“Best ramen EVER! We stumbled upon Uncle over a decade ago, and since then anytime we’re in CO we come for dinner. The spicy chicken ramen is hands down the best, love all of the bao buns, eggplant is my favorite, but can’t go wrong with crab or pork belly ones either. We’ve never had anything bad, service is always great too! Be sure to make a reservation.“

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

“Food here is spectacular. The sushi is some of the freshest in town, and the cuts & presentation are special. There is usually just one chef and one waitress (I think maybe a husband and wife team, but I'm not sure), so don't expect it to be lightning fast. That said, it's worth the wait. Don't sleep on the vegetables. We got the garlic broccoli last time we were there and, despite it seeming to be very simple, it was once of the best dishes I have ever had. There are also some really interesting traditional style sushi that is unlike anything I've had at other local establishments. This is our go-to neighborhood spot when we don't feel like trucking across town to Sushi Den. Highly recommend 10/10.

“Can we talk about our culture of inauthenticity and mass production in the age of covid? The antidote is Ramen Star. Hot (but high quality) sake and a bowl of their homemade kimchi ramen (with in-house broth) is the power lunch that strengthens the host to fight the invader. My dining in experience was further enhanced by the handmade metal screens (made by the head chef), subtle decor and gentle piano music. The quality food was equally matched by the service. “This review is mainly about the tonkotsu ramen. It’s absolutely sub-par and unacceptable. They charged me a $1.50 to add half an egg that wasn’t even soft boiled (it was hard boiled). The broth was flavorless and not thick or creamy enough. It only comes with some bok choy and pickled ginger with 3 measly thin pieces of chashu pork. It should be a $10 bowl of ramen MAX. I paid almost $20. Love this places sushi but there’s way too many better ramen places in the area. It would cost them almost nothing to upgrade their ramen considering it uses the simplest and most available ingredients which just shows a conplete lack of care. However their sushi is great and would recommend it over many sushi places in the area.“

“OMGOSH I love this place! I had some problems with ordering online so I called and placed an order over the phone. My order was ready in 5 min for pick-up!!

I get home and the order is packaged perfectly; my ramen was so hot and flavorful!

“This place is my new go-to Denver restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing and its not overpriced like every other restaurant in the area. I tried their black garlic ramen bowl and it was so much better than i expected it to be. I didnt take any photos but the photos you see from other reviews are accurate. I cannot imagine what a huge disservice it must be for this local spot to be stuck next to a chopstickers. 100% must try if your looking for something in the rino area!“

“My husband had his 40th birthday here last weekend and we had a group of 15 joining for dinner. I did email to ask about this in advance and they were super accommodating to us all. We received our food in record time with everyone really enjoying the flavors and types of ramen we all got. The appetizers were good as well - those pork dumplings were definitely the star there! And the prices are unbeatable. We were even able to bring a cake in and the staff were kind enough to assist where needed throughout. All in all, awesome spot! We've been here sporadically for a while and there is a reason why its one of our favorites in the city!
