“We had a delicious meal with Margaritas the other night. Raphael was very courteous and welcoming.
I had Chicken Mole Tacos that were extremely savory. Each bite revealed that the chef knew what he was doing, and what he wanted this dish to taste like.
We met Gabi, the manager and she was delightful. We had watched her graciously deal with some obnoxious customers at the next table and we were astounded at her calm, helpful, caring attitude with folks we could see were purposely acting very unpleasantly.
We chatted with Gabi afterward and found her charming and gracious.
She and Rapheal are one of the reasons we continue to go back.
Savory, well planned and prepared food and a welcoming, comfortable staff are exactly what we always find at Bodega. I would expect this type of service at a big, exclusive, fancy restaurant. It is a rare treat to find such a professional atmosphere in a smaller, economical restaurant in Glendale.
Congratulations and Thank you Gabi and Raphael. I am the one who chooses Bodega Taco now; even though my lady brought me here initially.

“This may be the best food (overall) that I’ve ever had in Colorado so far, and the BEST tacos by a landslide. Whoever is making the food at this place is surpassing any and every other *good* taco spot I’ve ever tried. The steak and chicken tacos were so perfectly cooked, flavorful and juicy - not doused in hot sauce or something spicy to cover up the flavors of real food made well… This is the work of a true chef and/or someone who has many layers of knowledge on how to marinade and season Mexican food to bring out the most vibrant and delicious flavors. Nothing is greasy, the meat isn’t rubbery or overcooked or skimpy portions. Everything is just the right portion (slightly larger than street tacos, so you don’t have to order 4 to feel full and get your money’s worth, 1-2 tacos with chips and queso or guac is plenty to feel happy with). Everything was incredibly fresh as well, including everything in the tacos, salsa, guacamole, tortillas. I would eat these tacos every day if I could.

It’s a bit of a small space, but exceptionally clean. Like… spotless, in the kitchen and in the dining areas and restrooms. Service was great. Not too loud, like most places that are blasting music - which was much more pleasant to the nervous system. Always appreciate low volume, chill environment to feel relaxed. This place is a 10/10 perfection.“

“Stopped in for a breakfast burrito with my husband. We ended up trying that and a few other items. The breakfast burritos were amazing. Perfectly crisp bacon and ratio of fillings. Plus a house made tortilla was just the icing on the cake. Next we tried the quesabirria taco. Hands down best thing I’ve eaten in a while. Last thing we had was the churros. I got a dulce de leche filling and my husband got just regular churros. They were both so delicious and freshly made. Everything was just so delicious we will definitely be back again.“

“So my boyfriend and I went out to eat tonight and came across your restaurant. I’ll try tacos from anywhere anytime! I ordered 3 asada tacos with sides of beans & rice. Patty helped us out and for the life of me can’t remember the cooks name (Saturday night (10/11/25). “Ordered 4 al pastor tacos and a carne asada torta. Paid a total of $16. The torta came with shredded lettuce, white cheese and avocado. It was not good at all. The meat was flavorless. The tacos were good. They normally come with pineapple but we ordered them without. You get lime wedges, a bag of mixed onion and cilantro and a red and green sauce. I've never tasted the red sauce so I'm not sure if it's good. The green sauce is not that good and is spicy“

“I'd like to sing the praises of the manager and staff at our neighborhood Torchy’s at 6325 East Hamden Ave. in Denver, Colorado. They have once again proved to value the community they serve.

Every year at this time, our neighborhood hosts a family friendly Mardi Gras marching parade. Kids, dogs, bikes, wagons, music…
We march around the neighborhood throwing beads and small trinkets to the onlookers.

Then, in the afternoon, we march ourselves up the road as some 25-30 of us descend on our favorite Torchy’s.

Manager Christopher Vargas and his staff welcomed us in.
Our costumed Krewe enjoyed delicious food and tasty drinks for several hours.

The service and smiles from Chris and his staff was excellent.

We really appreciate Torchy’s being part of our tight knit neighborhood.“

“This is a very humble and unassuming little store front eatery. Please do not forego for this reason. Once you step inside you will be greeted by a lovely couple of ladies. One of them an elder lady who is so loving and so happy and excited you are there. I highly recommend the traditional breakfast with two eggs, refried black beans, cheese and sour cream to complement the fried plantains. This takes me to my childhood instantaneously. Eating here feels like eating at my grandmother's home sitting at a table in the kitchen, very nostalgic for me. These ladies are amazing hosts and love what they do. When I asked about the beer flights I was told that I could just choose any 4 I wanted. They had a nice upstairs area with plenty of pool tables, seating, and TV screens.“
