“Highly recommend! Our family traveling with special dietary needs, incredible sincerely caring and welcoming staff led by Tambo went above and beyond to make sure we were well fed and taken care of. Brisket “better than Mission” per my culinary picky tween. Personally loved the short ribs and surprisingly the cole slaw was amazing ! Good Food Good Peeps“

“Can't say enough about how great of a time we had at The Saloon! The food was fantastic, the margaritas are every bit as good as I heard they were and the service was excellent. Plus, it has such a cool vibe. The hostess, Mary, truly made our night with all of her tips for visiting the area. We will definitely be back!“

“Best kept secret in the mountains, you’re gonna be here a while because the gal taking orders is the same gal that has to make the coffee, but the food is worth the wait… hearty, filling, and ample…Parking is tough so if you don’t mind walking then park off main and cruise on over.“

“My husband met the owner on the gondola one day and told us all about First Chair. We made it out for dinner and drinks with the kids a few days later. Chris served us and it was great meeting him as a fellow East coaster! We ordered almost all of the burritos on the menu and were not disappointed! The smash burger was easily my favorite. My dad would order the meatball burrito for every meal, I swear, with how much he enjoyed it as well as my 1 year old eating half of one herself. My son did work on the nachos they were so tasty! When we get back to Vail, we'll be sure to stop in! great staff and food!“

“Been to this nice restaurant many times and it’s always first class. Tonight my wife’s chicken was excellent. The wine was great. However, the Manhattan steak was not so good. The one that was brought out was extremely tough and even hard to cut into. Our lovely server offered to bring out a new one but I said I would fight through it. To her credit, she insisted on bringing out a new one and I asked for it to be Medallion cut. The replacement came out and should have been medium rare, but when I laid out the cuts it was simply very rare to raw with lots of fat as well. I simply refused to eat it and told her to just take it off the bill. To my surprise the wonderful Manager Dana immediately came over and admitted that they failed on the steak. He explained that they usually get great cuts from the provider, but recently not so much and he actually called the owner and told him they simply can’t be offering this kind of steak as this was not the first bad cut he has seen this evening. Dana did not charge me for the steak as well as the wine and offered a free desert. Dana did exactly what I’d expect a Manager to do in this caliber of a restaurant and that alone makes me want to come back again whichever we will do so!“

“Phenomenal level or service clearly showed that this family owned business truly cares about thrift customers. Food was out of this world good. And everyone was friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. Great way to end our long day of travel.“

“Great Detroit Style Pizza! Picnic tables nearby to eat at and there is also a little splash pad nearby if there in the summer.“

“Food was great overall, and the ambiance was wonderful. The service was prompt and food arrived very quickly. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the side salad as I was hoping for a more traditional Austrian or a German salad with pickled veggies and vinegarette. All the other food was delicious. We will definitely go back.“

“We loved this restaurant so much! They have both good and authentic Chinese and Thai food. The sushi there was fresh and tasty. The sushi chef “Fei” even came to our table to ask about how we like the sushi when he was available. We talked a little bit and knowing that he has been working as a sushi chef for over 16 years. I would like to say my sushi was not only a dish but also an art work. I will recommend this restaurant to my friends if they come for skiing。“

“Went there for breakfast and lunch while in Vail. Food is fabulous and staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!“
“Vail Brewing Company is a local brewery for me. As a result, I've visited many times. Always a good experience. Their beers are excellent. I can recommend this without reservations, as long as you understand this is a very casual experience. No food is available from within the brewery. There is a taco truck outside. It's totally permissible to bring the food into the brewery.“

“Oh.My.Lord! Amazing!!! We went for dinner 12/5 while up at Vail. Charles, one of the managers, was thoughtful, checked to see how our experience was…it was second-to-none! The restaurant is beautiful, love the open kitchen, the staff—kind, informative, attentive. But the food! Next level!! The pork shank is the best pork I’ve ever had . . . wow! Charles told us the lengthy process it takes to make that, so delicious! The clam chowder was exceptional; they smoke the clams before putting in the chowder. That slight smoky flavor made this the best chowder I’ve ever tasted!
In summary, beautiful restaurant, great customer service and outstanding food!! Go!! You won’t be disappointed.“

“We had a good lunch here! We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t too busy for lunch. I got the grilled chicken sandwich and my friends got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and the chicken passion sandwich (I think that’s what it was called! It came with like a plum sauce). It was exactly what I wanted and the bread specifically is amazing! Had a local feel to it. The plum sauce was good too. It is sweet, but not too much and goes well with the chicken (or the fries!)
Vegetarian options: There was a mushroom burger and a black bean burger option“

