“Seriously good food. I've never been disappointed in the service. The atmosphere is relaxed. Cozy in the winter and just right in the summer. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. They don't play obnoxious music. We've always been able to carry on a conversation so I would say the noise isn't bad. Clean restrooms. During the busy times, the parking lot can fill up but there are always people coming and going. I highly recommend.

“Truly THE BEST barbecue I have EVER had! I’ve tried most every and have been in over 30 times since 2020. The team is great, friendly and ready to serve you! The smoked meats are second to none. My faves are the smoked dry rub wings and pork belly, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!“

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

“My daughter, her boyfriend, and I had the pleasure of dining here recently for the first time, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. There wasn't a single dish we ordered that we didn’t love. The meats were incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the sides were absolutely delicious, each one complemented the meal perfectly. The cucumber salad was my favorite and both my daughter and her boyfriend ordered the Mac and cheese and it was the topic of conversation at our table. They loved it!!!!
The service was warm and attentive. The atmosphere was just as enjoyable welcoming, relaxed, and well-suited for a great evening out.
We left completely satisfied and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!“

“Street tacos delivered an outstanding meal-every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Our server, Alyssa, was inattentive, disengaged, and lacked basic hospitality. She barely checked on our table, didn't seem interested in providing a good dining experience, and made us feel like an afterthought. It was frustrating to receive such poor service when the food was so exceptional. Fortunately, the hostess stepped in, checked on us, and made an effort to turn things around. While the food alone would bring me back, the service needs serious improvement“

“Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had for this price range, and the best I’ve had anywhere in Denver. Their pork is decent too. The baked beans are also really good like the best I’ve ever had so yummy. They have free water and good sauces. I would definitely recommend.“

“Wow! This place is incredible. We got the #22 and #24 (BBQ pork & roasted pork plates with rice) and they were delicious. The roasted pork was flavorful and crispy. I do wish it came with some kind of sauce, but nonetheless still good. BBQ pork was tender and perfectly seasoned. Service was great- we got our food super fast. Highly recommend.“

“Uncle Henry’s continues to fire on all cylinders, maintaining its place as the best fresh, authentic Szechuan/fresh roasted duck & pork Restaurant in the north suburban area. Every dish we’ve tried for more than a year has been richly flavored, well executed, and served at an ideal temperature. The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu. These folks are running a top small restaurant, and their success is based on all the right things. Kudos to the Westminster Uncle Henry’s!“
