“Totally happy fun atmosphere“

“I got the sirloin here and it was pretty juicy and delicious. My only reason for this place being 4 stars is that the server took a while to tend to us and the bread was a bit over baked and dry. Other than that the steak is very good here!“

“A great place to get authentic Korean food. The dishes were new to me so I went for the multi seafood soup with muscles as well as other shellfish. I'll was served in a clay bowl that must have been preheated in a blast furnace. A delicious new taste and eating sensation that was delicious and enjoyable. The service was quick, which was good for us as we were on a lunch break time budget. There were quite a few Korean speaking clientele chomping away heartily so I figure this is the real stuff. The interior of the restaurant is nothing to write home about but I found it interesting that there were two large heating areas in the middle of the tables. Not sure what they are for but I am going to definitely find out when I have more time to explore this cuisine.

Parking: Be adventurous and give it a try. Definitely something different for me.“

“Truly THE BEST barbecue I have EVER had! I’ve tried most every and have been in over 30 times since 2020. The team is great, friendly and ready to serve you! The smoked meats are second to none. My faves are the smoked dry rub wings and pork belly, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!“

“I was born and raised in KCMO, where BBQ is taken seriously. We have made it our mission to find the best BBQ in the Thornton/Denver area. We've gone to a lot of places, but lo and behold, the best BBQ came to us when we discovered this little gem of a food truck parked up the street from us. Everything we have had here has been top notch. The meats are infused with a wonderful smokey flavor, and seasoned/sauced perfectly. The beans are some of the best I have had. Mario is one of the nicest, friendliest people you could ever want to meet. If you're looking for some exceptional BBQ I highly recommend this truck.“

Our server, Alyssa, was inattentive, disengaged, and lacked basic hospitality. She barely checked on our table, didn't seem interested in providing a good dining experience, and made us feel like an afterthought. It was frustrating to receive such poor service when the food was so exceptional. Fortunately, the hostess stepped in, checked on us, and made an effort to turn things around. “Went here 2x on a 3 day vacation. Could not get enough of their melt in your mouth brisket. Place gets very busy consistently. Had the brisket burrito and while the mac n cheese in it over powers the brisket a little it was an Awsome burrito. On the other day I had just the brisket alone and wow. I think probably the best brisket I've ever had, no sauce needed.Only critique I would have is better seating. Outdoor seating wasn't set up when it was nice outside. But overall, i can not wait until next time I I'm in town, will be my #1 go to now.“

“We ate at this mom-and-pop shop for Saturday lunch. We ordered the duck, chicken, and roast pork combo; half a pound of crispy pork; shrimp chow fun; and garlic sauce bok choy. Service is quick and to the point, but friendly and welcoming. Our food was high quality and honestly the prices were hard to believe they were so good. Everything was full of flavor and the portions were large. We did dine-in and our food was served in to-go containers but not bagged like takeout orders. Bottled beverages are available. There was a busy line the whole time we were here. I would definitely go back.“

Every dish we’ve tried for more than a year has been richly flavored, well executed, and served at an ideal temperature. The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu. These folks are running a top small restaurant, and their success is based on all the right things. Kudos to the Westminster Uncle Henry’s!“
