“Very friendly staff. They also cater to the disabled. They have an automatic door for people who use wheelchairs.🦼 It’s easy to move are in this store. I believe this is the only Starbucks in the area that is easily accessible to the disabled. Good job Starbucks! 👍🥰“

“At this location you will find two of the sweetest young ladies to protect their identity I will call them Ashley Judd and Cinderella. They both stared at me approaching the empty drive thru window (restaurant was empty too) Cinderella with mop in hand Ashley Judd totally ignored me as if they didn't see me at the drive thru window. Thank God they noticed me when I walked in the restaurant Cinderella even called me by name because she took my call when I called to see if they had grilled cheese sandwiches ($14 for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches ?) I remind her of how they ignored me at the drive thru and they could have easily informed me to pull around to the speaker to order instead of ignoring me. I'd just like to encourage these ladies to be happy to have jobs and learn to do it to the best of their ability instead of ignoring the customer. I love star bucks I'm still giving 5 stars. Have a blessed one to those two young ladies!!!“

“The baristas are nice, drive thru is quick at the time of day I go. I’m knocking a star off because the drinks are inconsistent. I’ve ordered multiple matcha lattes throughout the last few weeks and it’s clear they weren’t reading the instructions to add more scoops. I assumed I just preferred it pretty strong and accepted I’d have a weaker matcha flavor, but today I kept my order the same as the last time and it was too strong this time. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning that it hasn’t been consistent quality!“

“The atmosphere would be much improved if they’d do something about the bums that plant themselves in here all day long every single day. They stake out a space and take it over with all their crap.

For example, this place has a great table that can seat six people comfortably. But forget ever being able to use it. As I write this three people, not customers, are sitting there playing loud videos games on their phones and have stuff spread out everywhere. It’s a shame.“

Vegetarian options: The egg bites are a delicious vegetarian option. Most of the egg sandwiches already have meats. Most dessert and pastry options are vegetarian.

Parking: Very small and awkward parking lot, entry and exit are poorly designed. Recommend drive-thru only.“

“Just my very favorite Starbucks. Quick, consistent, wonderful service. And I’ll pick it over Aviano any day of the week, for whatever that’s worth (worth saving the $8 spent on a single shot 12 oz beverage, that’s for sure.) Economize & enjoy.“

“Very nice Starbucks, especially compared to some Starbucks in the downtowns of other big cities. Kind and helpful staff who are fast and efficient with orders. Wait time is very short. The atmosphere is professional with the occasional homeless presence but still less than most big cities.“

“Today I was in the store and one of the employees who helped me was very rude. It is not the first time I have come to the store and she is rude to me, ?‍♂️ I know my English is not excellent but she doesn't have to roll my eyes at me (??) or pout at me (?) if she has problems she should solve them, and if she doesn't like customer service then she is working in the wrong place, several times I have had to refrain from buying because she is there attending (and since I don't want them to make a bad face at me) I prefer to leave since she is always rude. I am not this type of annoying customer but seriously they went several times. I do not tolerate rudeness when it is the best store of all, mostly its staff It is very sweet and pleasant. I had not had any problems before ordering, thanks to the other person who kindly assisted me. Everyone in the store is wonderful. I don't understand what happened to that girl's attitude.“

“I definitely should have done this much sooner. I have been coming to this location for about 8 months and each time has been a great experience. Christine & Bella, as well as the rest of the crew, have been phenomenal keeping an enjoyable environment that they have maintained everyday I have come in. Not only are they friendly but they also have great customer service, keep the store clean, while providing a quick turn around for your food and drinks. Whether it’s 6:30 am or 1:30pm I know I can count on them!“

I believe the guy at the register was Michael and the girl that was working with him on the afternoon of 11/22 were both great! Wished I lived closer. This would be my go to store for sure! “I love this location! They treat their customers like family! Daryl is the perfect person at drive up- his personality and question of the day make the experience fun and unique. Holly is super sweet and friendly, and always makes me feel welcomed! I don’t know the name of some of the other baristas, but you are all amazing! Recommend this location 10/10 stars.“

“The manager j is always pleasant and polite, along with maybe two other baristas. However, the other employees at work there act like they're the gatekeepers at some fancy club and always turn their nose at the customers. The manager is always polite. He knows me by name and I appreciate the effort He puts in to run that Starbucks. But the rest their work except for 2 are rude.“

“Ok this place is so underrated i have lived downtown for so long and never been inside this building! I need to go to the bank and decided to grab a coffee. “This is one of the nicer Starbucks locations I've visited in Denver. There's a large parking lot with a big drive-thru lane and a nice patio with seating.

