May Wah has consistently delivered great food, lots of choice, in the neighborhood for as long as I can remember. Don't get me wrong: the atmosphere is most agreeable...(they have a round table with lazy Susan for instance) but the star of this show are the menu choices. I recommend you give them a try!“

Located in old town Louisville (the best Colorado small town) at the crossing of Main & Pine. Perch up on the patio early and observe the town spring to life. Cyclists, walker & runners, pooches and pups. Spend enough time here and you will become a part of the community. Show up here as a tourist and be welcomed as if you just moved in upstairs.

The baked goods are second to none and the espresso/coffee drinks bring me to life. Moxie is a MUST visit when nearby...scratch that...Moxie is worth the drive from most anywhere on the front range. A perfect spot to spend a morning as a townie or a visitor. I have brought every friend & family member that visited me in CO to Moxie during their stay.

There is a lot to the story of Moxie, but just know that they deserve your visit, your love and dollars and finally your sustained support. Such a delight seeing the expansion and growth of Moxie over the years starting out of this little house in Louisville.“

“This is my favorite restaurant ever. When I lived in Fort Collins, I'd drive the 1.5 hours to Boulder literally just for Khow Thai. I recently moved out of Colorado and the No. 1 thing I'm looking forward to when I go back for Christmas is having the chance to return to Khow Thai. I've never been let down by any of their dishes; my favorites are the pad see ew and the larb. Their food makes me feel so refreshed and nourished. If I ever become a millionaire, I will buy a house down the street and eat here every day.“

Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. “I went to Boxcar looking for a good cup of coffee. I’ve searched maps, Yelp, Google, and TikTok for places where the beans aren’t burnt or over-roasted. I wanted a welcoming spot with friendly baristas who take the time to help.

It’s not Pergamino in Colombia, where customer service is next level because livelihoods depend on it and employees are given time to train and connect—but this is the closest I’ve found. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff who explain their beans and give great recommendations.

I was able to drink my coffee black—something most places don’t allow because their beans are over-processed and burnt—and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.

I can’t wait to go when it’s a bit slower and pick the baristas' brains even more.“

“Really excellent Szechwan noodles. I visited based on the Eater recommendation & wasn’t disappointed. The mixed beef noodle soup was pleasantly spicy & delicious. Recommended! It was very quiet on a Monday at noon, but the staff were very nice.“

The beautifully crafted pastries we so amazing to look at , I knew I would definitely come back for more as there was so much to choose from. The young man behind the counter and at the register was so nice we left there feeling like this would be our go to place to meet for lunch!
I had crepes and being one of my favorites they were amazing!
My friend had schnitzel and was excited to have such an authentic, tasty dish and if did not disappoint!
