“Arrived this morning at this Starbucks expecting to just kill some time before the days activities. Adrien was an energetic polite professional young adult that immediately made the morning better and the tasks ahead less burdening. I was not only politely offered a mug for my dine experience. After I sat dow I was offered water. To some no big deal, to me a huge uptick in the service offered at so many places today. Then while sitting and watching this whole crew work it was nothing short of impressive. The window crew knew a number of clear regulars coming through the drive through having pleasant and uplifting conversation and service. The team worked together flawlessly as I sat in their very clean lobby and enjoyed what could best be referred to as poetry in motion. These people had never seen me before and in all likelihood will never see me again. But if this is a representation of their daily service the community around here is blessed. And probably don’t tell them enough. I don’t have all their names but their manager and this corporation should consider themselves fortunate to have great young professional's working for them.“

“Okay, Starbucks is Starbucks right? Menu-wise, yes. But some Starbucks have a unique space that reflects the location. This one is in downtown Denver next to the Platt River. There is large and very busy REI next door and outside a great place for kids to play and to look at some of nature’s contributions to an urban setting.“

Service was very good. It was fast and polite. The store was very busy with walk-ins and on-line orders for pick-up. They had enough people working to keep up with the volume and an organized process to deliver orders in a timely manner. They do have ample seating indoors and out plus a fireplace. There is Wi-Fi available for guests.

Parking is limited and you have to take care when leaving during peak hours because there's a lot of traffic.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the world. The staff there is hands down the friendliest and most caring, the lobby of the building they are located in has a wonderful atmosphere, and the drinks are always on point. Over the years Bella and Christine have brightened my days more than I can count. LOVE this place!“

“I order from this Starbucks frequently since it is closest to my office. I always get prompted for a tip, and I usually forget about it or frankly, I just don’t care. Today, I ordered an Impossible sandwich, and someone drew a flower and said thanks. I immediately left a tip. Folks, if you want a tip, got to show some effort than just manning your positions.“

“Ok this place is so underrated i have lived downtown for so long and never been inside this building! I need to go to the bank and decided to grab a coffee. It is so beautiful in here so many plants high ceilings etc this will definitely be a regular spot for me to visit and relax or maybe have a coffee date! Coffee is up to the Starbucks standard but the location and lobby area is what you’re really here for.“

This place was amazing. They are much fancier than a normal Starbucks. They have a lot of comfy chairs, besides just wood. They also use real plates and cups, instead of just plastic. My breakfast sandwich and lemonade were top tier. End of story.“

“Busy standalone Starbucks without a drive-through. The food/snacks and drinks are the usual Starbucks things. The latte and espresso based drinks in general are good.

Service is fast and friendly. There were enough people working to keep things moving even during a busy period Sunday morning. Seating at this location was comfortable. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for guests.

There is a small psrking lot. Spaces were available before the other business opened. It may be more difficult later.“

“The best experience I’ve had at Starbucks! The staff was upbeat and very accommodating. I believe the guy at the register was Michael and the girl that was working with him on the afternoon of 11/22 were both great! Wished I lived closer. This would be my go to store for sure! Will be visiting again next time I’m in the Cherry Creek area.“

“Absolutely my favorite Starbucks. I’ve been here a handful of times now since having to frequent the area, and each and every time the baristas are friendly & welcoming, and the drinks are always incredible! I’ve been to so many Starbucks locations over the years, and this is by far my favorite.“

Service is cheerful and efficient. I was made to feel welcome. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There is no drive-through at this location. There is unsecured Wi-Fi available for customers.

There's plenty of parking.“

“Kat and Fatima are the best. They are the best they know how to make someone’s day and know how to bring up the mood. They have my order memorized and know how well they make would come every single time they have the place clean. Something else to add is that when I am here to enjoy my drink they make it cozy.“

“I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks thanks to a young lady who truly went above and beyond. I was in a rush to catch a van and didn’t have time to spare, but she managed to provide change for my van tip and whip up my drink in under 90 seconds, seriously impressive! The interaction was so fast and efficient that I didn’t catch her name, but her customer service, speed, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. I left completely satisfied and on time for my ride. Huge thanks to her! Happened at about 2:55 pm July 23 2025! GIRL YOU ROCK!! Now let’s see if this Horchata Espresso gets me through this day!“

“Renae is so kind, friendly, and always smiles. It brightens my day. All the staff at this location are friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues and I have been feeding my coffee addiction here for two years. This location is run very well. They manage rushes well, it is always clean, and it is great that the staff is primarily students. They are hard workers.

“This has been my neighborhood Starbucks for the last 4 years. We're moving next week and before we do I just want to shout out this entire store. Particularly the sunday morning crew. They always greet me by name (all of them), they know my order without me saying it, they always smile and wish me a good day and in general provide the best customer service in the area.

“The manager j is always pleasant and polite, along with maybe two other baristas. However, the other employees at work there act like they're the gatekeepers at some fancy club and always turn their nose at the customers. The manager is always polite. He knows me by name and I appreciate the effort He puts in to run that Starbucks. But the rest their work except for 2 are rude.“

“INCREDIBLE CHARGE STATION. Literally every seat facing out towards the parking lot has a usb and /or 3 prong outlet to charge laptop. In total I believe you have 4 two tops each withTheir own 3Prong outlet and then an 8 top bar that is fitted with 16 usb and 8 3 prongs I believe. It’s small and quaint but it packs a bigger punch than any other Starbucks targetCombo I’ve ever seen when it comes to a working or studying individual.Now did I get any coffee here? “Since Marilú started taking over the afternoons on Mondays, everything has leveled up. The store is spotless her crew is on point and the energy she brings just makes the whole place better. I stop by often and it is clear she doesn’t just manage she inspires the people around her. She definitely deserves some kind of recognition, whether that is employee of the month or something even more special. There is just something about the way she runs things focused, calm, and full of heart that makes it impossible not to notice.“

“This morning was off to a terrible start — I was running late, stressed, and to top it off, I realized I had brought the wrong debit card after Jon had already made my drink. Instead of making me feel worse, Jon insisted I take the drink anyway and wished me a better day. That small act of kindness completely turned my mood around.

