“Phenomenal pizza! I drove down from upstate ny & I have to tell you that was hands down the best pizza I have had since my childhood pizzeria in ct! I actually travel a lot and have had pizza all over ny & ct and I had to show restraint and save some for the family at home -nothing to me is better than true Italian made with love & from scratch pizza - true comfort food 😘 you simply have to try it for yourself and you will thank me for recommending this gem of a pizzeria! It smells like Italian heaven!a slice of heaven on earth!”

“This review is long overdue, I’ve been going to Mattei’s for a long time now. Their food is outstanding. If you like eggplant this place has the best eggplant I’ve ever had. Not to mention unlike a lot of other places, Mattei’s loads up their sandwiches and gives you PLENTY! The employees are also very polite and happy to help. All of their food is delicious, I highly recommend coming here and trying it.”

“For the guy that found a fly in his coffee, well I waitress ed for a long time and I’d never charge a customer for a second cup of coffee. I waitressed for 27 yrs in a Westport diner and we never charged a customer forbad food. We would just remake it again or offered something different. Customers a lot different in Westport.”

“The day was perfect. They do a great job getting things right, we had almost 200 guests. I was so happy with our choice. We took a chance and got lucky and had a summer like day in May. But the tent and bar area are lovely as well..it was a wonderful place for a wedding reception that fit the outdoor/garden aesthetic. Anna is awesome as a coordinator! She is busy but knows what she is doing. Five stars for sure!”

“Amazing, tiny Polish grocery packed with all manner and variety of Polish goodies. The 2 workers there were most helpful and pleasant. Fun to browse and try new things or find favorites for friends and family. The parking is on Rte 34 and a bit tricky but can be done.”

While there was a short wait, it was understandable as he was the only one there. Will definitely come again, the restaurant is a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.”

“My father has been coming here for many years. He always gets sandwiches. We decided to get a pastrami sandwich & everything was fresh. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had. I love little shops like this. You dont see them around anymore. Can't wait to explore the menu”

“I’ve been going to Tipsy Tomato since it opened. Recently, they have decreased the size significantly of their large pizzas. The toppings increased in price by 33% and there seem to be fewer toppings on the pizza. If you order a two topping pizza half pepperoni and half peppers you get charged for two full topping prices. Was always a favorite of their pizza, but I am quickly losing my enthusiasm.”

“I only give service 4 stars cuz they have a phone that’s connected to the place but they never pick it up! Why have a phone connected to take orders if it’s just going to sit there untouched? It’s irritating but the food was great(doesn’t excuse the phone issue. Pick it up or disconnect it already it’s been a consistent problem here)”
