“Stopped in while visiting Healdsburg for the Jordan Winery Halloween party and had an awesome time. Classic dive bar vibe with friendly staff and a laid-back crowd. Drinks were great, service was quick, and everyone made us feel welcome. The best part, I accidentally left my credit card behind, and they went out of their way to mail it back to me. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in town!“

“This is a charming little restaurant in Healdsburg, that's definitely worth checking out. We started with lite bites and cocktails at the bar. Their spirits selection was impressive and their bar staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable on cocktail recommendations and had a number of unique and interesting options. The food was unique and delicious, and the wine list was also impressive. We enjoyed a great bottle of CDP, recommended by the sommelier, who was also very friendly, knowledgeable and very passionate about his craft. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!!“

“I still recommend but have to say disappointed today in a few items. 1. the coleslaw flavor was fine but now is minced so small it feels like you are eating baby food and tastes bland 2. the cornbeef was surprisingly on the dry side 3. cheesecake totally dry crust and flavor just average and strawberry topping soggy 4. soup was terrific the quality of food seems to be going down and that’s sad“

Her personality and conversation about the bar Belvedere added personality to the already breathtaking restaurant. The bar with a bistro in a city that closes early? Yes, bring a party for the large round tables or sit at the bar. In the Sonoma County Wine Country right next to Santa Rosa High School and the Junior College, you have a high volume bar pouring whiskey, tequila and brandy with a pizza oven upstairs serving chicken wings, fresh Sonoma County style Cobb Salad, baked mushrooms, garlicky pesto, a taste for everyone including those who want deliciously ugly, tasty, nasty chili cheese melted Monster style. We still think about the chili fries hours after eating. For months since I moved to Santa Rosa from Las Vegas, I have heard about the Belvedere from people at the gym that replace protein powder with high intensity intoxicated cocktails on Friday and Saturday night, but I didn’t care to indulge underground as much as I wanted to eat pizza with Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, before going down into the dungeon. The place is popular. Miranda helped us out like a Santa Rosa tour guide. She told us about the bars and their personalities. We had a great meal hanging out in the restaurant before mixing drinks downstairs. Santa Rosa is lucky to have Belvedere. The bar keeps people from driving to San Francisco in the rain the weekend. “Okay... This place may be known for it's pizza (which is great) but it should be known for it's burger. My wife ordered the pizza and liked it, but i swear to you that she ate half of my burger while apologizing because that's just how good it was. Staff was lovely, as is the ambience. This is the first place I'll go back to next time we visit so I can get a whole burger. 😋 Oh and the burrata was delicious!“

“My daughter recommended this restaurant and I took my sister there last night. The food was very good, and would totally go back again. BUT I had a $50.00 gift certificate to use on a $70.+ tab and they wouldn't take it. Waiter said, manager isn't accepting gift certificates at this time. What the hell? It's not cheap to eat out any more as it is, and to not to accept a gift certificate is BS!“

“Gallina D' Oro in Healdsburg is very nice, up scale and reasonably priced. The food is over the top delicious. We started with the guacamole along with complimentary chips and excellent salsa. For our main course we had the Molcajete. It came out bubbling hot with huge portions of New York steak, tender Chicken and Prawns in a slightly spicy tomato and onion sauce. The fixings rice, beans, crema and verde sauce come on an extra plate with homemade tortillas. We are outside on Saturday night and the ambiance is stunning. The wait staff was so attentive I never had to ask for anything, so refreshing for outdoor dining. I can't wait to go back, and Highly Recommend the Gallina D' Oro.“

Tim and Shennon make some of the finest spirits I have ever tried.

The Highlight for me on this visit was the Hobs Heavy barrel aged gin, it’s truly exceptional.

The Sherry cask and Port finish bourbons are nice additions to their lineup. They have a wonderful single barrel 4 year 4 grain mash as well.“

“The Spirit Bar is in the lobby of hotel Healdsburg. It only has eight stools but it's a really cool bar in a great atmosphere and Fridays and Saturdays live jazz starts at 6:00. The bartender Jason is absolutely outstanding! He's charming clever witty and a very very good bartender. The food comes from Dry Creek kitchen and is absolutely spectacularly good! And I am a foodie and a former chef. I'm generally go once a week to enjoy this special place and I hery highly recommend it. Go try it out and you won't be disappointed.“
