“I literally can’t believe how incredible the food was. This is what casual Chinese used to taste like back in the day. It was as if I was a child tasting boneless spare ribs and crab rangoon for the very first time.. The spare ribs were charred and tender and the rangoon was made with actual crab as opposed to the typical “crab flavored” cream cheese. The pork fried rice was also remarkably flavorful with large cubes of pork and perfectly cooked onion. Those who have complained about the food specifically must be miserable Karens. This is my new favorite casual Chinese spot. 10/10“

I ordered General Tso’s chicken with fried rice and egg rolls, and everything was delicious! Egg rolls were crunchy and fresh. Generous portions and still hot when it arrived—definitely worth it. I’ll be ordering again soon!“

“So this amazing place was recommended by a friend from Madison and it did not disappoint! Authentic Szechuan in a beautiful room with high ceilings and soothing decor and music. One dish was better than the last and you cannot get this quality anywhere locally as far as I've been to. Go for yourselves and enjoy. Somehow we received cheesecake and chocolate ganache cake for dessert complements of the place! Even better!😂“

“Pros: The boneless spare ribs were one of the best I've had from a Chinese restaurant in the area. The rice had more of a vegetable variety than others in the area.

Cons: The spring rolls are greasy and not filled well.

Everything tasted very high quality 👌👌however, my one criticism would be that each dish had a little bit too much of one quality- the soup noodle was a little bit too sour and takes getting used to, the other noodle was a bit dry, and the cucumbers were very refreshing but a bit too sweet for me. “I live down the street and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to try out this little gem. Part of this is because of the so-so reviews. Upon further inspection, a lot of the negative reviews were because the shop only accepts cash and they are so busy it can seem like the service is curt when calling to place an order. When we called, the person taking the order was efficient and we had no trouble. Plus, when we picked everything up, the food we ordered was delicious and fresh. Most of them, the food is soggy, cold when we get it, not cooked right, etc. Until we found this place. It’s tucked away behind BAR pizza and we never even knew it was there! I got the plain fried rice with Chicken broccoli ?.. it was delicious I also got some Chicken wings I love them as well very juicy … however, I was not too crazy for the shrimp egg rolls… they were not crispy n had an after taste to them … not sure if the oil is frequently changed … it taste it kinda oily n stale n they were not crispy at all and I forgot to ask for soy sauce n hot sauce n they did not included a few packs , normally when I order from other places , they include some soy sauce whether i ask for it or not… but the rice with Chiken brócoli ? n wings were very tasty n delicious ?.. the driver was very friendly n fast service … I would come here again but I would not be getting the egg rolls from here… was kinda disappointed with the egg rolls!!!“

By far the best I have had in forever. enjoyed 100% . it was still too hot to eat when I got it home, which I really like. The complete separation of combined flavors was fantastic.
