I wish I had gotten their names but the two people working the drive through window on 9/9 at 11 am (young man and young woman) are some of the loveliest young people I’ve encountered in a long time. Trying to hold a squirming, hungry toddler in a standard booth while eating a massive, sauce-dripping chicken sandwich is an extreme sport I did not train for. I ended up eating my lunch over my kid’s head like a mama bird, which I guess fits the theme, but still.

Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“It was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick, and I have to say it absolutely lived up to the hype! I’d heard so many great things, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every single one of the ladies was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They were incredibly helpful, made me feel right at home, and turned a simple lunch stop into such a memorable experience.

I took home the Sassy Scotty and Classic Carol with crackers and the buttery croissant pieces, and it made the ultimate girl dinner. Paired with a good murder mystery, it was the perfect cozy evening. Every bite was so flavorful, and I can already tell I’ll be back to try more.

And don’t even get me started on those cookies… do NOT sleep on them! Thank goodness they’re individually wrapped because if they came any other way, I’d be leaving with a whole box every time. 😂

The chicken was cooked well, not dry & the flavors worked well together. Tots were crispy, coleslaw was fresh and tasty. No complaints. It was $22 including tax. So on the spendier side, but fresh and filling, boasting natural ingredients. Worth it, imo.

“I don't believe I've ever written an online review, but after my experience living here for the past couple of years, I felt it important to share my perspective. First - all apartment complexes will have their issues. Whether it be maintenance issues, some dog poop, an occasional delay on fixing a piece of gym equipment, whatever. Those things happen.

What matters to me is how people respond when things go wrong. Customer service seems to be a dying art these days, but Gabe and his staff here have been excellent through and through. He is a real person, a problem solver, and I have always gotten the vibe from him that he wants the best for the people who live in this complex. He has worked to find a solution anytime we had an issue while living here for the past 2+ years.

We are about to move out in the next couple of months (not to another apartment, but to our first home), and even the transition to a month-to-month lease was something he made very easy and doable for us. I feel I could keep saying positive things about him (like the time he got his personal jump pack out of his truck to get my car started when I was late running to work), but I've made my point. He is exactly the kind of manager you hope to have.

Maintenance staff are competent and friendly compared to past places I have lived. The apartments are pretty new, and it's clear the staff want to keep the community clean and cared for. We've genuinely enjoyed living here.

“I was at this location for a carry out order. There was a trainee taking order and he was doing magnificently. I don't use that word lightly. He did spell my name horribly wrong, but my food got to me, so I won't complain about that. There's a nice seating area which is somewhat removed from the order/pickup location. The food is fine.
