“Really nice people working here. We were so happy to find something that had outdoor seating and was dog friendly during a weekend where rain was heavy and often. Parking is limited and lotsa tourists around. Park at the cute country store and buy a soda and then go over to Estero. Great menu, lots of little creative dishes and the service was so nice and friendly and sweet. Well run, deliciously satisfying food, cooked well, and lots of crab based specials that looked awesome. On a quiet part of Highway 1, go here and be impressed and well taken care of. Thanks for the delicious coffee and food!“
“A tiny gem of a restaurant tucked away in Bodega Bay. Our very pleasant hostess Julia was cognizant of our dietary needs and offered excellent entree alternatives. Their bread pudding is to die for. Turned out to be a very pleasant, albeit impromptu Easter experience for us.“
“During a business trip to Rohnert Park, we were fortunate enough to happen upon this gem! A menu with the right amount of variety. The food was absolutely delicious. The Walter Hansel Cuvee Alyce Chardonnay was breathtaking. I have never had better. The service was incredible. They had a small staff working to serve, but as soon as we finished a course, they were removing the dishes and delivering the next course, which was perfectly prepared. The restaurant is intimate, warm and inviting. It was very clear the entire staff enjoyed what they were doing and were proud of their work, as they should be! We look forward to the next opportunity to return, for sure. The only disappointing thing is that we live too far away to come here often.“
“So good! I knew how good their drinks were and have heard great things about the food so we have been dying to try it. My husband and I came in on a Saturday night and had our 2 year old with us... I let the host know my 2 year old was with us and that I was unsure if it was appropriate and he made us feel SO welcome. Overall the service was amazing, the drinks are exceptional, and the food is as good as we had heard. The smash burger is a must! :)“
“Such a wonderful little spot in an understated strip mall in Sebastopol. Owned by a local family, the service is so attentive and welcoming! The menu is extensive, including all the classics for breakfast and lunch plus some unusual offerings like cabbage borscht, gumbo, and a delicious homemade mushroom gravy served on biscuits or as a side which I almost always order- it's great on poached eggs, the potatoes served with eggs, or even just to dunk toast into . Always a great experience, I will return to hole in the wall over and over.“
“The food was beyond delicious! I have had bad ceviche so I was worried it wouldn't taste great but it was heavenly. It had the right amount of spicy, tenderness, and juice. The tostada was to die for, the thick mole sauce on top made it 10x better. The service was quick and easy. Was able to sit outside because of warm weather and it was beautiful. You are surrounded by nature and it was calm, almost made me want to stay after my meal was done. I will say they are a bit pricey, everything costed nearly $60 and although it is not pictured, their horchata is a must. If you are in the area definitely check them out! I will come back here again.“
“We brought our dog and sat outside on the pier. We had great service amazing raw oysters chowder and homemade soft buttery bread, so good! It was quite a drive but the scenery along the way was pretty and we enjoyed the drive. They have an inn across the street, perhaps we'll stay next time.“

“This was a surprise! I didn't even know this is what I wanted to eat...lol. We grabbed a pesto and basil pizza to start and it was the perfect amount of cheese and flavors...paired with wine and pliney, we continued on with the cauliflower that was out of this world and the decadent paella! Wow! We'll be back. Service was great too...didn't hurt we had a front row seat to the bay...but the pizza is the one and only pic I took! That says a lot.“
“This is one of my favorite local restaurants for nearly 20 years! Cozy dining with great upscale pub food, awesome staff (Dave the bartender rocks!!!) and friendly locals. They have pet-friendly outdoor seating, kid menu, in-house dining, and separate bar with great music on Thursdays and on weekends (Sunday afternoons!) during summer. My favorites are seared ahi salad, salmon fish & chips, burgers, sliders, and the BEST FRENCH FRIES (sweet potato, garlic & regular)!!! “My favorite spot in the area - exceptional food! The crab sandwich is a must, as is the chowder. This is my #1 of 5 chowders I have tried in the area. The crab is prepared with light mayonnaise and lemon juice so the crab is the highlight. The toasted bread with the melted havarti make this sandwich a standout! Very friendly staff and nice rustic location on the water. The crab traps in the parking lot next door give a fishing village vibe. “My friend and I went for the Friends of PeaceTown music event. The music was awesome. There were 2 stages. The were times that the was competition between the two bands only for short period of time. My friend and I shared the tacos and some fries. There were four tacos too fish tacos, and two with meat. The fish tacos were very, very good and had a really good flavor. The meat tacos, which I think might've been pork or a little on the side but tasty. The tables were comfortable enough, but there weren't enough seating for everybody that was there due to the people were listening to. Our waitress was very good and quick“

“We had a very good time with great food on 3/31/24 5pm. Originally we were to be 7 on the reservation, but last minute cancellations left us with only 5. Restaurant didn't bat an eye and treated us well. A bit disappointed they couldn't serve alcohol due to an issue with the license. Starter salads were very tasty and loved the salad dressing too. A seafood hot pot was a huge quite delicious portion shared by 2. The prime rib special had just come out of the oven so my husband was pleased to get the end cut - lovely mix of well done and medium with the right amount of meat & fat. No room for dessert but offerings looked good. First time dining here but won't be the last. The veggie & regular burgers were good but more average. Fries were super!“

“Valley Ford Cheese and Creamery is a great spot to pick up delicious local cheeses. You can sit down and have a meal or pick up some cheese to go. My favorite was the fontina cheese but you cannot go wrong with any of the cheeses in their selection. They also sell a great array of jams, candles, and other goods. This is definitely a great place to visit.“
