“We originally planned to eat at Bluebird Cafe because it had reviews that were just as good as Pete’s, and it was honestly a tough choice. After we sat down at BlueBird, we realized they only had whole wheat pancakes, so we decided to head over to Pete’s Cafe instead. We are so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, Pete made us feel welcome. He greeted us, told us to sit anywhere we’d like, and even asked the kids if they wanted to sit outside. They have an amazing outdoor seating area, which was a great option for our family. We needed two tables pushed together, and Pete helped us with that immediately. The waitresses were so kind and attentive, and the service throughout our visit was perfect. The food was so amazing the bacon literally tastes home cooked and our 7 year old son said they have the best, fluffiest pancakes around! Our whole family was happy with their meals and enjoyed the experience. While we were dining, all the customers around us were smiling and happy with their food you could tell it’s just an all around good place. On our way out, Pete gave the kids lollipops, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much he cares about his customers. Great food, amazing service, and genuine hospitality. “The absolute best coffee shop in Denver! I ordered the Horchata Latte which was served hot in a traditional red clay mug. My beverage was smooth had a delicate body, a gentle sweetness and fruitiness, and an acidic snap to finish off the experience. There was ample, clean space to sit with friends in the courtyard right outside with chairs and tables. The shop was colorfully complimented with locally made goods, homemade Mexican pan dulce, and offered so much more than coffee. They even make atole which takes me back to my childhood! I can't wait to try everything on their menu. This is my new favorite place in Denver and will quickly become yours too!“

“This place has been viral all over my TikTok for months now, and we finally made a trip to go. And wow, I can definitely say that the hype is well worth it.
starting, which is the atmosphere, everything is very simple, the decorations are minimal and it just feels very relaxing when you walk in. I love that you can see them whisking up your matcha and that they really take their time and make sure that it’s done correctly and perfect for you. It feels very clean inside go to the workers were so sweet and or well knowledged on their menu, explaining what each item was like/ what the taste profile is. We got a cinnamon matcha Horchata and a matcha Chai sweet cream. At first I thought both of these items would probably taste similar, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. The try pretty much was only in the cold foam and I personally really loved that because it wasn’t too sweet, but it was very flavorful and you could taste the earthy umami flavor but also the spicy chai. The horchata was super creamy and rich, and I would say cinnamon is the main flavor that i tasted from it, but as a whole it was so similar to horchata. I also really liked that the barista brought you the drinks and told you how they recommend drinking it, for example, I was told with the chai drink that I should sip it instead of using the straw to get the full effect of the drink versus the Horchata one, we will recommend it to use a straw and mix a little bit prior to drinking.
Personally, I always appreciate when people give recommendations like that because they know from experience how things are best tasted. We also decided to try the Matcha waffle which originally comes with the lavender ice cream, but I’m not the biggest fan of lavender so we decided to opt out of that and it was still super amazing, it had a sweetened condensed milk drizzle on it I think and it was delicious. overall, this place was insanely good and I definitely want to come back to try the Ube waffle and a different flavor of Matcha . If you come to Denver and like REAL matcha, I would definitely recommend making this place a stop on the way.“

“Drove from Longmont to their Evan’s location. Nice comfortable physical space, friendly and helpful staff and the most delicious espresso (both regular and decaf) I’ve had in years. They also have a broad selection of coffees from around the world that they roast at their other location. If you’re not local they will ship to your location. Excellent coffee, buy it, drink it and be happy.“

“Horrible and unwelcoming owners! They will kick you and your dog out no matter how small and quiet the dog. The one staff there was really nice but has been well trained to follow management’s unwelcoming rules. I take my pup everywhere. This was the FIRST place we’ve not been allowed. Perhaps the owners should move to a state that doesn’t like pets because I’v taken my dog into grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. A restaurant in Cherry Creek even brought a glass for my dog. I am saying goodbye to Hello Coffee!“
