The food was delicious; I had one of the lunch specials, and others had the regular orders of Mongolian beef and another chicken. All were great. The atmosphere is peaceful; the restaurant is clean and bright”

The flavor for both dishes was good (saag paneer and lamb masala) but I was disappointed with how little meat and paneer we got in our dishes. Our food took an hour to be ready when they said 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, there were six people in front of me grumbling that it was taking a really long time. Whoever packed our food used a cracked lid on one of the curry containers, which lead to a mess all over the paper bag not to mention wasted food (that we spent $15 on). My kids liked the paneer and safron rice; they were happy it wasn't too spicy. We didn't dine in obviously but the overall aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. I'll probably give them one more chance given they're close by and they're NOT Little India.”

“I've been drinking their coffee for last 5 years. I order their beans every now and then (I live in Texas but always stop by whenever I'm in Colorado to visit my family). I really appreciate their customer service. Last bag of beans were so bad and I knew that was not their norm. I felt that they needed to know. They were quick to investigate why it was a bad batch and apologized. They sent me a bag of their new freshly roasted beans. Thank you and I'll see you in summer when I come up for a visit, have a cortado ready for me.”

“I'm always looking for a good burger and have been to many different places over the years. I decided to give Big Sky a try. I had the Big Sky burger and was not disappointed!!!!!! This may have been the best burger I have ever eaten. If you like cheese and bacon this burger is for you. Every bite the was a copious amount of both. I chose onion rings as my side and they had a very good flavor. My wife ate the shrimp ramen and had more than she could eat. This restaurant fills my burger and her Asian desires. We will be making this a regular stop. Do yourself a favor and give them a try”

And what makes it so special is that Danny, the owner, is usually there working just as hard as everyone he employs. His "Hollywood" smile is genuine, and he is never too busy to have a little chat if you catch his eye. STAY GREAT!”

I want to thank the two employees who helped us out especially Tony (I hope I'm getting his name right) but he went above and beyond making sure all my guests were happy, checked in with me multiple times throughout the evening, and even packed extra food for my new husband and I to take home. The best outdoor seating of the 3 with a large gas firepit. Possibly the largest indoor size for seating. Friendly staff and all the same options for food and beverage you'd expect from Bardo. I still go to the other 2 locations if it makes sense to my schedule. Either way Bardo are the best coffee shops in Metro Denver. Cheers!”

They did a chocolate chip cookie cake for my gym's 2-year anniversary celebration and it turned out so cute, we didn't want to cut it but it looked so tasty we had to do it! It was incredibly delicious, just like a yummy chocolate chip cookie, in bar form once it was cut into small serving-size pieces. The frosting was perfect, not too sweet, just right. “I arrived at this restaurant for the first time on Sunday 12-28-2025. I googled for breakfast burritos, and this restaurant came up. The name that they use is Aguas Calientes. The place was clean inside and very well decorated. I ordered some breakfast burritos from a gorgeous latina woman with a friendly and very courteous attitude. (I am sure she is of Mexican descent) My Mom and sister and I enjoyed these delicious breakfast burritos that were only $2.50 each. One burrito was enough for me. I bought two for me, and I ate the other one for supper. I am so ecstatic to find this place. I will go back very soon for lunch or for supper.”

I love how with the re-opening they have kept little nods to the past for nostalgia sake while adding in new and fun features as well. Yes, you pay $40/meal (in the evenings) but you’re staying there 2-3 hours afterwards to experience things like the puppet and illusion shows, tarot card reader, wishing well fun, the arcade and Black Bart’s cave. The menu has been updated and we all loved our food(but we do miss those cheese enchiladas, haha). The service was really fast, too. You’re paying not only for a meal but also for the experience!”

Also, went last weekend and both hubby and I got a chorizo burrito. He told me that towards the middle, his burrito was cold. He didn’t want to say anything about it. As I can kept eating mine, noticed it was cold too, not ice cold but cold. We decided to not say anything this time (things happen) but will definitely, politely, mention it if it occurs again.”

They supplied the food truck so my guests could easily get their food instead of catered style and it was a huge hit!!!
