“Everything is good. Their sushi is superb and the hamachi kama is soooo delicious, we ordered another one because my brother in law Jim devoured it. He don’t really eat fish, but when he tasted the hamachi kama , he said it’s the best tasting grilled fish. We’re from Arizona, but my sister in law and her husband is just 5 miles away from this sushi restaurant. We’re the one who introduced this place to them . “The food is very good and prepared fast. Good portions as well. I think it's the biggest cali roll I've had in a bento box. The popcorn chicken is too spicey for my baby pallet though. And the teriyaki sauce is salty. And the music was awful when i was there. Thats why the 1 point deduction fornatmosphere. But overall, I wish I loved closer to this place, I would eat here all the time.“

“This is my family's favorite sushi restaurant. The place is small and doesn't look fancy, but the fish is always fresh and offers many unique & delicious options. Some of our favorites are Kurodai, Amaebi, Black Dragon Rolls, and Honolulu Rolls. I also recommend the Tempura Udon and Chirashi Bowl.“

“Amazing experience. At first I was wary when I realized the restaurant was in an older hotel next door to Disneyland but I admit I was absolutely wrong. The restaurant was good enough to be one you could find in any five star resort or Michelin guide. The service was absolutely amazing. The entire staff was welcoming and extra nice to us. The chef was from Japan and had fifty years experience as a sushi chef in Japan. The food was amazing and I can’t state that enough. It was to die for. “The burgers were amazing- so tender and juicy for a default medium/medium well burger! The fried chicken sandwich was also so juicy and yet crispy, in fact I think my friend and I both preferred that, please don’t tell the owners! Just kidding..but it was great. Very light batter, but just enough crunch. The mochi waffle was yummy, and the combo of hot waffle and cold ice cream was uber-comforting. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple but extremely well thought-out meal.“

“Fantasic staff! They are always so friendly and helpful! They always remember us when we come in. The shabu is fantastic. The broth selections are wonderful and you can mix and match! Produce is fresh, lots of beers on tap. Only critisism is I wish they would change their chairs, they aren’t comfortable; the food is so good though it’s worth being uncomfortable!“

“We went on a Friday afternoon for lunch, it was not too busy.

We ordered the tempura udon and the pork cutlet, both were delicious. We ended with the matcha bouchee, the soft cookie cream sandwich and that was unique and really good as well. Will have to come back to try more dishes!“

I'm a regular for their yellowtail nigiri, no wasabi and my family completely adores their Spicy Beef Udon. Sushi tastes pretty fresh, though I recently had their assorted sashimi bowl and the finish tasted a bit...old? Can't put my finger on it but they also forgot the (AMAZING) miso soup that came with it. Bummer but still enjoyed my meal. They also have great customer service :D We went 3-4 times and they were already recognizing our faces.All in all, I truly recommend. Great during non-COVID but their food is still great to-go. Maybe they could add the option to take soba to-go though, I'm hung-up on it.“

“Saw a picture of the Yakisoba Katsu sandwich and I had to have one! It was awesome! The Katsu was crispy and the meat tender. In short it was perfect! (not dry at all!) the yakisoba noodles was a nice addition as it absorbed the tonkatsu sauce and the cole slaw dressing! I also loved the brioche bread! A perfect touch. The sandwich was delicious and not like anything I have tasted before! This with a side of the curry fries! (YUM!) I'll definitely be back for more!“

“Found this place randomly searching for a local Japanese style restaurant and found this Gem. Tried their Chicken Curry plate as it seemed to be there go to with their BOGO promotion. The curry had a phenomenal and savory taste. I'd recommend Level 3 Spice level as it is a great blend of flavor and spice. If you're interested in having great Japanese Curry this is the spot. I also tried their potato croquette which was exquisite I ate it immediately and took a photo part way 🤣 into eating. I also have their Strawberry Matcha Latte which was a great blend and tasted perfect. Definitely coming back to try the Curry Omelet variety. This is a great spot to come with friends or if you just want to enjoy some great Japanese food solo.“

“Oh man where to begin! This place is a hidden gem that I was recently taken to. Ever since going my first time about a month ago, I’ve been back 5 times! The bluefin nigiri is probably the best nigiri I’ve had in Orange County (The bluefin keeps us coming back week after week). If I were to recommend anything, it would have to be the bluefin. The yellowtail and salmon nigiri are just as amazing. You can’t go wrong with anything here—the fish is incredibly fresh and flavorful, and each roll and nigiri is so unique in its own way and flavor profile. They are also incredibly generous with portion size and price! We love sitting at the bar because it makes the experience so much better!

Apart from the food, what also keeps me keeping back is the amazing hospitality and service! Whenever we walk in, we are greeted by the entire staff—the sushi chefs, hosts, and servers. The staff take great pride in ensuring that guests are taken care of, and they genuinely enjoy getting to know their guests on a personal and grounded level. A special mention to Torrance, Jay, and Robbin (The sushi chefs) who consistently put out amazing nigiri and rolls for us! Another mention to Debbie and Diana, who are so incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable—providing the best service in town!“

“Wow this place surprised me so much, I went on my birthday it was a Thursday mid day and it was lonely. Not sure if that’s good or not but as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed to a nice beautiful atmosphere.

Open concept, nice design. We were serviced beautifully everything was clean and squeaky clean floors.

Menu was okay to read, but we were able to order a few yummy rolls.

California roll
Vegas roll

Wow the my favorite was the Vegas roll the combo with the crispy outer layer and the fresh fish on top with avocado with sauce oof it was delicious a must order option!
Everything was delicious and what made the difference was freshness.

I would definitely come here again or order out, but it seems a lot of people order out. Dining in was a great experience and more need to come and experience everything as well at least when they can.

Parking was a bit difficult, one level and easy wheelchair access.

“ok I was craving Cali rolls but my usual spot wasn't taking orders at the time on Uber eats. so I looked for another spot. I settled on this one because they had some good deals going plus the Cali rolls looked really tasty in the pic lol. I got 2 orders Cali rolls and a yellowtail roll. I also asked for teriyaki or eel sauce on side . everything was fresh and when I say the avocado and meat melted in my mouth .. it was so amazing . I will definitely be ordering again and trying some other rolls my fave. yellow tal isn't my favorite for sushi but I'm glad I tried it and it was very fresh .

ps.. I poured sauce on the rolls they didn't come like that lol one pic is the yellowtail roll and other is all the rolls together .“

“Discovered this place on a whim and have been back again and again. Teriyaki plate is delicious and very filling. I like the spicy mongolian beef served over California rolls. Granddaughter loved her chashu Ramen. We'll keep coming back.“