“Good quick service. Bigger place, clean. The restrooms are locked. I kinda understand the need for it but when the key pad doesn't work it's a little frustrating. But we did witness non customers trying to come in and use it without purchase. So I get it, but they just need to function better.“

“I decided to walk in because the drive thru was packed and I had some gift cards I needed to use. Cashier was friendly and so were the staff working hard making drinks. However, as I was standing waiting for my drink I noticed a man with gray hair and glasses speaking to the girl who on bar holding an iPad on the opposite side of the handoff plane. He seemed irritated with her and I heard him say something like “ You can keep the attitude.” and was very short with her the rest of the time I was in there. I felt that was very inappropriate and the girl tried to stand up for herself but seemed stressed by his behavior . Even if he was the manager or something, you should treat your staff with more kindness and consideration as all spaces are customer facing. I worked at Starbucks all through college and that certainly isn’t how I would’ve treated any of my fellow partners especially in the lobby of the store. The third place should still exist for partners. My drink was delicious but please be kind to your workers they’re doing their best.“

“Recently visited and casually asked if they sold ground espresso because I had run out at home and forgot to pick some up on my last grocery run. The barista said that, unfortunately they did not, but then immediately offered to let her manager know to start ordering it in the future. Appreciate the excellent customer service!“

“There's a lady named Robin who works here and is freaking awesome! She will memorize her regular customers coffee, and have it pre-made. I'm kind of a regular but not in enough for her to pay much attention but of course she does, she knows when I need an extra shot of expression in my coffee and always puts extra chocolate or Carmel of my coffee depending on what I order...She deserves a fat raise! We need more people like her in the world!“

Beautiful, clean store, nestled in a nice shopping and restaurant area. And there are lots of nice (and expensive) hotels within a short walking distance! Perfect location!

“I was impressed with Matt today for remembering my drink, specifically to add cinnamon sprinkles; I seldomly do add. Caspian, Jo and others see me frequently and always know my drink. However, Matt only took my order once or twice long ago.“

“The staff is usually friendly and quick with orders. It's nice to be able to grab a drink before you start shopping or before you check out. The recent reorganization and installation of security measures has made it slightly less convenient to access.“

“We've been on a long road trip and been to nearly a dozen Starbucks so far. This one, by far, has made the best drinks. The staff was awesome, friendly, and extremely quick. One of the staff even made a new drink when we were there, a chai tea with a pump of mocha. Definitely worth asking for.“

“When I was looking up a Starbucks google said it was a drive thru. It's not, it's inside of Safeway. So just a heads up in case you're looking for a drive thru. Other than that our drinks were good and the barista was wonderful.“

“TIL Starbucks is pulling a fast one. Starbucks Coconutmilk is 90% NOT Coconut milk .....

it’s basically sugar water with emulsifiers and a little bit of coconut product.

Ingredients: Water, coconut cream, cane sugar, tricalcium phosphate, coconut water concentrate, natural flavors, sea salt, carrageenan, gellan gum, corn dextrin, xanthan gum, guar gum, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin d2.

Ingredients in most legit coconut milk: Coconut milk, water.

Now, in all fairness, Starbucks has to make sure the coconut milk consistency is very, well…consistent. Domesticated humans don’t like chunks of coconut fat floating in their lattes, so you have to do some doctoring—I get it.

But corn? Multiple gums? Carrageenan?

“Carrageenan predictably causes inflammation, which can lead to ulcerations and bleeding,” explains veteran carrageenan researcher Joanne Tobacman, MD, associate professor of clinical medicine at the University of Illinois School of Medicine at Chicago.

That’s not to say that everyone is going to start getting ulcers, but carrageenan is known to cause gut inflammation and digestive distress in many people. I’d rather do without it.

What’s also annoying is that they sweetened it. Thanks Starbucks—now, people who enjoy the taste of coconut milk in their drink can’t enjoy Starbucks coconut milk without also drinking sugar.“

“This Starbucks is very prominently located at the corner of Colfax and Raleigh, in a new development just south of Sloan's Lake. It is right next door to the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. There is a very convenient parking lot just north of the building (enter off Raleigh).The interior is a bit smaller than it appears from the outside as the space is long and narrow with somewhat limited seating. It is mostly small tables, although one corner has two comfy chairs. There are also two nice patios with lots of seating, one facing the parking lot and one facing Raleigh.I was able to place an order on the Starbucks app without difficulty and it was ready sooner than promised. There were plenty of friendly staffers and the space was very neat and clean. Note that the front door facing Colfax is locked. You must enter from the parking lot at the rear of the building.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks every Friday for the past year and barista Alyssa is amazing every time I come in. She knows exactly what I want and she makes it delicious every time. I asked a question at the front, and I couldn't hear the girl because she was speaking so softly twice, someone standing ~5 feet behind her did annunciate and answered my question and I heard her without problem. Especially since the COVID plastic is still up.“
