“My office is in downtown Walnut Creek and I decided to take a break from the overpriced, underwhelming, $20 lunches that come with a side of poor service and go for a little five minute drive, where I found Morucci’s. They offer a large menu of sandwiches and salads, and because it was difficult to narrow it down. I decided to start at the top and go with the #1 one Italian sub. It was really incredible! Rather than add on the suggested mustard or pesto, I asked for an unconventional ingredient to be added to an Italian sandwich (Mayo) and I was grateful that they didn’t (outwardly) judge me for my choice, because combined with the Italian dressing it was the perfect creamy, tangy combo. There’s a lovely outdoor shaded eating area where I was able to enjoy my sandwich. I will absolutely be back very soon. I’m hoping to work my way down the menu, but that Italian sub is going to be tough to beat. More Morucci’s, please!“

The flavors are fresh and vibrant, the ingredients are clearly high quality, and you can tell the team puts real love into what they do. Whether you are going for one of their signature salads, grain bowls, or something seasonal, it always hits that perfect balance of healthy and satisfying. It is one of the few places where eating clean does not feel like you are sacrificing taste. In fact, it is the opposite. You will leave feeling nourished and spoiled. The vibe is modern and inviting, the service is warm and efficient, and everything is just beautifully presented. “Planned a “Girls Trip” to San Francisco and arriving late in the evening. I knew we’d be hungry and wasn’t sure what would be open and didn’t want fast food. So I pre ordered their “To Go Box” Raquel was absolutely helpful and professional when corresponding to my inquiries. Had it delivered directly to the hotel and it was waiting at the front desk (refrigerated in the back) when we arrived. The hotel staff said this was the best and most beautiful charcuterie box she has ever seen! Oh how we enjoyed it once we were up in our room! Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again when in town!“

“I love this specific Chick-fil-A location for a few reasons:
1) Gale is amazing and always there when you need anything
2) The children's play area is always very clean and keeps the kids entertained while I get a chance to eat in peace
3) They have high chairs (also very clean) available for kids
4) They always provide fast and friendly table service ( when you order to the table from the app), even when it's pretty busy

In particular, I was there last week. Gale greeted me at the door to hold it open since I had a sleeping infant and toddler in tow. I went inside and immediately sat in a booth so I could set down the car seat for my baby to sleep while I ordered. I ordered right from the table through the app and my food was brought out directly to the table within only a few minutes. I later went inside the playground area with my infant to play while my toddler was having a blast in the faux car and the big slide. I left my car seat, the extra sandwich to bring home for Dad, and our drinks on the table right in front of the playground ( could see through the glass). Well of course I got more involved in playing and stopped paying close attention to my table. When we went out and packed up, my sandwich was missing but drinks were still there. I asked Gale just to make sure it wasn't accidentally picked up thinking we had left despite the car seat in the booth. She confirmed no employees had picked it up and immediately took me over to the ordering area to get me a replacement sandwich. I know that ultimately it was my error for leaving the sandwich out where it could be snagged by a passerby but I was just so focused on the kids. Either way, Gale went to bat for me and got my sandwich replaced immediately. It felt wonderful knowing that the team at this restaurant supports families beyond just providing a great meal - they go the extra mile with keeping the indoor playground open and very clean, and give customer service to show you how truly valued you are as their customer. “I whipped into the Sourdough & Company for an Amazing deli sando while coming back from the Glardhaven Auditorium way out there on the top of Kickinmeyers Ridge road where we listened to Pinkus McGee lecture on the do's and don'ts of poking sharp sticks at the Bison in Yellowstone park...he even showed everyone the scars where he was gored, all 8 of them.

“This is a very pleasant spot to have lunch. It is a clean and comfortable dining room that is quiet enough to sit by yourself or to have a conversation. “I visited your restaurant on Saturday, May 31st, needing to place a last-minute catering order. María at the counter was absolutely amazing—she patiently helped me choose the quinoa and avocado salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect fit for our event.

Even though I was told that same-day catering orders are usually not possible, María went above and beyond to make it happen and ensured the order was ready by 12 noon, just in time.

She also gave us some great tips and helped us select two different side dishes, both of which were a big hit. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and care. We’ll definitely be coming back for future catering needs. Huge thanks to María and the entire team“
