“We had intended to try monks Indian, but they were closed so we came here instead. So glad we did. Very accommodating to my service dog and request for a half booth. I had the black dragon and hubby had the Philly. A large sake completed the home run. Everything was absolutely delicious and our server Wendy was a doll keeping drinks refilled and just the right amount of checking in. Would definitely recommend. As an aside we loved the music they were playing.“

“My husband took me here for my birthday last night. Our first time there. Everything was absolutely amazing and delicious! We had the Omakase. Outstanding! I highly recommend this place! “Passed this place many times but never stopped. Decided to stop in a month ago and try it. All I can say is WOW! It was fantastic. Service was exceptional and loved the atmosphere. Ordered takeout last week and still, food was amazing, fresh, and so good. This is definitely my new favorite sushi spot! Highly recommend!“

“Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants! Used to come here with my dad when he worked in the tech center and I can't stay away. I always get the mild chicken ramen and would eat the entire menu every visit if I could. The couple who works the front and the kitchen are the sweetest people. Food comes out very fast and is always very high quality for a reasonable price. Try out Sakura Bowl if you like delicious food!“

“We go here so often that the amazing and incredibly friendly staff know us by name. Best sushi in 30-miles hands down. Their Thai menu is also outstanding…then their Chinese menu is great too!! The restaurant is immaculate and love the decor that they continue to add. We are SOO happy that Ito came to Castle Rock!! Our favorite dishes are beef drunken noodles, Panang chicken, and then all things sushi.“

“This place is the absolute best!! I've been a regular customer for over 20 years. I cannot recommend a better option for sushi in or near Parker. The owner knows her stuff. Service is always on point food quality is exceptional. We eat here at least twice a month and more often when time permits. Consistent deliciousness!!“

She just graduated high school (age 18) and we have continued to visit & enjoy on a regular basis. I’m sorry the other Deb didn’t get her meal this evening, but I can attest that Tokey Joe makes good food using fresh ingredients. “I love mugi ramen, i got into ramen about a year ago but my brother lived in japan and can be a tough ramen critic and he loves this place. i recommend either the tonkotsu ramen (add chili oil of course) or the spicy shoyu. the staff is great and has treated me to desert at times that i don’t even order it. i love it here, great vibes, great workers, and especially GREAT FOOD!“

Great food all around, from sushi to their japanese comfort food.
They always seem to have something new in to try as well - always fun to see what the owner's wife has cooked up for the week.

“Have come here 2x this spring, once for lunch with a friend and once for dinner with the family (5 of us). Had a really good experience both times, both food and service. It was not crowded and felt old school in the best way possible. I had Panang curry and Pad Thai and both were really good. The prices were good, especially considering how restaurant food has skyrocketed. Highly recommend.“

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“

“Sushi Mango is a must-visit for sushi lovers! We did the steamed gyoza dumplings and the tempura shrimp! Both were delicious!
The fish is incredibly fresh, and the portions are generous — you can really taste the quality in every bite. We tried several rolls, and each one was phenomenal:
Black Dragon Roll – Rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Hearty eel pieces!
Tempura Shrimp Roll – Perfectly crispy with a great balance of texture and taste. Loved this one because the sauce to roll ratio was great!
Rainbow Roll – Fresh slices of fish over a classic
California roll and colorful favorite done right.
Bronco Roll – Unique and packed with flavor — a definite standout! A little spicy and well balanced!
Lollipop roll - this one was the cucumber outside and no rice! Very yummy with a fun refreshing sauce! It was well balanced!
Sushi and sashimi are generous cuts and fresh! I appreciate their display of our order!
The quality, flavor, and portion size exceeded our expectations. Sushi Mango knows what they’re doing, and we’ll definitely be back!

“I went to Teriyaki Madness and ordered the Chicken Teriyaki bowl as well as the Egg Rolls. The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. I also want to mention that the cashier that helped me oiut, Maya, was amazing and helped me decide what I wanted and was kind throughout the entire process. 10/10 would visit again!“

“Such a gem of a restaurant! The korean lady serving us was so sweet. We had questions regarding our dietary restrictions and she was so patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.
We like to avoid mirin/sake and cross contact with meat when eating sushi and she explained that they only use vinegar to season their rice and their meat and fish stations completely separate. 10/10 just for that!
We ordered-
1.Spicy tuna rolls- 10/10
2.Castle pines rolls- 10/10, this was so good!
If you are living in this area you must visit them or, like us, if you are just driving through Colorado on your way to see garden of the gods or something like that, you better stop and try it out!
10/10, definitely recommend 👌“
