“Great service Took my mom there tonight for dinner and the our waiter John was amazing he was attentive friendly cute helpful fast. Comped our potato skins cause of the wait which wasn’t that bad, he had to go boxes ready without asking refills, even lids for the butter and sauces. He helped with a gift card even gave me a quarter to help scratch off the pin number on the back. He was busting his butt all night we were impressed with his attitude“

“Seriously good food. I've never been disappointed in the service. The atmosphere is relaxed. Cozy in the winter and just right in the summer. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. They don't play obnoxious music. We've always been able to carry on a conversation so I would say the noise isn't bad. Clean restrooms. During the busy times, the parking lot can fill up but there are always people coming and going. I highly recommend.

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

“I first heard about and went to Post Oak with my daughter and son-in-law last year and was surprised to find such great bbq here in Denver! It’s actually been a little while since I’ve been over there, but a new coworker who has recently moved to Denver and lives in Highlands, asked me about restaurants and I recommended you. He loves it! Recently I swung by to take the Post up on the fantastic coupon offer for a free pulled pork sandwich. It is quite a distance from where I live (Aurora), but definitely worth the drive. It was piled high with the tender pork and those wonderful onion rings! The side of fried okra completed the meal perfectly! Thank you so much for a great lunch (and dinner). See you again soon!“

“Brother BBQ is one of those places that reminds you why BBQ matters. The hot links are outstanding. Juicy, smoky, and actually have some attitude. The brisket is exactly what you want it to be. Tender, flavorful, no sauce needed but you’ll probably use it anyway (I love their sweet sauce) . The chicken somehow manages to stay moist while still tasting like it came off a real pit, which is rarer than it should be.
Sides don’t phone it in either. The mashed potatoes are straight-up addictive (we often order a full pint for 2 people, LOL) and the mac and cheese is rich, creamy, and dangerously easy to demolish without realizing what you’ve done.
If you’re even remotely serious about BBQ, do yourself a favor and get over there. This is consistently some of the best BBQ in town, not hype-of-the-week nonsense. Try it once and you’ll understand why people keep coming back.“

“What a great experience! I ordered the brisket, I wanted lean, but got moist, receipt did say lean, but that’s not what I got.
The amount of sauces to choose from is a nice touch to the experience. Regina was extremely helpful with explaining everything with her little spiel, which made it easy to understand. She definitely represents the restaurant well. Definitely will be back to get the turkey.“

“My daughter, her boyfriend, and I had the pleasure of dining here recently for the first time, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. There wasn't a single dish we ordered that we didn’t love. The meats were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the sides were absolutely delicious, each one complemented the meal perfectly. The cucumber salad was my favorite and both my daughter and her boyfriend ordered the Mac and cheese and it was the topic of conversation at our table. They loved it!!!!

The service was warm and attentive. The atmosphere was just as enjoyable welcoming, relaxed, and well-suited for a great evening out.

“I’ve gotten the same sandwich 3 times (burnt ends) and everything single time the meat was cut differently. For the price it’s worth I do expect consistency. The last time I went I was disappointed by the cuts, it was just two thickish pieces of meat not even enough of the “burnt ends”, looked like they were cut by someone who was fed up with their day. The first couple times, the cuts were smaller multiple pieces that showed craftsmanship and care (each person built the sandwich differently tho). I repeat myself by saying if I’m going to spend $20 on meal, which is what like an hour of labor, I expect consistency and quality. This also coming from some who worked food industry for over 10 years, supervised kitchens and made hundreds of sandwiches for customers. “First time here and we decided this is our new favorite bar! We were welcomed immediately by Paul and our server, Erin, greeted us with a friendly smile. We ordered the chicken tenders and they were, by far, the BEST! They were actually hand-breaded! I ordered a side of Buffalo wing sauce and ranch. Wow! Next we ordered the pickle fries. Delicious! Lightly breaded and cooked to perfection!
They also have a wonderful outdoor patio with firepits that are burning as I speak! The ambiance is great and most importantly there is music playing constantly, for free!
