“Been to this nice restaurant many times and it’s always first class. Tonight my wife’s chicken was excellent. The wine was great. However, the Manhattan steak was not so good. The one that was brought out was extremely tough and even hard to cut into. Our lovely server offered to bring out a new one but I said I would fight through it. To her credit, she insisted on bringing out a new one and I asked for it to be Medallion cut. The replacement came out and should have been medium rare, but when I laid out the cuts it was simply very rare to raw with lots of fat as well. I simply refused to eat it and told her to just take it off the bill. To my surprise the wonderful Manager Dana immediately came over and admitted that they failed on the steak. He explained that they usually get great cuts from the provider, but recently not so much and he actually called the owner and told him they simply can’t be offering this kind of steak as this was not the first bad cut he has seen this evening. Dana did not charge me for the steak as well as the wine and offered a free desert. Dana did exactly what I’d expect a Manager to do in this caliber of a restaurant and that alone makes me want to come back again whichever we will do so!“

“Bob's place is the 1# best restaurant to eat at in Avon co. very excellent service when we were ready to order, they came in a timely manner to to take it down to put it into the kitchen. Our waitress kept on checking on us and kept on getting us drinks. She was spot on excellent great lunch options. I ordered the grilled chicken honey mustard sandwich with fries when I took a bite of the sandwich and a bite of the fries. It was super delicious. If you are new to this town check out bob's place in order the honey mustard chicken sandwich with fries. Best #1 sandwich I would say my opinion.“

“Perfect ski lunch. Service and food were awesome. Our server, Alex, was fantastic and took care of our son's gluten-free requirement. The vibe is lively and a little loud, but it's perfect for the setting. We've been going to Buffalos since before it was Buffaloes. It is only getting better.“

“Best lunch in the valley! The food, service, menu selections are top notch, and the views are second to none as it sits across the valley from Arrowhead. The signature Bavarian Pretzel was delicious and the salad and Poke Bowl were fresh and flavorful. We're grateful to Polo who treated us to a wonderful experience and was so enthusiastic about the restaurant being open to locals such as us. Thank you!“

“Excellent meal at Juniper last night. Scallop appetizer was excellent as was the Halibut. Had a glass of California bubbly that was as good as most champagnes I've had. Nice wine list but only had a glass as I was solo. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice patio out front but not quite patio weather. Will be back next time through Edwards!“

“Mountain dining always has its challenges especially when it's behind the gated community of Cordillera. However these guys offer a consistently pleasurable experience. I love the clubhouse I love the golf course and being able to dine here for lunch is a pleasure. it's really an unexpected and surprising gift in the middle of nowhere when I think about it.“
“It is expensive. It is worth every penny. The food is just amazing. It is a changing menu since it sourced by seasonal fare. Move from your taste comfort zone. You will not be disappointed. The food gets 5 stars by itself; however, the service makes it 6 stars. From the greeting at the gondola, to the snow cat ride up the rest of the way to the restaurant, to the coat check, all added positively to the experience. It simply wasn’t just dinner, but an experience. When you see the view, you’ll get it.“
“Located at the top of Gondola 19 in Lionshead, Eagle’s Nest has several eateries for skiers and riders. The food here is good, although expensive. Over the past two years, the menu options and quality have improved significantly. There is a good bar on the first floor, Bistro 14. This use to be a restaurant, but post-COVID, it is just a bar.“

“We went here during happy hour for a friend's birthday and did a 'tapas' style dinner with the appetizer menu. Everything was delicious, the drinks were well mixed, and our server was great! We sat on the patio which had a beautiful view of the ski runs on mountain. This was before the snow, so I'm not sure if the patio is an option during the winter. Don't skip over this tucked-away gem!“

“Awesome experience. The food was delicious, the place had lots of windows, so you could see the amazing show falling and a beautiful architecture while having a meal. Went the with wife and two daughters (3 and 13), we all love it. Service was fast and helpful. The food was not only really good, but it also looked fantastic.“

“Stopped in for breakfast. Hubby loved the Nutella Pancakes. He wanted the biscuits and gravy, which says they are very good...they had no more biscuits! I had the 2 eggs, sausage patty, potatoes and Sourdough toast. Definitely worth the stop.“

“We saw other reviews of the artichokes that were unfavorable, however we tried them anyway… and we were soooooo glad that we did. They were grilled to perfection, super tender on the inside, and were delightfully seasoned. We saw negative review about “too much oil” on them — not sure what that person was smoking! They were drenched… in delicious melted lemon butter, and topped with sea salt and pepper. The red pepper aioli they came with was also fabulous.
We were between happy and ecstatic with everything we ordered. Definitely better value than many other restaurants in Lionshead Village.“

“We chose the Gessner Strakhouse because it was convenient considering we were staying at the Grand Hyatt in Vail. It was a wonderful surprise! Galo, our server was amazing. He made suggestions that were out of our meat and potatoes, comfort zone, but we tried them and they were delicious. He was very attentive to our needs. We sat outside overlooking the river to complement our delicious meal. It was memorable, for sure. “

“We have been spending a lit of money dining in Beaver Creek this week but WYLD was worth it. The food was amazing-innovative, perfectly cooked and presented, right sized dishes. Shout out to artichokes, Bream, salmon. All unique, perfectly done. Wait staff were knowledgeable and personal be. Best meal we've had in Beaver Creek.“
