“Great food and good service! The avocado toast was great and the pancake tower was delicious. Overall a wonderful experience. Server was incredibly nice.

“I went to Boxcar looking for a good cup of coffee. I’ve searched maps, Yelp, Google, and TikTok for places where the beans aren’t burnt or over-roasted. I wanted a welcoming spot with friendly baristas who take the time to help.
It’s not Pergamino in Colombia, where customer service is next level because livelihoods depend on it and employees are given time to train and connect—but this is the closest I’ve found. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff who explain their beans and give great recommendations.
I was able to drink my coffee black—something most places don’t allow because their beans are over-processed and burnt—and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.
I can’t wait to go when it’s a bit slower and pick the baristas' brains even more.“

“I love it here!! I order the house chai with almond milk and their coffee, both are so delicious. The view is one of the best in terms of coffee shops in Boulder, and the cups are so cute!
Also, the atmosphere inside is great they have plenty of outlets, the music is pretty calm, and the plants inside look like they are all thriving.
Can't wait to come back!!“

“This is the greatest place on earth… Ok but really, this place is 10/10. The staff is incredible, the tea and coffee SLAP, and this is one of the coziest places to chill at. Literally, Pearl Street and Boulder would turn to trash if it wasn’t for Trident. 10/10, best store/cafe in Colorado and the entire South West. Support this amazing place!“
“I truly had a fun experience here with my sister-in-law! I had never really tried flavored tea and discovered I really like it. It was great as they had several you could taste before the tour. It is like a self-serve wine tasting. You could go at your own pace & check out the artwork details as well. We had fun learning about the process of how it's made“

“Great little coffee shop next to my hotel when I stayed at the Marriott Boulder.
I tried the caramel crunch and almond croissant. It was the perfect way to start my day! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The best part? Is they have the best views of the flat iron mountains. (Hence the name)
Definitely worth checking out!
There is also a book swap shelf, merchandise and board games you can play with.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to access with parking available“

“The laughing out is a wonderful coffee shop.
It’s a cool, hip place to hang out. They have events in the evening as far as music and poetry.
The service is great and the coffee or chai is fantastic! It’s its own place not a chain. It’s been in Boulder forever, we’ve been going for years and we love it.“

“My go-to spot for awesome mochas. The menu is huge with quality, house-made ingredients. Dark chocolate, caramel, white chocolate, and seasonal flavors are just a fee of the widely available options always on the main menu and specials. Look around the pay counter to find all the different menus - you might even find a list of staff-special drinks. There are plenty of tables in the main room, in the back, and sometimes outside on the sidewalk. They sell all kinds of coffee beans, coffee and tea equipment, and merch. I sometimes bring my laptop here for work.“

“First time in Colorado and needed to find some good coffee. Google had a ton of suggestions, so I blindly picked here. SUCH good coffee. Had and iced Ethiopian blend as well as a single origin Hondorus espresso. Staff was super friendly and offered suggestions. Definitely will come back if I’m ever in the area.
PS: Very large dining area, so it was easy to find a seat. Not always the case in cafes with good coffee!“

“Best hot chocolate in Boulder, seriously I’ve gotten it every single day since I found this place. Perfect temperature, perfect sweetness of the chocolate, and the whipped cream is sweet and airy. Service has also always been very fast and the employees are kind!“

“My first time here and I can tell I’m going to come back. I just ordered a macchiato and the coffee flavor itself is excellent. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered an espresso drink that I’ve had to drown in milk and sugar in order for it to be drinkable, but this was perfect on its own. Also loved the warm vibe, fun jewelry and crafts for sale, and the plant selection. Not to mention a grassy area out front for my pup to lounge in while I enjoyed my drink. All around great coffee shop!“

“Ordered via DoorDash a coffee and burrito and wanted “utensils”. I got this message on a paper sack and it made me giggle. “Sorry we don’t really have utensils for burritos considering their form factored design we do have spoons though, so here’s a spoon.” So subtly hilarious ? oh and coffee and burrito were just what I needed“

“Comedically cringe obnoxious yuppy cyclists flood this place frequently, so there’s that. Not the shop’s fault. Pretty niche Italiano style here. The tall dude with the cap who loves soccer does an absolutely superb job with everything. Nice folks and tasty euro joe.“
“Amazing selection, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere... This is my favorite coffee shop on the entire front range. Sweets and pastries available, they also have a bar! The outdoor seating is perfect for bicyclists about to embark, or returning from epic climbing.“

“Really good gelato. Definitely worth it.“
“This is a convenient location for all the people who work in the surrounding office park. OZO offers a small but diverse selection of breakfast options - pastries, breakfast sandwich, and four varieties of breakfast burritos. The cold brew coffee (served over ice) is fine. This location has a strong brewery aroma due to its location in the same building as Upslope Brewing, so it's a different atmosphere (literally) than most coffee shops.“
“One of my favorite coffee shops in town! Kind baristas, a wide selection of freshly made pastries, drinkable espresso, interesting seasonal drinks. My favorites are the ham and cheese croissant and the refillable drip coffee. I hop around the menu quite a bit too, and I’ve always enjoyed what I’ve ordered.
(The only downside is the lack of places to charge electronics)“

“I have (so far) visited La Colombe Coffee in Boulder at Wholefoods Market 5-6 times. I usually get the Mocha or the Black and Tan cold brew. Usually Ruth is behind the counter and she is always very pleasant and helpful :). I love La Colombe coffee for the taste and also for the fact that I find it less bitter, thus it sits with me better than other's I have tried. In short always a good experience!!!“

“Love this coffee shop!! The faces are always friendly and the coffee is out of this world. They make the classics and have a lot of fun flavors! Its reasonably priced compared to coffee shops in the area. Also the staff here is incredible, one time, I ordered a latte hot instead of iced by mistake and they remade it for me no charge. I live down the street from here and will always be a loyal customer.“
“I love exploring this market. Food is so fresh, with many many healthy options. Any level of dietary need can be found here. I love being able to browse the food bars for a quick but delicious lunch. Put a plate together and sit on the patio to enjoy. Love this place.“

“Rooms: The room we had was a king room. It was clean and had plenty of fresh towels. There was a heavy smell of cologne in the room when we entered but that was really the only negative aspect we encountered.
Walkability: This is near the pearl street mall attraction and there was plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping.“
“Nestled on Pearl Street, this quaint coffee shop in Boulder exudes a timeless charm. Its interior is a delightful blend of old-school coffeehouse and contemporary art student vibes. While the Americano was expertly brewed, I was a bit surprised when the barista didn't recognize the term 'pour-over coffee.' Nonetheless, it's a lovely spot to grab a cup and soak up the local atmosphere.“
