There was a lot of people waiting and speaking to some of them they also had reservations for 6pm. I think Black Angus needs to limit their reservations and don't over book, so everyone can enjoy their meals and drinks.“

“It had been nearly 15 years since my last visit. I must say the decor is exactly as I remembered. Took 3 minutes to be seated then we were greeted by the most friendly and attentive waiter I’ve EVER had at any restaurant . I’m a huge lover of the cabbage salad so I gorged on a big bowl before dinner. I ordered a medium rare fillet and potato and it was cooked to perfection. I so wish I lived nearby as I would pay it a regular visit. I’m so glad the Clearmans Northwoods inn has not been changed.“

“We were back at the Langham for my hubbys bday. He is a big red meat eater and I wanted to do something nice. For starters we had the oysters, and beet salad. I would have likes more generous oysters, 3 of the 6 looked flat. Im not sure if that was due to the type but in any case I would skip them next time. The beet salad was great. I traditonally like beet salad that has variety of beet types. This was just red beets and it was good nonetheless. For the main course I got the sea bass and it was the best sea bass Ive ever had from the first bite. Wowsa!! Hinby had the Tasmanian Waygu New York Strip. It was divine and such a generous portion. For sides we had the mushrooms, mac and cheese, and brussel sprouts and all were good and came in sharing size portions. Even though the food had a rich taste we were not weighed down after dinner. They gave my husband a complimentary slice of pecan dessert for his bday, which was nice. We did not order additional desserts because we had after dinner plans which already included dessert. It is had to critique anything I would say do a bread basket with a variety of breads the sourdough is good but that shell was too hard. And there is a mocktail with blackberry that is served inside the hotel bar that was not on the menu in the restaurant, our mocktails were good but if you go to the bar get the blackberry mocktail. Bomb!! If you want grown and sexy dining that is worth the price will not go wrong.“

“Quaint little sit down restaurant inside Ghost Town. We ordered the Roasted Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The roasted drumsticks and thigh were very moist and flavorful. However, the large chicken breast was dry and hard. My teen ordered the Ghost Town Burger with French fries and said it was dry, needed thousand island or a moist beef patty. Fries were crunchy (dry but had good seasoning).“
