“This is one of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. Their outdoor sitting in a quiet bylane is especially enchanting! All of the entrées we ordered were really delicious, but we especially loved their house fries and their potato leek soup, served in shot glasses. We are already looking forward to our next visit!“

We got a bunch of almost every flavor they offer, and they were all so good - our guests were raving about them and kept asking where we got them from. Their service was also wonderful, they were super responsive and fast, even with such a large order. Definitely would recommend!“

“Quick delicious General spicy Chicken. Wonderful texture & super hot fresh food. Simple small business in Palos Verde strip mall. I will be back! Food was ready in 10 minutes or so! Not greasy. Quality chicken and for $17.52 I got a huge portion of chicken and a small rice. Lunch specials are $12.95-13.95 Monday-Friday. Thanks Kung Fu Kitchen!

“This shop has the most delicious, freshly made piroshkis! They’re always hot, soft, and full of flavor—just like homemade. The dough is light and perfectly baked, and the fillings are so tasty and satisfying. Every bite is a treat! Definitely worth trying, especially when they’re fresh out of the oven!“

“As soon as you walk in- you are greeted by courteous & inviting staff. We ordered cocktails at the bar while we waited for a table. The wait was less than 5 min and the place was packed with happy diners. My pumpkin curry was pleasing to the eye and tasted delicious-although some pieces of pumpkin were raw. The lemongrass chicken medium spiced was delicious (full of flavor with the bright lemongrass & herbaceous spice). We shared the mango salad with shrimp -medium spice. Fresh & crisp & the shrimp were poached to perfection. We WILL return. *Ask for Alice.“

“Great cupcake spot that features alot of different and yummy flavors. They also sell older cupcakes for a discount and mini cupcakes, which is nice to sample.
The double chocolate was very good as was the key lime.

“We ordered (4) dozen custom-assorted bundtinis for my son's birthday party online. In the craziness of preparing for the party, I set the pickup time as the day and time of the party, when I meant to set it for the afternoon of the day before. I arrived at the store to pick up the order when I thought I had set the pickup time for, only to realize my mistake when they couldn't find the order. I was frantic, because my party was the next day, before they would open. The staff was pleasant and generous. They offered to quickly make my order, if I wouldn't mind waiting 15 minutes. I happily accepted, and they saved the day! The bundtinis got rave reviews at our party.“

Prices have increased significantly over that time, obviously they’ve gone up everywhere, but noticeably more at Ike’s than anywhere else. Still great, just more of a treat than a go too now.“

The sandwich was very good, and the staff was friendly. The interactions with them suggested that they wanted to be there and, wanted guests to have a good experience. I would definitely come back.“
