“Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife. For our main courses, we ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Wagyu burger, and my wife went with the tempura fish and chips. I’m not sure how they did it, but every bite was incredibly well-balanced. The fish had a crispy exterior, just the right touch of Maldon salt, and a beautifully firm, flaky interior. The tartar sauce was exceptional — rich, creamy, and unlike any I’ve had before. The burger was a standout. Each ingredient was distinct and purposeful — no unnecessary fillers. Every component worked in harmony to deliver deep, layered flavors in every bite. We ended the meal with the Basque cheesecake, which was beautifully presented. “We love JB Burgers. Why? For one, the food is great. I get a steak sandwich all the time. No mayo, due to a diet constraint. Sometimes I'll get a bowl of chili ... or if I'm in the mood, I'll get a stack of french toast with my steak sandwich. Yes, that's a lot of food!

Steak sandwich - The french roll is good. The steak is a nice piece of meat and it has great flavor. They put tomatoes and lettuce. The tomatoes are good. The lettuce adds a crisp crunch, but there's a lot of white lettuce. The steak sandwich is a must!

My better half gets a guacamole burger. Tasty and the guac adds some healthiness AND the creamy texture replaces mayo, 1000 Island or any other sauce that's not healthy.

The chili is good! When it's chilly or on a rainy day, it's good comfort food!

French Toast - this is good stuff. They give you a lot and it's made well. Taste is really good and they use a thicker bread - yummm!

Now to the wonderful staff! 95% of the time we've had good to exceptional service. I order inside the restaurant - makes sense since we're eating inside. One time, this gal told me I could not order inside and she made me go outside to order. I told her I order inside all the time, but she didn't want to listen. I almost left, but I saw the familiar faces there, so I ordered outside. The next time I saw her there, she let me order inside.

I try to get to JB's at least once a week. They're my go to!

“I have been going there for 50 + years. Me and the Wife for 30 years! We live in Las Vegas, Nv. I have been to every 5 star in Las Vegas for 45 years and Clearman's is still the best ever! The food, service and the service has not changed in all that time! I remember the Owner, was going to build a Clearman's in Green Valley, Henderson. When he passed away I asked his Son when is the New Clearman's was opening, he stated never, his Dad was wrong in thinking about opening it. I told him I live in Vegas, the Wife and I come just for the food then back to Vegas. I told him we tell all our Friends , Family and our work mates, ( Law Enforcement) , take photos of our food and the restaurant! Today my Son's Friend from Co. Came to LA for a birthday trip, Summit House was my first dinner. I’ve gotta say this is hands down one of the best prime ribs i’ve ever had. Matt was my table’s server and he was great. Super knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Cocktail recommendations were on point I loved the Manhattan he recommended and my friend also recommended me the espresso martini. Bone marrow mac and cheese was sosososo good. Would definitely come back when I’m back in LA again.

“There was an event earlier in the morning and I got a coupon for a free 2-pack cinnamon rolls so it was perfect that I was planning to go for dinner that same day! Cinnamon rolls were yummy and I love the fact that the icing comes separate since I’m not the biggest fan of sugary icing. I tried a different dish, Pasta primavera and added grilled chicken. This was good and would recommend it. Their side salad was yummy, had all the good toppings and at the end, my family ordered peach pie and sadly they ran out! This is a seasonal item so they were very disappointed.
