Starbucks in Brighton

“I don't go to Starbucks as much as I used to, and as a former employee, I pay attention to a lot of little things just out of habit! The store was busy today, but I was still greeted immediately! The girl that took my order was patient as my kids told her which cake pops they wanted and I got a Triple Grande Carmel Brulee and it was hands down the best drink I've had all year. Thank you guys for making the last drink of the year the best! Happy New Year!“

“The lead Cheray at Starbucks is amazing i’m not sure if that’s how you spell her name it might be sheray but she is absolutely amazing. Great with customer service and will absolutely address anything wrong with your drink or the customer service couldn’t be happier to go back to the location, in fact, just moving back to Brighton might start using this location a lot more just because it seems like they really care about their customers and their opinions on their drinks“

“Was not having a great day, ordered 4 drinks for my kids and I, my daughter promptly spilled all of them getting in the car. The manager and team were so kind, they offered to help with the mess and remade my drinks free of charge immediately to get me on my way. I could not be more thankful. That was a lot of money and of course it was on the way to school so I didn’t have much time. They were absolutely amazing and made the situation a little less stressful for my poor daughter!!!“

“I was shopping at Target and decided to stop at the Starbucks in the store and get a drink. Starbucks are everywhere and I get the same drink a vanilla bean frap with caramel throughout the cup and on top. The cashier asked if I wanted extra caramel so I said yes. I was thinking a teaspoon or so. I mean they don’t give you much anyway so extra is great.
Well holly cow! I got a cup of caramel with some whipped cream. I don’t know if the barista was being a smart a$$ of what but come on!
The line was long so I could not have them remake it. I figured I could just pull my straw up and not drink from the pool of caramel in my cup. Wrong. It was so sweet and gross I just threw it away and told myself I did not need the calories. I guess I made a $6 donations to Starbucks today!“

“I've been coming to this starbucks for a couple years I live like 5 minuets from here and the workers are always the sweetest people and so nice I've never had a bad experience everyone is always so sweet it makes me want to work there“
