“The food is amazing, portions are large, and prices are very fair. The $16.95 short rib pho comes with two huge short rib bones and unlimited noodles! Such a good deal. My favorite was honestly the lomo saltado, the fries were so crisp and the filet was so tender with a delicious, smoky wok fire flavor. The spring crunch slaw is a steal at $6.95, it’s a ton of slaw for such a cheap price and the peanut butter/chili oil dressing is bomb. It was pretty busy when I went, but they brought out the food amazingly fast for how big of a group was seated ahead of me. Definitely recommend this spot.“

“Best pho I ever tasted. I always get all the meat, tendon, and tripe and the portions were generous. The gau (fatty brisket) was especially amazing. Broth is great, service fast, just overall incredible. I came twice with my kids during our 3-day vacation. Next to In-n-Out, it's our only must-do when in SoCal. Never mind if there is a line or parking limited- it moves fast and is worth any wait.“

It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. I ordered the three roll special. I had the shrimp, pork sausage, and bulgogi beef. The shrimp roll was as expected, light, fresh, and tasty. The sausage was the best. It had the best flavor and really stood out. The beef was dry, okay flavor-wise, but oh so dry. Each roll had lettuce, shredded carrot, cilantro, cucumbers, mint, and garlic chives. These added crunch, texture, and a freshness that really was nice.

So I placed an order over the phone , from the appetizer I got the trio appetizer that came with 2spring rolls, 3 fried egg rolls, and 3 breaded shrimps. I arrived and they had my order waiting for me, it was during lunch time on a Thursday. The place was busy that’s a good sign. I had also asked if they had pho broth when I called and they mentioned they did and cost 6$. To my surprise at pick up they said they complementary a small broth for free so I can try. I enjoyed every bite. The spring rolls I’m not used to the piece of meat that looked like ham, maybe next time I’ll ask for only shrimps. I will definitely be coming back. I paid $18.26“

Nice balance of herbal and meaty taste, with slightly fatty mouth feel, and hot enough to cook my bean sprouts. 👍 They also let me order the kid-sized pho with whichever meat I wanted (combo style), which I really appreciated on my diet. “Came for dinner. It's a very big and spacious restaurant. Service was as expected at a casual dining establishment. If you need anything, just wave them down and they will come. Ordered the stone pho with short ribs and sizzling steak & eggs (Bo Ne). The food came out very quickly. The bo ne came with a side salad with light vinaigrette. I liked the salad. The bo ne was overly seasoned but tasty. Definitely need to eat with the baguette that came with it. Be careful, the pate on the plate is very strong too. I'm used to a lighter taste of pate so did not eat it but overall it was very good. The stone pho was very good. Short ribs were very tender and they gave me 2 large ribs for my order! Awesome! Just be careful the stone bowl is very hot and it lasts for a long time. Even after our meal was over the stone was still warm to the touch. I like my pho hot so this was perfect.“

Khoi is such a gem! The Vietnamese hotpot here is absolutely delicious, and the Tom Yum soup base is hands-down my favorite — the perfect balance of tangy, spicy, and comforting.
I also love that they offer Yakiniku-style cooking options with short ribs, shrimp, and pork — it’s fun, interactive, and everything tastes so fresh. On top of that, the variety of sauces is fantastic, giving you endless ways to customize every bite.

“My favorite local Vietnamese restaurant. I always get their number 18 pho which is brisket and well done flank. This place is the only place around me that serves amazing food while being very affordable. Service is always welcoming and room is always filled with happy customers.“

“I’ve found myself coming to this spot many times whenever I’m in OC. It’s one of the few places where you can find a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes beyond just pho, which, honestly, a lot of places still don’t get right.

I’ve tried more than six different dishes here, and every single one has been flavorful, delicious, and truly authentic. It tastes just like home.

Some of my favorites are the Bún Mắm, Bánh Hỏi Heo Quay, Bún Riêu, and Hủ Tiếu Mì Khô—all so good and packed with flavor. I don't recommend Bột Chiên tho!

“Non's is a hidden gem that has always been consistent with its Vietnamese food that pretty authentic. Its a great spot to hit before going to the Honda center or Angels stadium. Probably the best value too as prices have remained reasonable compared to the other shops. Staff is very friendly as well. This lot has had a lot of turnover with places not being able to stay open very long (seems like a property management issue) but im glad Non's has stuck around.“

It was a tofu pudding dessert that was lightly sweetened and perfect as a light snack. Had Bun Bo Hue with beef bone. There were lots of meat in our soup bowl. All the meats were tender and delicious. The broth was seasoned well. Good place to go for Hue style noodle soup. When we finished and left we were waved very friendly goodbye. “I came by because of the special pricing on their Com Tam and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The Suon, Cha and Nuoc Mam were superbly done. I haven't found this level of quality and expertise outside of VN so this was great. Their Bi is was somewhat off on the day of my visit because the pork skin was a bit sticky but the flavor was fine. They're doing a Com Tam special for $10 and $12 probably to bring in new customers, but I would probably pay $20 and save myself a trip to VN (ha ha). Will update my review when I have a chance to try their other food items.“
