“This is a wonderful restaurant. It's Asian and sushi and sashimi. The fish is truly fresh. There is a miso black cod I have everytime I go. It's very flavorful and delicious. The sashimi salmon is high quality and very fresh. The menu has great variety.

“The best sushi restaurant in the Lone Tree area. Reasonably priced, with amazing lunch specials. Everyone who works here is kind and friendly. Everything is made to order, so some rolls may take longer to be served than others. Keep this in mind - because I’ve seen other customers complain when the food doesn’t all come out at once. The food is good quality and absolutely delicious. We come here almost once a week. Highly recommend!“

“Fantastic place, you can't go wrong. The service is unmatched. The fish is very tender and fresh, especially if you follow the waiter's suggestions. They are very generous, as well. Rolls are well filled and flavorful, plus their special rolls are topped with cuts as well. You can get a large meal for two with drinks for around $100 out the door and will really feel you've got your money's worth. The decor is a bit strange, but it's kind of amusing and charming.“

“7/10. Air conditioned toilet, enough said. Just that.. the urinal is behind that right toilet stall door, which is slightly inconvenient.. having a door you pushed aside slowly greet your bum halfway taking a piss.

Anyways, food was good! Chinese operators serving Japanese, which.. is a lot more common than first expected here. Sashimi was fresh, though the lunch sashimi set doesn’t even come with a bowl of rice, which $4? That’s a bad indicator. Still, eel sushi was average but hit the spot.

Vibe was alright, not too crowded around 1pm. Spent about $40+ for the sushi, and sashimi lunch set - though you get a free salad or miso soup. A bit much for one person, for one meal. So don’t come expecting to be filled for cheap. You can probably get away with spending around $20 if you weren’t a hungry fella like I was that day.

Overall not too bad, but not good enough to warrant the journey to come all the way here, unless of course, I was already serendipitously nearby. Enjoy.“

“Truly the best sushi in Denver and one of my most favorite restaurants ever! I absolutely love the heaven Roll and the Taki black pepper tuna rolls! I have gone to many coastal restaurants that serve sushi and none of them compare to Shiso sushi bar! They also have some nice non-fish items such as the teriyaki chicken bowl, my friend had ordered that before and it was really good! They truly are one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. They take extra precaution for cleanliness, customer service and quality of their food and I appreciate that so much! I often times will order their food to go as well and it always is a hit! Their dining service is nice as well and there is quite a bit of parking which is always a convenient addition to any restaurant. The owner Ken is a great guy and always remembers us and truly appreciates his customer base. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and like I said it’s one of my favorites! It’s also very close to Sloans Lake which is the perfect activity to do before dining in, check them out!“

We ordered a variety of items and they were all delicious - Black Dragon, Korean kimchi fried rice, and Tonkatsu ramen. Even the salad was good and had high quality greens instead of plain lettuce. “I got the titanic boat. The fish was fresh, but the nigiri wasn’t work it. You got enough fish anyways. I would just get sashimi and rolls. The fish was frozen and very cold. The miso soup had few ingredients and was mainly broth. The Godzilla roll was quite good.

“This place was one of the best food place that I went int Colorado. I went in during rainy day. They still welcomed me even if I was smelly and soaked with water. They served me warm soups and curry. The taste was just so delicious! I usually do not leave the comment, but this place is hard not to leave the comment. They had a decent amount of options for non-fish eaters too which is hard to come by at most sushi restaurants. My only qualm was that the rainbow roll came with a chunk of crab versus the imitation crab that is usually comes with a rainbow roll but that was on me for not paying closer attention. Regardless if that, everything we had was great and our server was SO friendly and helpful.“

Carne Asada Loaded Nachos – Perfectly crispy tortilla chips piled with tender steak, gooey cheese, pico de gallo, and sour cream. Total crowd-pleaser!

Chicken Flautas – These rolled tacos served in a cup were genius for a night at the bar, topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, and Cotija cheese.

Traditional Carnita Tacos – The street taco dream! Tender carnitas, cilantro, pickled red onions, and a salsa so good I wanted to take some home.

The combination of fantastic food, creative drinks, and lively ambiance makes Con Safos a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend!“

“The ramen is by far my favorite in town. The flavors stay Japanese but with a little twist but not obnoxiously different than traditional ramen. The sushi is really fresh and it's nice you can get a half bowl of ramen for a really good price and still have run for a little sushi. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is friendly and impeccable, and the food is affordable, delicious, and authentic. Aside from a large variety of every type of sushi you can imagine, they have a number of other dishes. As a vegan, they have plenty of options for me, and I highly recommend the sweet potato roll - it's my go-to. Stop by for a relaxing lunch break or for a lovely dinner, you won't regret it!“