The interior is spacious with a large counter and many different seating options. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and efficient and greeted me immediately.

All-in-all a pleasant, quiet coffeehouse atmosphere and a good place to work, to meet, or to relax.“

“INCREDIBLE CHARGE STATION. Literally every seat facing out towards the parking lot has a usb and /or 3 prong outlet to charge laptop. In total I believe you have 4 two tops each withTheir own 3Prong outlet and then an 8 top bar that is fitted with 16 usb and 8 3 prongs I believe. It’s small and quaint but it packs a bigger punch than any other Starbucks targetCombo I’ve ever seen when it comes to a working or studying individual.Now did I get any coffee here? No. I just charged the laptop I just bought and was impressed. ?“

“This Starbucks Hampden location always has friendly staff. I've never been treated rudely or rushed in placing my order. They really care about giving you a good experience and on the extremely rare times my order wasn't correct, they immediately and cheerfully replace it.“

“This was where I got Starbucks two mornings in Denver. Opens early which I appreciate since we are out early for a walk. Across the street from the Westin hotel. Clean, my coffee was good and the breakfast sandwich hot. They have two restrooms which you must get a code to use. Sign of the times and being downtown. Mobile ordering and pick up was a breeze. For my first pumpkin cold brew of the season which starts earlier and earlier lol

“I don’t usually write reviews but I live in the neighborhood and go to this Starbucks at least 3 times a week. As an avid coffee drinker and Starbucks stan I have been to hundreds of Starbucks in my lifetime and this one is by far my favorite. I don’t think I’ve reached “regular” status quite yet but the staff seems to always remember me and they always stop to chat with me about my day and offer my dog a pup cup. When I’m having a stressful day at work or a bad day in general they always make me smile with their kindness. Keep slaying yall! <3“

“We've been on a long road trip and been to nearly a dozen Starbucks so far. This one, by far, has made the best drinks. The staff was awesome, friendly, and extremely quick. One of the staff even made a new drink when we were there, a chai tea with a pump of mocha. Definitely worth asking for.“

“When I was looking up a Starbucks google said it was a drive thru. It's not, it's inside of Safeway. So just a heads up in case you're looking for a drive thru. Other than that our drinks were good and the barista was wonderful.“

“This Starbucks is very prominently located at the corner of Colfax and Raleigh, in a new development just south of Sloan's Lake. It is right next door to the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. There is a very convenient parking lot just north of the building (enter off Raleigh).The interior is a bit smaller than it appears from the outside as the space is long and narrow with somewhat limited seating. It is mostly small tables, although one corner has two comfy chairs. There are also two nice patios with lots of seating, one facing the parking lot and one facing Raleigh.I was able to place an order on the Starbucks app without difficulty and it was ready sooner than promised. There were plenty of friendly staffers and the space was very neat and clean. Note that the front door facing Colfax is locked. You must enter from the parking lot at the rear of the building.“

He is absolutely amazing, he is very kind and friendly, he has great customer service skills and you can tell he loves serving others and he loves what he does. I love when I pull into their drive-through and Camden is the one taking my order. I hope the manager knows what a gem they have. He is so warm, friendly and personable and you get same friendly smile every time. Please give this guy a promotion and a big raise. He deserves it! “This Starbucks is a great one. Had a friend visiting and i drove to the airport for a fight. We decided to have a coffee before taking them to the airport. I live downtown and i wanted to go somewhere near the airport to avoid the unpredictable traffic and feeling stressed. We got here 2 hour before their flight had a great conversation over the very comfy chairs and high ceilings. This place is perfect less than 10 min from the airport and so convenient. I will remember coming here more often when I’m dropping off visiting at the airport“

“There's a lady named Robin who works here and is freaking awesome! She will memorize her regular customers coffee, and have it pre-made. I'm kind of a regular but not in enough for her to pay much attention but of course she does, she knows when I need an extra shot of expression in my coffee and always puts extra chocolate or Carmel of my coffee depending on what I order...She deserves a fat raise! Service is very good, but the waiting time in the drive through line can be long if there are more than one or two cars ahead of you and they have a big order.

“There is a school right next door to this shopping area. I stopped by at the end of the school day and found this store plus the entire area rather chaotic with students running in and out.

This is a medium-sized Starbucks with a drive-thru, a patio with seating, and quite a bit of fairly close inside seating. Parking is for the entire shopping area. The spaces are tight.

The space was clean, despite the crowd, and my drink was prepared quickly. Not a quiet space to work or relax, though--at least at this hour“
