“I’ve been a fan of CastleDough bread and so I jumped at the opportunity to take their first ever Sourdough bread making class. Wow! It felt like having an expert friend teaching you. Coy is so knowledgeable and kind- you can clearly see his passion for bread. He spent over four hours with us in his home taking us from start to finish- flours, starter, shaping, Dutch oven vs open baking, etc. We sampled bread made with different flours, and were sent home with everything we could need to begin and succeed in our bread making journey.
