“One of my favorite sushi places in the neighborhood, always friendly staff, always delicious and fresh food including their sushi. The place isn't very large and is quite cozy which adds to the overall atmosphere. Have been here several times ans probably would be here more often if I could. Know the owner, from earlier days and he and his wife are always so friendly and warm. Enjoyed fresh sushi as well as their eggplant and agedashi tofu.“

“This self-service Japanese restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. The variety of sushi, poke, fried chicken, and udon is impressive, and everything tastes amazing. The self-service system is convenient and efficient, making it a great spot for a quick but satisfying meal. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality Japanese food in Boulder!“

“Best sushi I’ve ever had. We were traveling from out of state & the only thing I have to complain about is there aren’t any locations outside of Denver, ruined all other sushi for me. Can’t wait to come back.“

“Ordered sushi (Denver, California and shrimp tempura rolls) and general chicken for the family. I ordered online and picked it up. Order was ready at the time requested. Employee was very friendly and made sure everything was correct and it was. I requested no wasabi and gluten free soy sauce. Food was hot and delicious! Yurihana is a favorite for my family. Been going there since 2012. Never had a bad experience.“

“Our first time dining at this place though we have wanted to go for a while after someone posted about it after they opened. Finally made it and glad we made reservations as it was packed since it was peak time Friday evening. Spoke with Koji-san, the owner, while we were waiting for our table and he also stopped by each table to check on them which we thought was great. We had the takoyaki, kaisen-mix okonomiyaki and the spicy miso ramen. All came within a reasonable amount of time and were delicious! Koji-san explained the background of offering takoyaki, which was so interesting and great for him to share. We will definitely be back to try the other menu items, esp their sushi, which looked delicious! Great to see a business busy and doing well!“

“Sushi Hana is excellent, they always have really good food and great service. Their fried rice and sushi is so good“
“Elated that this is in Boulder (a sushi desert). The sushi was fresh and so delicious. My favorite was the scallops! However, to my taste the miso soup was too salty. The udon had a wonderful dashi broth. The taiyaki was so warm and delicious; perfectly paired with the vanilla ice cream! I came here to eat alone and had a great time. I love that you can be a solo eater here and have a great time! Service was very nice and everything felt clean. Cant wait to go back. A great addition to Boulder, my new go to sushi place!“

“This is such an excellent restaurant, and a very special family-owned business that warms my heart every time I go in. There's no other restaurant in the Boulder-Denver area that compares for its quality of ingredients, perfect execution of the hot and cold traditional dishes, great sake selection, and friendly ambiance. They do the best salt-grilled mackerel I've ever had, the best agedashi mochi, the best nigiri sushi--and the miso-simmered dishes are amazing and hard to find elsewhere. The prices are fair and the food beats more expensive places in Denver. Yes, sometimes a dish will be sold out--but that's because they do everything fresh! I always feel taken care of there, and I always leave happy and well-fed, and thinking about my next visit.“
