others.

Our server, Ahrah, was amazing as well. She took great care of us throughout the night and made sure everything was up to par.

“I just went to eat here for lunch on a Saturday to have sushi and I had the best experience. The food was great and the servers were very nice especially a really nice girl named Julia she made my dining experience so much better she was very nice and very attentive when serving she brought me water napkins and I didn’t even have to ask for anything. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi. The food is outstanding and the service is second to none. It’s my favorite restaurant to eat at.“
