“The price is a little high for a 1 topping large, but when the quality of the cheese, toppings, and sauce are this good, it's worth it.

Especially the pepperoni, I dont know where they got it from, but I wish I had ordered the whole thing pepperoni.

The place is tucked away between a boxing center and Del Taco.

It has a green fake grass outside for people with dogs, and apparently, they donate money to shelters from their profits.

So is buying a pizza since part is donated to charity considered a tax deduction???? Kidding.

“Defrankos was our first stop on our 12 day vacation from Canada. We got off the flyaway and walked down a few blocks with all of our luggage in tow. The staff were incredibly friendly, they gave us such a warm welcome to California… but beyond that the food was AMAZING. We are currently sitting at the airport going over our trip and all 3 of us agreed the very best food we had on this trip were our 3 subs from Defrankos. ❤️

“I’ve tried almost every pizza place in the area, and nothing compares to this one. The crust is perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy inside, the sauce is rich and flavorful, and the cheese – wow, always melted just right. I usually get the pepperoni or veggie supreme, and every bite tastes fresh and homemade. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast, even when they’re busy. Highly recommend – 10/10.“

“I don’t remember having pasta this good since I visited Italy back in 2014. I ordered the Tagliatelle, I loved how the noodles were so thin and the beef/sauce was just the right balance. The sfincione in bianco (focaccia) was amazing, reminded me of the one in Felix. Next time I’ll have to get a side of ricotta as a dip. For dessert, ended up getting the Tartino al Cioccolato - the textures were incredible and now is my all time favorite dessert. In my opinion, this is the best Italian restaurant in all of LA. Chef Funke really knows what he is doing. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!“

Oh my gosh, it was divine! The uni was so fresh and creamy and the pasta itself was cooked just right. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We also tried the baked lasagna and it was delightful. The layers were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of rich, savory flavors. Let's not forget dessert! We shared a few different things and they were all great. The tiramisu was fluffy and decadent and the chocolate mousse was rich and smooth. Overall, Angelini Osteria is definitely a must-try for Italian food lovers in Los Angeles. THE BEST SERVICE, I’VE EVER RECEIVED. The drinks were excellent and the food was so good. I recommend the wagyu meatballs. The dessert was so tasty. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order here. The piano bar is a musical nice touch. I really appreciated the attention to detail on the decor of the restaurant when it came to the music. “We live in Laguna and were up in Westwood for an art exhibition. We were referred to Ospi Brentwood by a friend. Upon arrival, we found the atmosphere alive and energetic, replete with college grads and their families and couples out for a nice evening. The mozzarella was phenomenal and the tagliatelli delicious.

The star of the play however was our waiter, Christian. He has this electrifying personality that is engaging, warm, really fun. He saw to our every need and was detailed oriented, which we love. The surprise of the evening was when Christian brought a newly frosted martini glass, unprompted. I've ordered martinis a million times, all over the world and never has anyone cared that much, or thought of the detail.

“We visited The Bella Pizza Trattoria Italiana last night and had such a great experience! The whole place has a warm, cozy, family-style vibe that makes you feel right at home.

The food was fantastic, the pizza had a perfect thin, crispy crust and fresh, flavorful toppings. The pastas were just as amazing, rich and comforting, like real home-style Italian cooking.

What really made the night extra special was the service. The chef came out to check on how we liked the food (which we loved!), and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about what they do.

I went for a mushroom ravioli with a cream sauce. I have to say the service was excellent. It’s a cute little restaurant. You probably wanna make a reservation if you’re going there, the bread is incredible. It’s so so yummy. I did enjoy the appetizers. I was not impressed though by the Caesar salad I was with five other people and they all loved their trace. I think I just made a poor choice. I would recommend it and even for a romantic night or dinner.“

“My boyfriend and I went to Lavo for the first time this weekend and absolutely loved it! The service was incredible from start to finish. Tristan and Rodrigo were both attentive, kind, and knowledgeable of the menu. We got the meatball, chicken parm, broccolini, asparagus and garlic bread. All of these items were delicious but I must say the garlic bread was the star of the show. We will definitely be back and loved the experience!“

Initially, we went to Met Her At A Bar, the brunch spot. 25-minute wait there, but the hostess was gracious enough to tell us about their brother property that has a lot of their breakfast favorites. Greeted by the cute and stylish hostess, Campbell, we entered a fresh and tastefully decorated atmosphere. The lemons trees and cute light fixtures made me feel so LA. “I have been going to roma deli for over 6 years. My kids and I sometimes go grab a pizza while we're washing at the nearby laundry place. They have a large variety of drinks and bottled water.
If we dine in we usually get sandwiches and paninis. With either fries or sides. The staff is always friendly and patient with us. The food is always good. Yesterday we got it delivered, I didn't wanna go out and I don't like ordering from delivery apps so I love that you could order directly from their website. I usually get the grilled chicken caprese panini but yesterday I tried the roma cheesesteak and that was also top tier (chicken caprese is still my favorite though) Literally everything that I have tried at Roma Deli has been good. Also I never remember to take my punch cards, I think you get a free sandwich if you fill up your card. If you have picky eaters, trust me you'll find something on the menu that they'll like.“

“We have been going to Horses ever since they opened since it’s right in our neighborhood. The most friendly staff with a big shout out to Amanda. The most amazing craft cocktails and absolutely delicious food. I think we’ve almost tried everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Can be hard to get a reservation, but we usually get there at 5:15 and are able to sit at the bar with no problem.“
