We ordered Simmered Shitake mushrooms, Lucky Pink Radish, and smashed spicy cucumbers and all were amazing. We also ordered Yaya Balls which are deep fried octopus. My son had them in Japan on a visit a few weeks ago and said they tasted just as good. He was also excited to see a brand of iced tea he had in Japan. I believe someone was making prank calls and they than thought I was the caller. My mom went in to clear it up along with my sister as I was still shaken from how I was spoken to on the phone (nothing bad, it just sounded that the person was visibly upset and vented to me) anyways he immediately apologized and bent his head- this is what my mom told me bc I didn’t go in- and kept saying sorry. I understand from his pov. Making food all day only for someone to call you and pull something like that, so I get it. From both ends of parties I think we both handled that very well. My favorite vegan dish is Bean Curd Schenzuan style with brown rice and a large order of plantain and two spring rolls comes to less than $20 and that meal last me for two dinner days I only eat once a day so $20 to eat beautifully tasty cooked food for 2days is a steal... But I was in need of some white rice and it's so good and soft the way they make it. I got a large size and also a side of dumplings. The dumplings were really good. I always love the sauce. I need a container of that stuff. They were fried perfectly, the dough was a good consistency, the filling flavourful. I'm using the rice to make my own little sushi wraps later, the rice was soft and sticky, just like what i wanted. The lady at the register was nice, took my order with no problems. They have tap-to-pay also, which was a plus. Sign said minimum seven bucks to use card. The interior is I guess what you'd expect. Not the best, but not the worst I've seen. Street parking was easy for me today, mid-afternoon in a Saturday. I'd go back.“

When I was a kid, Chinese Rice was brown with egg, onions,bean sprouts,and peas. The French fries are even good. Usually, Chinese spots have nasty greasy fries they don't.