“Cool place. Seated quick. Took a while for a waiter to grace our table. We both got burgers. They were ok. Performed patty. Probably a frozen one. Fries were weirdly crunchy. I don’t like limp fries but overly crunchy is just weird. I always prefer hand cut fries.“

“I’ve purchased your coffee a number of times at a few places in Summit. Yesterday, I needed some caffeine in a drive to Aspen. Remembering that I had seen signs for your café at the Minturn exit off of 70, I stopped in. Great little spot with excellent service. The cortado gave me the energy I needed to get to Aspen, meet with my customer, then go for a 3 mile hike and drive back to Dillon. Somehow I didn’t realize that you had your own teas as well. Lapsang souchong has been a favorite of mine for a long time… used to order it from Republic of Tea. But they stopped selling that a few years ago. I was absolutely thrilled to find that not only is there a place to get it, but even better, I can support a local business. AND, the price is really good. Your lapsang souchong is now something that I will always have in my kitchen. I’m also looking forward to coming back some time when I can sit in the café and have a snack.“

“Absolutely my favorite coffee shop in vail. You cannot beat the quality of coffee, espresso, and food! The views are unparalleled, and I love the gas fires outside that you can enjoy while sipping your latte. The service can be lacking depending on the barista you get.“

“This place is awesome!!!! Went with a group of ten and this was our favorite part of the trip. Grant and his crew did everything to make us feel at home. The staff was among the best we had in Beaver Creek. Not spending some time here would be a huge mistake should you visit Batchelor Gulch!!!!“

“Our family of 4 ate at Sauce on the Creek a few nights ago and loved it! Our waiter Scott was wonderful and super attentive. The food was delicious! We started with the shrimp scampi, scallops Florentine, and fried ravioli, then ordered some house bread to dip in the sauces - yum! Kids had fettuccine alfredo and another order of fried ravioli, my husband had the spicy shrimp spaghetti, and I had the eggplant parm, which was some of the best I've ever had! Hoping to visit again before we leave town!“

“Absolutely delicious food served consistently with a smile!! Really cool, fun interior that’s also comfortable for hanging out if you want to catch a game or meet up with friends! I highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already but fair warning, once you have you’re going to crave their food - it’s that good!“

“It’s very rare that you find an excellent restaurant inside a hotel in the US, but we had an excellent experience here. We ordered the duck carnitas and the butter poached lobster. They were both excellent, but for 2 people, the duck was more than enough and ultimately we couldn’t finish all our food.
The wine menu is also great and there are fun non-alcoholic options as well.
Returned for breakfast… knocking a star as the bacon, poached eggs, and pancakes were all overcooked. Fortunately and to their credit, they comped us the bacon and eggs.“

“Great AMP preconcert spot. Bad weather forced us into a seldom used dining room that is all but forgotten by the staff. Although friendly and helpful when asked, the room's location is not conducive to attentive service. That said, the food and drink were top-notch.“

“Our stay over New Year for our kids first ski trip was one of the best resort stays we have ever had. From pre-arrival planning by Dustin the concierge, to all the staff on site, and all the ways Dustin and the rest of the concierge staff assisted us while we were there, this was such an amazing stay. First, our suite was a great setup, with plenty of room for us to spread out. They setup a tent for the girls to play in and gave them some toys. Quite literally every request we had was met and exceeded. We love that there are multiple restaurants at this property. Over a long stay it gives a variety. Our only wish was that the sushi restaurant had more than just sushi. A few other Japanese dishes would make that an option for us. We just aren't sushi fans, and certainly the kids aren't. But we love Buffalos and Wyld. We also had an excellent experience with the photo concierge. We got excellent pictures and it was a fun memory. And what can I say about the spa?! One of the best there is. Great massages, and the grotto is of course amazing. But really all of the relaxing areas of the spa are just that-- relaxing. It was our first time here for a ski trip. We've been at other times of year. We will continue to return to this property. It just keeps getting better!“

“As a reference to the person who sold me the bagel, I told him about his coffee and my country (CR). He mentioned his colleague was working at the farm where they produce coffee.
He gave compliments and was very kind and in a good mood- something unique.
I'm publishing an outstanding review since a 3-star rating is not deserved for this business.
Everything was superb ?. Hope they maintain a good pricing criteria as they do during fall season.“
