“I came to the Fireside Grill as part of package deal through the Nordic Center to go snowshoeing for several hours before capping the day off with a generous plate of wine and cheese AND dessert! The food was delicious and Lizzie took phenomenal care of me as I enjoyed my meal. Her kindness and attentiveness was much appreciated. I highly recommend this experience through the Nordic Center as well as the Fireside Grill for its excellent food and lovely staff.“

“We had breakfast here both days of our visit to Beaver Creek Lodge. The restaurant is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the hotel and can be accessed from street level at the bus drop. As Marriott Platinum members we enjoyed vouchers for complimentary continental breakfast for 2. The voucher was also worth $16 if you wanted to order off the menu. We both tried the continental breakfast on different days. Warm fresh blueberry muffin, creamy noose yogurt with fresh berries and nuts, fresh fruit, and a croissant. We also flipped to try the steel cut oats with berries and nuts on alternate days. Yummy and big portion. Service is great and all the staff go the extra mile.“

“Been to this nice restaurant many times and it’s always first class. Tonight my wife’s chicken was excellent. The wine was great. However, the Manhattan steak was not so good. The one that was brought out was extremely tough and even hard to cut into. Our lovely server offered to bring out a new one but I said I would fight through it. To her credit, she insisted on bringing out a new one and I asked for it to be Medallion cut. The replacement came out and should have been medium rare, but when I laid out the cuts it was simply very rare to raw with lots of fat as well. I simply refused to eat it and told her to just take it off the bill. To my surprise the wonderful Manager Dana immediately came over and admitted that they failed on the steak. He explained that they usually get great cuts from the provider, but recently not so much and he actually called the owner and told him they simply can’t be offering this kind of steak as this was not the first bad cut he has seen this evening. Dana did not charge me for the steak as well as the wine and offered a free desert. Dana did exactly what I’d expect a Manager to do in this caliber of a restaurant and that alone makes me want to come back again whichever we will do so!“

“I live in Avon and Northside is one of my go to places. They have a fantastic happy hour with Kat at the bar. Not only does she pour a great cocktail, bit is attentive and on the ball. She knows how to keep her customers happy. They should be thrilled to have her. The drinks are prefect and the food yummy. Better than most over the top expensive places in downtown Vail.“

“Excellent meal at Juniper last night. Scallop appetizer was excellent as was the Halibut. Had a glass of California bubbly that was as good as most champagnes I've had. Nice wine list but only had a glass as I was solo. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a nice patio out front but not quite patio weather. Will be back next time through Edwards!“

“On the receipt it said our server was Raul. He was awesome and made an iced espresso that my girlfriend thought was much better than Starbucks. The coffee creation was on the house… even the second one. The breakfast was very good and priced fairly. Because of it all, left a little over 50% tip and happy. Well done.“

You gotta not be scared to fight for a spot if you want immediate service or just wait for a table. But either way. Worth it. Amazing the deals and specials are sooo good for the area. “They came to Skijoring and we were amazed! Got the Chicago dog and fries, and the dog was on point- perfect Chicago dog, perfect toppings, excellent bun. The dog snapped! The fries were an unexpected treat-slightly crispy and seasoned so well I didn't even want ketchup, which is not my usual choice! I really hope to get a chance to sample more of their menu in future.“

“We had a reservation but arrived early and there were two seats at the bar so we decided to just eat at the bar. The bartender Chris was wonderful. He was super personable and gave great suggestions. We had the burger and chicken sandwich and a few cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place to others.“

“I was pretty disappointed this season with the limited options this time. The food is served apparently only some days.. then there's no wait staff I guess anymore, and as much as this place suppose to be bumpin' for any apres ski time they decide to close at 4pm or so.. blew my mind.. absolutely the most prime real estate .. the way its ran I guarantee they're hitting less than 50% of its potential revenue! [It's a very obvious observation] no entertainment just self order line. Please be better.. make Vail resorts $$ so ppl don't need to pay $300 day for skiing“

“Cucina is such a hidden gem. I wish more people in Vail new about Cucina! The space is huge, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is incredibly fast and friendly—especially Salvatore and Tyler. Even with our big event, they were quick, patient, kind, and super attentive. Their customer service really stood out, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The burger was delicious, and I can’t wait to try their breakfast menu next time!“

“Ate breakfast a few times at the Gessner Grill during my stay at the Grand Hyatt. I can only speak to the breakfast, but everything my spouse and I got during our stay was great. The potatoes were very well seasoned and notable and the French toast was fluffy and just the right amount of sweet. Service was excellent!“

“I rate it low, because the waitress took my drink (a Negroni) away from the table before it was finished without asking me if he can take it away. Once he came back and I claim to him he told me that he did it because it was not full, which he was right, but “wrong answer”..!! He shoul have 1st. apologize, 2nd. offer another one, or 3rd. if I did not wanted another one cause we ordered wine, he should have not charged in the bill. Obviuosly he was bad “trained” on how to deal with a mistake he made like that. Apart from that, everything else very good!“

We sat on the patio such a great choice and the food was outstanding! We enjoyed the chili, hot chocolate, nachos, and an IPA, all of which were excellent. Megan not only gave spot-on menu recommendations but also shared great suggestions for things to do around Vail, which really enhanced our visit. Wonderful service and a perfect place to relax. “The staff were extremely friendly, greeting us enthusiastically as we walked in the door. This larger location is a great improvement from the small basement space I fondly recall from years back. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast, latte, and a smoothly while reading the local Sunday newspaper they provided. Tim, went out of his way to accommodate us. We didn’t like the ketchup on the burrito - too sweet for our taste preferences.“

“Such a fun experience all the way around. Having to take the Snow cat from the bottom of the hill to the restaurant is for itself. The restaurant is set up like a nice cabin and very cozy. They have a small menu, but it is diverse. The food was fresh and tasting.Service was attentive and friendly. If you go in peak winter, it definitely feels very Christmas like.“
