Salads are great, but unfortunately are all ready to go, in single use plastic, even when dining in. I’d pay more for compostable containers, or option to bring my own.”

“I've been drinking their coffee for last 5 years. I order their beans every now and then (I live in Texas but always stop by whenever I'm in Colorado to visit my family). I really appreciate their customer service. Last bag of beans were so bad and I knew that was not their norm. I felt that they needed to know. They were quick to investigate why it was a bad batch and apologized. They sent me a bag of their new freshly roasted beans. Thank you and I'll see you in summer when I come up for a visit, have a cortado ready for me.”

“I'm always looking for a good burger and have been to many different places over the years. I decided to give Big Sky a try. I had the Big Sky burger and was not disappointed!!!!!! This may have been the best burger I have ever eaten. If you like cheese and bacon this burger is for you. Every bite the was a copious amount of both. I chose onion rings as my side and they had a very good flavor. My wife ate the shrimp ramen and had more than she could eat. This restaurant fills my burger and her Asian desires. We will be making this a regular stop. Do yourself a favor and give them a try”

“First thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean the restaurant is. Johnathan was great and super patient when I was indecisive in ordering. I ordered a few items as a to go order, one of them being the early bird chicken sandwich with no pickles. It was correct on the receipt. When I got home and my husband unwrapped the sandwich, they gave us a burger instead with pickles. Other than not getting the correct sandwich, everything else was good!”

“We ordered from here last night. Full disclosure before I begin: we're Indian, we cook A LOT of Indian food, therefore we're really picky about our Indian food. The flavor for both dishes was good (saag paneer and lamb masala) but I was disappointed with how little meat and paneer we got in our dishes. Our food took an hour to be ready when they said 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, there were six people in front of me grumbling that it was taking a really long time. Whoever packed our food used a cracked lid on one of the curry containers, which lead to a mess all over the paper bag not to mention wasted food (that we spent $15 on). My kids liked the paneer and safron rice; they were happy it wasn't too spicy. We didn't dine in obviously but the overall aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. I'll probably give them one more chance given they're close by and they're NOT Little India.”

Their specialty taco - fried avocado - was mouth watering. I also had a Baja fish taco and couldn’t help but sneak in a carnitas taco, too. As I can kept eating mine, noticed it was cold too, not ice cold but cold. We decided to not say anything this time (things happen) but will definitely, politely, mention it if it occurs again.”

They supplied the food truck so my guests could easily get their food instead of catered style and it was a huge hit!!! I want to thank the two employees who helped us out especially Tony (I hope I'm getting his name right) but he went above and beyond making sure all my guests were happy, checked in with me multiple times throughout the evening, and even packed extra food for my new husband and I to take home. It was the best decision hiring them and I would do it again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!!”

“Strange this location out of all 3 has the lowest rating. It is the BEST location of Bardo. Plenty of free parking with easy access, and close to a major freeway. The best outdoor seating of the 3 with a large gas firepit. Possibly the largest indoor size for seating. Friendly staff and all the same options for food and beverage you'd expect from Bardo. I still go to the other 2 locations if it makes sense to my schedule. Either way Bardo are the best coffee shops in Metro Denver. Cheers!”

“Taylor always works hard to ensure top notch bartending and serving duties. She could walk circles around bartenders at other locations and get twice as much done as the average person consistently between visits. They have a great playlist always playing, a golf arcade game, front room for big parties, an expansive main seating area, private booths, and plenty of high tops. The gentleman with the long hair helping Taylor is always doing extra tasks to support other staff and the young high school boy who folds pizza boxes in the evening is also friendly and ensures order accuracy for to-go and food delivery customers. The chicken is always juicy at this location and the wings are as crispy as the fry guys. The kitchen staff clearly knows what they are doing.”
