“Phenomenal pizza! I drove down from upstate ny & I have to tell you that was hands down the best pizza I have had since my childhood pizzeria in ct! I actually travel a lot and have had pizza all over ny & ct and I had to show restraint and save some for the family at home -nothing to me is better than true Italian made with love & from scratch pizza - true comfort food 😘 you simply have to try it for yourself and you will thank me for recommending this gem of a pizzeria! “First time here and went with a traditional cheese pie. YUMMY!! The sauce is amazing and for us it had just the right amount of cheese. Some will find the flop factor a negative but I truly didnt care as the taste made up for it!! We will for sure be back to try more menu items!“

“We had BGT for my son’s graduation party yesterday. Everything was wonderful . The pizza was delicious, so many varieties. The staff were great, friendly and accommodating. “It might be a takeout place, but it still comes close to the West Haven experience of legendary pizza. We are very lucky to have this place in Ansonia. Sometimes the pizza is so good that I get it for takeout, but eat it in their parking lot. Never makes it home.“

“We hosted my daughter’s first birthday party at Morava. From initial contact and choosing a menu through clean up on the day, every step of the process was smooth and stress free. It was a huge relief to know we found a space that could accommodate our group of about 20 people and also handle the food and most other supplies, rather than having to work with multiple different vendors. The food, as always, was delicious and the staff was helpful and attentive. I strongly recommend Morava, whether you’re looking for a local restaurant to add to your regular dining rotation or a place to host a special event.“

“We used to live a couple towns over and had Oxford Pizza Palace quite a bit. After moving out of state and back again to Bristol, we have struggled to find good pizza.
We picked up Oxford Pizza Palace when visiting the in laws in Oxford and wow, I will drive 40 mins for this pizza.
The prices, quality and friendliness of the guy behind the counter are something hard to find in today’s world. You must also try the fried ravioli. Crispy, crunchy, filled and dipped in delicious marinara sauce will have you craving more and more.
We got an XL half cheese, half sausage. Huge pizza, plenty of slices, nice chunks of flavorful sausage. The undercarriage was just how I like it, and that perfect Greek style crust.
Go here. You will not be disappointed. Best pizza in the area even for those further north.“

“I honestly am ashamed to say that I’ve lived in East Haven for 22 years and have never had Tollis pizza. Some friends and I were getting together and we were talking about restaurants to go to, and I had mentioned that I had never tried Tollis. We decided to give it a go. And I have never been happier with a decision ever! We had the white clam pizza, we had the Amalfi pizza. And I couldn’t decide which was my favorite. My friends had the Bolognese sauce, which the waitress brought a little bowl so they could try it with some bread before they ordered their entrée! Nice touch! It was fantastic! Our waitress was super attentive, very friendly, we were near where they were making the pizzas and it was fun to watch. An all-around great experience highly highly recommend.!!!!!“

“We had a picnic wedding celebration for our daughter and son-in law at our home. They had gotten married in Italy a few months before. The pizza choices were amazing and delicious, never a line. Salad, gelato and expresso were all a hit with our guests. I would recommend using them. Luigi is wonderful and easy to work with.“

“Tried Pizzaro’s Pizzeria for the first time. My wife and I shared a large antipasta salad and a large cheese pizza with garlic, half pepperoni and half broccoli. Everything was great. While this is more a takeout place they have large booths and the service was excellent. The salad was awesome and so large we took 1/4 of it home. The pizza was excellent. Thin crust with a delicious sauce. I’m not a fan of the outer crust but this was so good I ate everything. I highly recommend their pizza. We have to go back and try their subs and meals as I witnessed many people getting these and pizza for takeout. I give it five stars. We will be back.“

“My new pizza place was closed and after reading the reviews I decided to order from here and had it delivered and when I say the pizza arrived nice and hot when I bit my pizza the cheese pulled! Now this is my NEW NEW pizza place! The money was worth every slice, bite and swallow and I’m a picky person when it comes to take out!“
