All sushi was fresh, I prefer the basic rolls over the super topped ones as you can get a nice tastes of the fish!The beef bowl had nice flavor and the veggies in it were great. “We had such a great experience here! The food was delightful - I would highly recommend going with a group and trying several of the rolls. The dragon and naruto rolls were my favorite.Cost is to be expected, honestly some better prices than comparable sushi in the area! I will definitely come back. “What a great little sushi and japanese cuisine restaurant. The sashimi and sushi were incredibly fresh. The spicey edamame is a must-have. The server was super polite. I can't believe this is the first time we've eaten here after living in Parker for 15 years! High recommended!!“

“Wow! Just Wow! We had the Omakase, full top flight, to celebrate a significant birthday. Everything was more than perfect! It was inspired and had every favorite we could imagine, and then some. And the plates kept coming! Toro, the best white tuna, tuna belly with a jot of smoked condiment, a savory egg custard with seafood in it (excellent with a sip of Japanese whiskey), Kobe beef as sushi, rainbow fish, the best uni (from Japan), and even foie gras done perfectly - items we wouldn’t ordinarily allow ourselves to order but remarkable presentations and remarkable to find this in Littleton CO! “Highly recommend this place, they have great lunch deals that you cannot beat. We spent $31 on 2 rolls and a lunch box. The rolls came with a choice of either soup or salad and the lunch box came with both. Totally exceeds expectations and comes with way more food than what it seems like. I didn't like the sauce for the tempura shrimp on the shrimp, I ate shrimp w/o it. I did dip my California roll into the sauce, very tasty. ? “Junz is tucked away in a mini mall off Dransfeldt Rd. The exterior is unassuming, and their interior is modern yet simple. Their sushi, however, is the best in Parker. They have a sizable sushi bar and plenty of seating. We were ushered to our table immediately upon arrival at 1230pm on a Sunday. We ordered the sashimi roll, crunchy roll, spider roll, and rock n' roll. We chose the shrimp cocktail appetizer as well. Each selection was beautifully prepared, and the ingredients were fresh. The pricing was reasonable for the quality, producing value. Their standard rolls had the look and taste of a deluxe roll anywhere else in Douglas County. We finished every piece and left stuffed as their portion sizes are ample. We will be back and highly recommend giving it a go if you're in the area.“

This is a truly wonderful restaurant and as good or better than places I have eaten in Tokyo and Kyushu. The food quality is exceptional and so is the service. We ordered the chef’s special for two. Wow! Really great. The price for all this was incredibly reasonable. $45 x 2 plus a small serving of sake $20. Totally worth the 30 minute drive.“

“The bowls here are always pretty good, nothing extraordinary but I’ve been back a few times already. If you get your sauce to go, it will come in the tiniest cup imaginable so always ask for extra. I love that they give the option of all broccoli for the vegetable choice. The chicken can come a little overcooked and chewy but it’s never that bad. Decent noodles. Will go back again.“

“We came here by pure chance, we were going to review Big Bill's Pizza next door for our podcast but they were closed for Superbowl Sunday.The atmosphere wasn't what you would want for a dining experience. The fish tank looked like it needed to be cleaned, I assume the owner's kids were lounging around upfront one looked to be doing homework while the other playing a video game. Near the back of the restrooms, it looked like two kitchen staff members were lounging around in a booth. Now I guess this could be explained away since it was Superbowl Sunday around 4:45 pm and we were the only patrons dining in.As for the food, I ordered the sriracha beef with fried rice. I will first start by saying DO NOT pay the $1 surcharge for fried rice, there were no peas, carrots, and only 1 tiny piece of egg in it, just go with steamed rice or brown rice. That being said the food was incredible the beef had great flavor and was one of the better Asian dishes I have eaten in a long time.My podcast co-host & friend said it was the best sesame chicken he had in like 20 years and we were both surprised by the pineapple dessert boat after the meal which tasted phenomenal.I wish the place was a bit more modern and flashy with no one lounging around to be a more date-worthy restaurant. The bottom line is great food, the atmosphere could be improved, and great service, I will definitely go back but I won't be taking a date.“

“This place was great the food was amazing and so was the service but when we got habachi we at first waited 20 minutes which is fair you know it’s habachi and you’ll end up waiting anyway but the problem was that there was a something that went wrong where after we were sat we had to wait another 40 minutes which was a bit aggravating. With that being said our cook Sean or Shawn was a very chill guy and an amazing cook and I really enjoyed eating there especially for my birthday (they give free cheesecake on your birthday) and overall the service was amazing, food was perfect, and the environment was upbeat and very enjoyable place to be.“

“If you are wondering what happened to great customer service, you need to come to the Castle Rock Tokyo Joe’s! The manager, Andrew, wants his customers to be happy! I love the poke bowls at Tokyo Joe’s, so I placed an order, but received the wrong poke bowl with my order. Andrew, the manager, was tenacious at getting in contact with me to make it right. He made sure I was happy and would continue to be a repeat customer. I was back there the next day for a poke bowl, and Andrew came out to say hi and thank me for my business. They are serving up fantastic customer service, along with fresh and tasty poke bowls, so I highly recommend Tokyo Joe’s in Castle Rock!“

“I love eating noodles and I’ve been here twice and had 2 kinds of ramen from this place so far. They’re Hakata Tonkotsu, and Spicy Tonkotsu and I’m very happy with the flavors!!! I also got some Takoyaki as well as and I have to say, I don’t have to make my own takoyaki anymore, these are good and they actually have octopus pieces in them. Thank you. “It looks like a fast food joint but it's really a good food joint. I got sushi the first time and it was pretty good. Get a bowl. “Firstly let me preface this with I don't eat Sushi or any type of seafood because of allergies but my wife is a Sushi lover so I obviously have been to quite a few sushi spots despite how limited my options are, this restaurant however offers a few tasty entrees for people like me who are unable to partake. Very clean restaurant, extremely comfortable seating (which is surprisingly rare in many restaurants) with some pretty cool lighting fixtures which adds a unique, classy feel. Our server Chloe was polite, attentive and patient as we took some time deciding what to order. We had Gyoza, Tempura and Kara-Age for appetizers, all absolutely delicious, my favorite was the Kara-Age! The entrees also didn't disappoint and were sumptuous, the Yaki Soba had a very distinctive flavor, quite different from any other noodles I've ever had. I can't personally vouch for the Sushi but my wife loved it so much, after dessert she tried a few more options! Must also mention we decided to try this restaurant based on other Yelp reviews, thanks to my fellow Yelpers for pointing us in the right direction!“
