“First time I’ve been to the Deli in a couple of years. The coffee was excellent. And the food was delicious! They have done some sound proofing in there as well. It used to be so noisy I stopped eating there. Today, it was pleasantly subtle even though the restaurant was very busy. Highly recommend: great food, pleasant dining experience.“

“Too many coffee shops in the Springs to tolerate poor business practices. Your employees, including your manager, do not know how to make the box of Joe or do a refund? If that is in fact, true, it should be taken off the menu as you are setting your employees up for failure. Only one employee working Saturday at 9. The owner said I should have be tolerant because they are a small family business. Wow. Just shocked at his approach and this validated my opinion of a poorly executed business plan. I am very surprised you are still in business. You might want to invest in a real point of cell platform. If you have to go into the backend to do a refund that leaves you employees in a bind. Some additional training on customer service might be impactful as well. Some advice… Employees should not greet people when they walk in with… You’re just gonna have to wait. All of these. People are in front of you. That has the potential to make a customer who spent $57 online for your coffee. When you couldn’t produce, I requested a refund and was told by your employee that she doesn’t know how to do the refunds either. And then, I was told by the manager you had to go in on the back-end to get a refund. That’s ridiculous. At least invest in Square if you aren’t going to train your employees.“

“WOW!!! Another One Of Our "GO-TO" Restaurants This restaurant has become one of our "GO-TO" restaurants when we come to or go through Colorado Springs. It is very conveniently located in the newer area on the north end of Colorado Springs. The food is fabulous and the menu feature of 1/2 sandwich and soup is just right for a light meal. The Monte Cristo sandwich is done perfectly!!! The chicken tender salad is always a favorite of my wife. Marie was on duty that evening - Leadship On Duty!!! Marie came by our table several times and when I see the leadership working the crowd it speaks volumes for the entire operation. Kirsti took care of our table and she frequently came by to make sure the food and service met our satisfaction. WOW!!! A super nice evening with great food, great service, and attention to detail. Marie and Kirsti - you are the best!!!“

When I don't remember even being asked about my size. I would have paid the difference but no offer at all to fix the size issue. Normally they would be right on that. Just not today. I went today mainly to try one of the new soft tops. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. Haven't had this issue before. I just was let down today.“

I just want to give a huge shoutout to this Starbucks! I order here almost every day (yes, I admit, it’s an addiction!). At one point, my app switched from my name to my husband’s, but the team still always recognized me and got my order right.

Yesterday, my sister placed my order through her app since she was picking it up for me. Even though it was under a completely different name, they still knew it was my order, verified that it was dairy-free, and even wrote “hello” to me on the cup!

That kind of attention to detail and personal touch is rare. This team truly goes above and beyond—not just doing their jobs but providing excellent customer service and making customers feel genuinely valued. Thank you to the amazing team at this Starbucks!“
