“Tacos Selene is a hidden gem in Littleton. I first discovered this location for their breakfast burritos, which are great. They serve with sides of salsa to top each bite, and have nice fresh ingredients. The bean and cheese burritos are truly phenomenal, and I love the tacos. Their al pastor is the highlight, however the asada and carnitas are not far behind.“

Since your paying a bit more then you would a regular taco I’d opt for ordering one of the more loaded ones like the maple sausage or go for the carne guisada. “The tacos here are pretty consistently good. Whenever you order food online, add about 15 mins to whatever the pickup time; they're always behind on getting the food out. Also, parking is pretty hard in this parking lot on the weekends. The staff is really friendly and they have both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is dog friendly.“

“My mom and sister have been talking about this food truck for a few months, but we have not been able to go because it is only open Friday through Sunday. After all the anticipation, I finally tried it, and I am happy to say all the hype was justified. In a city with good tacos, these are great tacos! In particular, the carne asada and tripa dorada tacos would feel at home on any street in Mexico City. And the street corn is also delicious. If you are in the Denver area, Tacos y Elotes Los Armandos is a must-try food truck!

“Nice folks, good vibe, good food. Don’t understand the reviewers who suggest the tacos are small, they are a fair bit larger than street tacos and even bigger if you get the homemade flour tortilla. The fried chicken was especially fantastic. Good vegan options also.“

I noticed everyone in the restaurant seemed to feel the same way I did about the service and also the delicious food. “Forgot to take pics of the food before we started eating. We ordered a cup of Pork Green Chili, a buffalo burger with fries and a Shepherds Pie. Instead of receiving a cup, we got a bowl. It was good, not great but I would order it again. My wife loved her buffalo burger but was disappointed in the amount of fries (too few). The shepherds pie was both a fail and a delight. Very little mashed potatoes on top, like a small spoonful. We all tried it. We decided it wasn’t worthy of being called a shepherds pie but a meat chili or another type of stew, the light went on. The bowl of chili was delicious. I hope you understand what I’m taking about. :-)“
